The new one (Blue Burst, the episode 1+2 one) is out, and is P2P. There is a trial that lets you play until level 20 or a certain amount of time (1-2 weeks), but there is no English option. It's also online-only. There is a reasonable chance of it getting an actual release here, though, as they've already obtained the copyright, and the Japanese versions have been getting more and more complete, but utterly unusable, English files.

Then again, that version is also not quite complete yet, although it has been released. They still need to add the new level they've been working on, and Ultimate difficulty.

Deoxys. It has 3 different forms, but you can just catch one and trade it to one of the other 2 (3 when Emerald is released, and that one has a new one, too) and it'll become the other game's version... I think. This is essential, because Ruby and Sapphire don't have the data for attack or defense (or Emerald's ?speed?) forms of it.

It gets Lugia into R/S... And Mewtwo, but whether that's good or bad, can't be said.

The old one (version 2) is unsupported by Sega, and has been picked up by fans, who run free servers. Blue Burst is the one that's P2P still.

Actually, this is not all relevant to the original topic. Sega's servers ARE down. However, some people have created server programs to run on computers, and you can play on them for free... But you need some sort of cheat device to make the game go to them.

I think he means "both of these + Ruby and Sapphire" or is making a rather pointless joke.

Kitten Yiffer: Jirachi has never been available directly from Fire Red or Leaf Green. The only ways to get it are from the Pokemon Colosseum preorder bonus (US), or allegedly Pokemon Channel (Europe). Deoxys, Lugia, and Ho-oh are going to be available in a way probably similar to the Eon Ticket in Ruby/Sapphire.

Grey: L-cancelling is hitting the L-button right before landing after a midair A-button attack, in order to recover far more quickly. It's most noticeable from the Links' A+down stab.

I like to think that I can play most characters at least halfway decently, but I'd have to say my favorites are Dr. Mario, Roy, and the bottom of the bottom, Pichu. People learn to FEAR the little yellow thing. And goggles instantly make it the best character in the game.

Mr. Game & Watch is pretty fun to use, too. Something funny about killing characters who have 1 more dimension and 50x more animation with the little guy.

The image filename lies. It's Mario Tennis for GCN, as BEAR said. One of the screenshots just popped up in the current Nintendo Power... Or at least, one similar to it.

If I'm not mistaken... All of the TMs in the game are from R/S. The old R/B/Y TMs are instead taught by the move tutors who are in random places (i.e the Mega Punch and Mega Kick guys outside Mt. Moon.).

Also, either way, Toxic is still a TM move. Just don't ask me which one.

...That... But... Wha? I've never seen evolution try to tell us that we came from stars. More importantly, shooting stars aren't stars to begin with, but space debris. Moreover, you seem to be getting things confused. Saying that one thing leads to another does not make them brothers. The elements making up the human body are indeed the products of stars, but only a VERY long time after the fact. Saying people and stars are brothers would be somewhere akin to saying that people and water are direct relatives.

Now... For the original post. As far as the spin and lunar location go... The best comparison I can think of is a parabolic equation. The moon would not go the same speed away from the world constantly. It would instead move at an increasing rate, as gravity would have less and less hold on it, meaning the rate it moves now is NOWHERE NEAR the rate it moved millions of years ago. Well... It is kinda, but on such a small scale, it's a massive difference.

EDIT: Directed at Randy, not Lunar Depths.

Pretty cool... But I'd expect it to be a bit stronger if it was in a better room. Crocomire has never been good for a piece of ground that barely fits it.

...This sounds bad, but... How exactly did you do it? I know you replaced the Chozo statue, and have a vague idea of how it works, but... Any specifics?

...Dust... doesn't... stay... The dust on the moon is not an accurate indicator of the moon's age, as the moon constantly receives millions of micrometeorite impacts, rendering some dust into something else, and creating new dust. At least, that sounds reasonable to say. At any rate... How does anyone know that the last major impact on the landing sites wasn't however many years ago? Meteorite (meteor? meteoroid?) impacts tend to be hazardous to timestamps. Last I checked, the moon wasn't as old as the earth, anyway. Same with the earth and the sun, for that matter.

Now... For religion mixed with science: God/Allah/whatever higher being gifted humans with free will. They also gave it curiosity. Both of which are tools to attempt to find out how things work, to make beneficial things happen more often, and to make bad things happen less. Who's to say that the universe wasn't created by (insert higher being here) in a way concurrent with the Big Bang theory, and then helped along to a point that humanity came to be in the way that it is now? Otherwise... Why would it be necessary to lie to the people by producing false evidence (such as dinosaur bones, predictable radioactive decay rates set to specific amounts, etc)?

Perhaps I shouldn't take part in this discussion, I'm not entirely sure I'm contributing or even making sense.

EDIT: I also tend to post after several other comments have been made about what I'm making comments about.

In no way, shape or form does the Big Bang Theory say that everything that is now suddenly came into being at the time of the Bang. Matter (in the form of... Hydrogen, mainly) merely was formed, and matter formed stars, and stars formed heavier elements, and eventually stars died and exploded and heavier elements were scattered, and heavier elements formed planets, and somehow part of the heavier element that formed into the Earth was knocked into space forming the moon, and I think I just topped NSNick's run-on sentence on the first page. At any rate, the moon is much, much younger than the Earth according to most scientific theories.

I personally don't think a thread being started with 'undeniable proof' that every belief held by the majority is wrong is exactly a good way to start a 'civil, educated discussion'. Especially when the proof is just a collection of things stated in the Bible and contortions of actual evidence to fit said stated things.

Okay... If they can't actually prove how far away the stars are, I have a challenge for you. Prove to us that you exist. While you're at it, prove that the earth and sun exist, too.

To be completely honest... I don't think I've ever actually been taught the Big Bang Theory at all, much less as a fact. Don't remember where I did hear about it, though.

At any rate... Whether it's taught as theory or fact, religion can not be taken any further. After all... How would one prove God's existence?

Chaotix and Sonic CD both would require the emulation of secondary hardware-- the 32X and Sega(/Mega) CD, respectively. Both would be difficult to do, as they require multiple extra processors running at the exact same time as the main one. As an added note, Sonic CD was originally planned for the GCN Sonic Mega Collection, but had to be scrapped for some reason or another.

FFVII:International was a rerelease of the game in Japan with the US/PAL additions put in it.

As for the topic... I never really got into the game, so I'm in little position to judge.

Kirby ATW: The Wireless Adaptors are being sold separately, I saw a few at Walmart for around 20$.

As for the games... I've been wanting one of them. Not sure which one, but I know they're both good...

Heh... Fun game. Never managed to get the animal modifier GS code to work, though... And I so wanted to play as the rocket fox. Or perhaps a frog. You never do get to play as a frog. Probably because it's useless...

As I was saying... Fun game. Never quite beat it, though... Punch-up Pyramid (if that's the name) and the rail shooter level were hard to do.

Heh... The speakers... Genius.

The easy version was not released in the US. We've only gotten... Our version and the hard one. The Easy-type version is ridiculously easy... Various equipment was changed, such as the (Rusty?) sword you get in the Baron Sewers would do lightning damage, and Ribbons would give you full elemental absorption. It also had a different version of Zeromus at the end.

The DemonWall (Is that the name?) was evil. Although it was also very cool.

Zero 3 is definitely a step down in difficulty from the first two. If nothing else, you don't have to worry about powering up your weapons and you get incredible upgrades. Namely that one foot chip that makes it so that when you dash, you're invulnerable. To be fair, you can play without them, but I haven't tried it yet.

(There are also Cyber Elves that don't die when used; I've never really used a Cyber Elf in my life, so take it as you will.)
