We did NOT eliminate anyone who didn't think like us. We reached a consensus, something that rarely happens in staff. Maybe that's why people are so surprised at the first swift decision every to come from staff?
We had the most active staff in that committee. Of course they didn't face a real threat of being demoted, they were active. Or they wouldn't have been there at all. If we would've waited for all staff to have a say, nothing would've happened. As for not having just admins, I kinda like the mix, it gives viewpoints from both local, full and admin positions. That way, admins can even be demoted. Oh, and what "none of their "friends" were demoted"? Do you keep a list or something Yiffy Kitten? Of what friends I have? Or what friends Colleen have? I don't think so. I barely know what friends I have. I considered you a friend, but apparantly you're not.
