For each different IPS patch you have, make a different copy of the ROM.

For example, if you have 3 IPS patches you want to apply, you'll want to create 3 copies of the SMB2 ROM, and apply one patch to each of them. It sounds to me like you've applied a bunch of patches to one ROM If that's the case, I'm surprised the game still works

That article confused me a bit at first. I thought they were saying that spyware was built into the program from the start, but after reading some parts a couple times over, it sounds like it's spreading via email. I wish they'd tell exactly how it's spreading but the email thing seems the most likely.

I installed Microsoft AntiSpyware a couple months ago, as I had a problem in Giant AntiSpyware where any alert boxes that popped up would scroll up and off the top of the screen I thought uninstalling it, then installing Microsoft's version would fix that problem, but it doesn't seem to have I don't seem to have bee hit by that spware, which is the main point of this paragraph, and hopefully I don't.

The details on Sophos make it sound pretty nasty as well. I can't blame you for being glad you have a Mac, Tarale

I like the addition of shading on some of the objects and the small things on some of the corners of the ground blocks (look at the corners where the blue block meets the purple block, if you don't know what I'm talking about)

The new 'font' in the status bar looks good. It looks sort of cartoonish, so hopefully that's what you were going for

Overall, that screenshot looks quite good. Nice work on that.

I really don't know how a quiz can decide for you whether you're a different race than you think you are, in this case It's something that you should be able to figure out yourself, and not with the 'aid' of quizzes such as this one. Anyways, for the sake of the thread, my results are as follows:

You scored as white. you are white

white

67%

asian

58%

latino

42%

black

25%

Are you a different race than you think you are?

Posted on 02-11-05 09:12 AM, in How do you sleep? Link
I seem to have forgotten to mention when I go to bed and when I wake up Every night of the week, except for Sunday, I generally go to up to my room around 1:30 - 2:00 in the morning, and I'd have to guess I fall asleep about a half hour or so after I turn the lights off.

Sunday night, I, and by brother and sister all have to go to bed at 11, because they have to be up for school early the next day, of course, and they don't think it's fair if I stay up later than they do

In the morning on Sunday, I usually get woken up by my Dad around 10, because we have church at 11 (oh, how I hate going to it ). The rest of the week I wake up a couple minutes after 11 most of the time, and that gives me plenty of time to do stuff I want to before I have to go somewhere.

I've gotten into a bit of a habit lately, where, before I actually hit the sack, I take a bath. It's gotten alot more convenient to do so, now that there's a bath / shower in the bathroom across the hall from my bedroom I guess I like doing that because it's relaxing, and it also feels better to go to bed clean, than go to bed knowing I'm dirty (that sounded awful )

I think there's quite a few of us here that would prefer to sit at the computer 24 hours a day if we were able to I'd expect that would sort of get boring after a while though The line about potatoes was quite random, but if hating potatoes is something you want us to know about you, then so be it

I wish you good luck with making your flash movie What exactly are you making it on? I'd assume something about Mario and Luigi, judging by your username, but I'm not sure

I hope you have a good time here. Welcome to the board

You could try looking here. That's just something I found using the Help and Support thing you can get to through the start menu, and I checked the link with Firefox as well, so it should work

This thread should have been started in Hardware / Software, but it'll most likely be moved as soon as an Admin sees it.

Hopefully that helps

For my physical appearance, I don't know a measurement of my height I'm fairly confident that I'm somewhat taller than is average for someone my age. My hair's brown, but almost black, and I have blue eyes. I've been told by quite a few of my friends in high school that I have an abnormally large forehead, so if it's that noticeable, then so be it Take a look at the 4th page of the Photo Thread to see what I look like, if that description wasn't good enough

I'm pretty quiet. I tend to keep to myself, unless someone talks to me, or I've got something on my mind that I want to say. Even so, I like to think I'm accommodating and friendly

That's the best description of myself I could think up right now, so hopefully it provides enough information to satisfy you.

I tried looking on zophar.net, and the only Super Demo World there doesn't look like the one FuSoYa made (I assume that's the one you're looking for). I made an IPS patch from my copy of the ROM, which can be found here I hope the problem that happened when I posted a link to a Super Demo World: The Legend Continues doesn't happen here The patch isn't hardly as large as that one was, so hopefully that's alright.

However, if you're looking for a different patch, just let us know

Dangerously Fatal Reactions

I think that one makes sense, but when I start thinking about what it means, it seems completely nonsensical. How can something be dangerously fatal? It's either dangerous, meaning that there's a chance that you could get injured, or it's fatal, meaning that it could kill you. When you flip it around the other way so it's 'Fatally Dangerous', it still the same as the other way

Anyways, whether it makes sense at first or not, that's the one I'm going to use for 'DFR'

The first computer I ever used in my life was a Commodore 64 I really don't know whether you'd be able to call the blue screen / blue text thing you'd get when you started it up a GUI or not, but that was the first one I used

As for my first OS, I believe is was some DOS-like thing. I know you had to type 'hdm' at a DOS prompt to bring it up, and I believe that stood for 'Hard Drive Manager' or something Then it'd give you a list of things to pick from, and you could use the up and down keys, and the enter button to select which ever option you wanted. This is a trivial bit of information, but I also remember the GUI changing colors depending on who logged on. If one of the students did, it'd be a blue background, with white text, and if one of our teachers did, it'd be a black background with green text, which must've indicated they were using an account with more power.

Both of those were used at school though. If you want to know what ones I used at home, to answer both, I have to say Windows 98 SE. Used that for a good couple years before the computer refused to boot, and we got this one

There's not much to comment on other than what I just said, so welcome to the board, and have fun here

Edit: Removed my layout for this post as it went all weird when it was there

I'm curious as to what Entwine for 1UU is as well It obviously isn't a type of cake, I know that much.

I don't mind level only hacks at all. Like you said, when you don't have to worry about custom graphics, ASM hacks, and possibly even music editing, you'll be able to concentrate more on the levels, and chances are they'd be better than they would otherwise.

I've got more levels-only hacks on this computer than I do hacks with changed graphics and the like. What I'm trying to say is, I find levels-only hacks just as fun as the other ones, as long as they're done well

This has to be the first time since I've been here that I've seen someone make a happy birthday post for theirselves I don't see it as too big a deal though. It is your birthday and all

Hopefully you're having a good day so far. Outside of being able to vote, I'm not sure what sort of things turning 18 holds for you, so if there's anything you're able to do now, that you couldn't before because of your age, have fun with them. In all, hopefully you're having a good time, and are able to make the best of your day

I'm unsure as to who KirbysKitten213 is, and although I highly doubt she'll read this, happy birthday to her as well.

I feel more sorry for the family. Imagine if whoever the winning bidder is has kids, and got them all excited that they were getting a dog, but neglected to tell them that it was invisible, and thus didn't exist

I wonder what the next odd thing to turn up on that site is going to be

I can't stand the stuff that comes individually wrapped. I haven't had it in so long that I forget what it was called, but I think it was processed cheese or something. It looks like this though

I do like block cheese. This sort of stuff, if you don't know what I'm talking about. If I'm making something to eat that requires the addition of cheese, that's always what I go for, unless I have no other choice

Both of those only apply to when I'm eating it by itself, however. If I'm eating a hamburger, or pizza, or some other food that has cheese in it, I'm more than likely to not give a second thought to what kind it is, and just dig in
