Ye...I don't know what's causing the problem. Apparently, my background just wont load for you, and I can't use background colors...I suppose I could make a table that goes around my table with my post, and color that black, so it has to load for you...I'll try tinkering around.  Wasn't this a thread about Keikonium's posts or something? |

| I probably prefer cake and ice cream, but I hardly ever have it, and I have soda waaaaaay more...so I voted for soda. Candy, I like, but I never really eat it unless there's some in the house. Usually around Halloween, I guess. |

| Yes, I get a longing for past times a lot...one of my favorites was around '96, when I was a kid, and I was completely OBSESSED with Super Mario World and Super Mario 64. My friends were, too, so we got along well. I'd watch the Mario All Stars in the morning when I woke up, go to a day care thing where I played on the SNES, go to school, go back to the day care thing and play more SNES, and then go home and draw my Mario own levels on paper. Funny, how then I wished for the future, when I'd be able to make my own Mario gamese. Glances over at forum 8 Well, I guess dreams do come true! |

| I only block layouts if they're offensive...like Melvin's was. It'd be a pain to have my mom walk by while I was reading a post with a dirty layout...otherwise, I don't mind them at all. I actually like this board waaay more with layouts. It's very neat. Just you wait 'till October, I'm going to have a sweet one! |

| Weird banner thing...how'd it get up there? Fads can be either really fun, or really annoying. I think name changing fads, like that starwars one, was fun. Others, like the sloganizer fad, is just really annoying. |

| The sky turned red around Phantron and the airship, and the pirates all halted for a second, in confusion. Several men monitoring the radar systems detected slight traces of a rip in space, but couldn't be sure what to expect, as their systems weren't that advanced. Now that Phantron was in plain sight, the pirates abandoned their plan of immobilizing her and destroying her darkness cloud, and went straight on to attack! The droids, with no more foes, flew at Phantron, every man on board fired their vast array of weapons, while all of the high-powered cannons let loose their plasma...if Phantron didn't do anything, and fast, she'd be in big trouble. After the initial cannon shots, power was drawn from the cannons and transferred into the shields...Jackson expected trouble from Phantron's coming move, and decided to take a more defensive approach... --- Cyberaptor clunked down his imaginary path, followed closely by Snipes. Cyberaptor: I think that Phantron might have something to do with the cannon shot we heard...what's more, I believe that the Nightmare Weed is just past her. We'll pass Phantron along the way, and hopefully stop her from causing any harm...be on the lookout for more hostile plants, along the way. As the two continued to walk through the jungle, some unseen figures peered out of the surrounding bushes, watching them, and hardly making a sound. If Snipes happened to have acute senses, he might have been able to detect them, but only just. --- Kyle stood, rather exposed, in front of his cloney counterpart, who floated his shadow disc blades menacingly. Kyle: That's hardly fair. Can't make it on your own power? Nobody (Kyle): Oh, this is my own power. Can't you tell that they, like I, are made of shadows? I suppose with more effort I could make exact copies of your blades, but these will suffice for now. The solid black disc blades, being levitated by Nobody, flew at Kyle! He narrowly dodged the first, and ducked under the second, but was by no means safe from harm, as he well knew. The disc blades merely stopped in place, and zoomed right back at Kyle, who was forced to narrowly dodge them again and again! But Kyle couldn't keep it up - the disc blades got progressively closer to him, and soon he was receiving cuts all over his arms and torso, from just barely avoiding getting chopped in half. Kyle yawned sleepily, and quite confusedly, as he took on the wounds. Nobody (Kyle): Getting sleepy? Yes, shadow magic can do that to ya! Finally, Nobody overshot his discs, and Kyle had found a preferable distance between him and the blades, which were now stationed just as close to Nobody. Kyle cracked his knuckles, and shot out his hands, willing the disc blades to attack Nobody! Nobody grunted awkwardly as the discs stayed perfectly still, quivering slightly - with both gravity mages trying to push the discs in opposite directions, they cancelled each other out, and nothing happened! Until, the discs gained momentum, and flew dangerously toward Nobody! Nobody (Kyle): What's up with that?! Kyle: You're focusing on holding my friends still, and controlling the discs, while I'm completely set on moving the discs. You're spreading yourself too thin! The shadow discs neared closer to Nobody, now spinning like saws and gaining more force! Kyle: You now have a choice. Let go of my friends, who'll overpower you, while you block the blades - or keep a hold on to everything, and get cut up! Nobody said nothing, and the discs were mere inches from his face. Nobody (Kyle): ...Well then, check and mate. Nobody paused for a moment, and flashed black, returning to its normal form. The discs did the same. Just after this, Nobody started melting...melting into the shadows! Just as Blue and Vincent found that they were freed, and Kyle rushed after Nobody, it was already a complete shadow, and was sneaking away into the darkness! Before becoming completely lost among the rest of the shadows, Nobody shouted one last thing to Kyle. Nobody: We'll meet again, Kyle, I guarantee it! And it was silent. Blue: ...Well, that guy was a fool. And now, he's gotten away! With our identities! And he's after the treasure! And he knows where to go to find the first key! Kyle: If he's after the same goal we are, we're sure to run into him again. Next time, I won't allow him to escape! Blue: Bah, enough of that. Let's sleep, I'm tired now...I've had a bad day. | Back when Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie were still hot, I'd often have dreams about secrets in the game...like, all of the time. And I'd always try to see if my dreams were right, under the hypothesis that my subconscious saw something that I did not consciously see. Well...I got nothing. |

| It was fairly silent as Snipes and Cyberaptor pursued Phantron...but as the two reached a clearing, they were suddenly, and unexpectedly ambushed! Darts flew at them from every direction, poisoned to put their targets to sleep almost instantly! Cyberaptor lasted for a few seconds, with his armor deflecting most of the mysterious darts, but they soon found unprotected spots, and he fell unconscious shortly after that. Cyberaptor: What...is.......this.........? The darts continued to soar through the air, now focused on Snipes, who, unbeknownst to their owners, was not entirely biological and was probably resistant to the tranquilizers. As the darts were being exhausted, numerous heads poked out of the undergrowth - heads sporting white, expressionless masks, with colorful war paint. One by one, the figures stepped out of the bushes to inspect what damage they had done - and if Snipes were still conscious, he'd see that they were just like shyguys! | After extensive searching on Google, many sleepless nights, and 420 cups of coffee, CheesePie finally pinpointed the location of the 2nd hidden forum, and burst through its doors, panting. Aha! So there is more than one hidden forum! I found it, at last! CheesePie looked around I'm amazed. So many pages in, thread started over a year ago, and people have still managed to stay on topic...for the most part. CheesePie coughed...he was running out of things to say, and was starting to wonder why his movements were narrated, as if he were in the SF. Now, WHY wasn't I invited? Even Shyguy got here before me!!! You've all been holding out on me! ...Whatever, I'm off to find this mysterious third thread. See y'all later...fools. CheesePie stormed towards the doors whence he came, positive that he'd never check this particular thread again...and if he did, it'd be months later, and he'd have forgotten completely that he even made this post. Before reached the doorframe, he stopped, and looked over his shoulder. Oh, and thanks, Priere, for so generously providing that link over a year ago. Cheers! CheesePie vanished from sight. |

| After quickly departing the Uma forum, CheesePie continued his searching, and lo, found this much, much more secret forum. He was on a roll today! Muahaha! You can't hide these things from me! Even though I'm nearly 9 months late...but the first month shouldn't count, as I hadn't registered! ... Well, I thought I'd just make my mark here. I probably won't be back...for a while. | The shyguys curiously inspected Snipes' handbag, pulling out random devices, and senselessly defacing them. As Snipes stepped forward, one of the shyguys grunted, and pointed its spear at him! It was clear that it didn't like Snipes, and was alarmed that he hadn't yet fallen asleep. The shyguys gathered around each other and murmured quietly, conferencing among themselves...and then jumped at him, brandishing tough nets made from vines! The shyguys tried to catch Snipes in it, and beat him silly with clubs afterward. While some of the shyguys attack Snipes, other heaved Cyberaptor into a separate net, and prepared to carry him off into the woods! Yet more shyguys poured into the area, taking cover in the bushes, and ready to help their friends if Snipes escaped their nets. --- As Phantron flew away, Jackson was prepared to chase her down! However, the asteroids seemed to halt any plans of his for the moment. They rained down, bursting upon impact with the now powered shields, but were obviously wearing it away, and fast. Jackson barked more orders to his crew, and the airship was soon flying after Phantron, in an attempt to keep sight of her and escape the asteroids! Soon, the shields were completely overpowered, and the actual airship itself started taking damage...yet it still quickly flew after Phantron, now firing extremely powerful blasts with its main cannon. Jackson wasn't about to allow Phantron to escape, and give her the chance of a surprise attack in the future! (edited by CheesePie on 07-28-05 09:17 PM) |
