| Editized --- Computer: You'd better see to fixing your thrusters, faulty equipment can quickly give you the lower hand in a battle! Computer (To Cyberaptor): I've interpreted something interesting about the magic attacks Zerodius uses, Cy. It is not any ordinary magic, so you can't depend on your resistance for this round. His defense is still low from the gas. Power, now! Cyberaptor's stick was sucked back into his computer along with the hose, and to replace it Cyberaptor transformed his left hand into a missle launcher like Zerodius's. | You know, you don't have to constantly repeat that you are a newb, anders, for an excuse. Yeah, it's your first shot at this we understand. Just definately, uh, put effort into your levels. Don't bother settling for a simple theme of 'blue blocks.' You can tell us and yourself as many times as you want that it is for theme, but when it comes down to it, the truth is that it is very easy to do. You have to like this hobby, you can't just pick it up one day and expect to whip out a good game. If you like making games enough, putting in a lot of effort should be no prob, and you'll be a game design wizard soon enough. |

| Hmmm...I don't see that bullet bill working out too well. I would advise changing your main character. Or completely redesign the gameplay to fit the bullet bill character, such as make every level a screen-scrolling one that's underwater (of course w/o underwater GFX.) Yes, that would work quite nicely. I oughta do that very thing sometime. | |||

| I really don't see how you were planning on making the gameplay be like Sonic/Tails or whatever in the first place. How would it work? Sonic would have to go through those loops and all kinds of non-mario things. | |||

| Kyle had been keeping up with Red's group for the time. Kyle: So, a broken stair well...with broken tanks at the bottom. One of them still seems intact...it's got to be heavy though... He thought for a moment, then tried to lift one of the tanks with gravity magic. With a lot of effort, he managed to bring it all the way to the top. Kyle: Well, there you go - instant elevator. | Whether Spaky hit Dejan or not, he ran back around him to face him again. On his way, though, he caught a glimpse of Kaz launching a potentially lethal ball of energy at Spiky, which would be almost sure to KO him. Spaky: I'll get back to you in a second. He sped over to Spiky, and pulled him out of the way of the attack just in time to get the tips of his scales singed by the edge of the ball, which passed by him and hit a boulder far off in the distance, down in the canyon. Spaky and Spiky looked in awe at the power of the attack; the whole bottom was enveloped in a bright radiant light. Spaky smacked Spiky on the head. Spaky: You ninny! What were you doing just standing there?! Spiky: I - Spaky: Ooh, your tail's charged. Wanna do a Sonic Tornado? Spiky didn't get to answer before Spaky grabbed him by both arms and began spinning insanely fast, swinging Spiky's 2x charged tail around him. This attack would really, REALLY hurt; the danger is that a person caught in it would receive many high-powered strikes, since speed and power were combined for this move. Spaky spun his way over to Kaz quite quickly...when the attack ended, Spaky was affected with dizziness, and Spiky |

Speeky ran by, still on fire, but put it out by rolling. Their only foe left was Dejan, and they were running low on power... |

| Special Rule: Schwa and I have agreed to allow some healing in this battle. I've been excited over this one for quite some time now... ----- There was a blinding flash of turquoise light that lit up the late evening darkness at a peculiar shrine. Following the flash was a ghastly scream, which lasted a few seconds before stopping abruptly, with the light. Ghost stood in the middle of this shrine, with his staffspear pointed forward at the ground where somebody had, until recently, been lying on the ground. Now there was no trace of him or her at all, for Ghost had sucked up their soul, and it was now trapped inside his weapon. In a rather bored fashion, or rather an entirely emotionless fashion, Ghost turned back around and faced one of the many tall slabs of stone that composed the circumference of the shrine. He then stuck his blade into it, and a portal opened right before him, which he was just about to enter when he felt something wasn't right... | Out of the darkness, Ghost saw the two projectiles heading at him just in time to sidestep out of the way. They each hit the stone pillar he was facing, leaving noticeable marks. He put his hand on it for a moment, and then clenched it into a fist. It, whatever it was, had been damaged! Fiercely, Ghost turned to Schwa, who was now the only person in the shrine. Ghost: My alignment? I suppose that would depend entirely on one's code of ethics, but I'm sure by your standards... Ghost paused for a moment, then walked a little closer to Schwa, circling him very slowly, and staring intently at him. Ghost: ...I would be evil. Now, I've answered your little question, but I must know what you've seen here...and do not lie. Ghost continued to circle Schwa. He was quite an intimidating sight: His suit was mostly black, but across his chest, stretching from each shoulder down to each side of his waist, was a turquoise X. He wore tan gloves with turquoise diamonds on them, as well as tan boots. The lower part of his full body suit, where is pants would be, slowly turned from black at the top to a blue at the end, and ended in sharp, triangular frills that mostly covered the boots. He also wore a dark blue mask, with a decorative stitched mouth drawn downward, unnaturally long, and completely black holes for eyes. Looking into them, you couldn't see anything but pure black darkness. The end of his mask, near the back of his head, was pointed backward in a zigzagging shape like this: /\/\ and drooped down a few inches behind him. At the point of this was a floating blue flame. You couldn't see his skin at any point on his body. Ghost: Well? |

| Ghost chuckled wickedly, and the sound echoed through the stone shrine. Ghost: I hardly think you, or your Sensae know what you're getting into, boy. You wish for my destruction? What a foolish notion. Ghost started hovering a few inches above the ground, and stretched his arms outward and behind him. The room darkened, and blue fire sprouted up behind him, giving a backdrop that added to the mood of things. His voice elevated. Ghost: You've gone prying into business that is strictly between my Master and I, and neither of us are the type who forgive easily! As such, I would be left with but one option - !!! He landed on the ground again, and dropped his voice to a normal level once more. The shrine returned to its original dimness, and the fire went out. If Ghost didn't wear a mask, Schwa would have seen that he was smiling. Ghost: But I'll humor you by tangoing with you. Ghost waved his left hand, and the many unlit torches hung around the area magically lit up with fire. Ghost: Go on, test your might against me! Ghost drew out his shield and assumed a slightly crouched position, with his shield in front of him and his weapon held behind him, ready to be thrust forward for a counter-attack. |

| Cyberaptor attempted to block the missile by generating a brick wall in front of it, but it swerved out of the way, and continued on its path toward him. Again, Cyberaptor created another wall, still keeping his distance by flying away from it, but the missile dodged it again. Computer: That's a smart missile... It was getting closer, and Cyberaptor's matter tank was running low...just before it hit him, he decided to repeat old tricks and convert it into data with a flash of his antenna. Cyberaptor: Grgg. Computer: Zerodius will have lowered defense for 2-3 more turns, so you better make sure you hit him. Cyberaptor hardly needed to be told, as he knew this was his chance to deliver good damage. The gun on his left hand flashed, and turned back into a normal claw again, while a metal bracelet on his right wrist opened up and revealed a mysterious elliptical object, with a red end and a cyan end. The object spun around below his wrist so the cyan end was facing forward, and shot out a beam of ultra-cold gas! This wasn't meant to hit Zerodius, it was just to test it out. Cyberaptor activated his jetpack again, and flew toward Zerodius. When he reached an area of about 15 feet away, he flew in circles around him, spraying the freezing ice beam at him, which would surely freeze Zerodius if it connected. |

| Ghost stood up straight and stared confusedly at the floating wisps. Ghost: ... Ignoring them, Ghost prepared to cast a spell with his weapon, Doomsday, but stopped when he got no reaction from it. The reason was that it had just been used to steal a soul, and doing this leaves Doomsday powerless for quite a while. Ghost cursed this temporary disadvantage he was left with, and hung up his staffspear and his shield on his back. Ghost: Good news for you - you might just be able to survive a few minutes longer than I intended. Ghost instead held his hands out to his sides, and each sequentially flashed a dark blue color. Ghost had created Spirit Balls in his hands, and was prepared to throw them, but didn't have time in his turn, what with his weapon pooping out on him... |
