| I'm just going to say my piece on this. Link is the Time Warrior, Master of Time, etc. since he is this, I don't think that we can easily peg the Zelda series storyline in anyway. My guess is that very few of them are interelated and that the Link we see in each of these games is probably not the Link from the past game. I'm wagering he is a bit like a Christ figure. The people of Hyrule have these colourful myths, with recurring problems and so someone always seems to step up and take the bat. |

| I am aware. But you see, different universe could also equate to a different country/time period in Hyrule (think prehistoric). I've played the games, this is my interpretation. And I never said that he was a magical time travelling super dude. | Yeah, I looked for that. Couldn't find it. Regardless of his actions changing the future he is permanently in time now, because whenever time is changed (ie. going through it) a copy of the person is created. Thus, it could be plausible that as we play the games (as far as a games mytho can go) all of the various avatars of the original Link are existing simultaneously, hence his actions in the past can not affect himself in the future. |

Smashing Pumpkings - Disarm I was never into these guys when I was younger. I wasn't really allowed to listen to them. But recentely I picked up a few of their CDs, and listened to this one track...Now I know why SP got so big. Despite Corgains kinda whiny voice, it is still haunting. The "aaaaooooo" following the end of each verse as well as the "killer in me is the killer in you, my love" are particularly speaking. With the sweeping orchestrated backing, I can listen to this song all day. Although lyrically, I find it brilliant, there are people at ends with it. A bunch of SP purists from my school hate it...HATE IT. I don't understand how that works. I don't know what to say, but this is just a beautiful track.
