After scouring the game screenshots section of vgmuseum.com for a couple hours (I hope that's allowed ), I'm going to have to guess 'Out of This World / Another World / Outerworld' depending on what language the game is.

I've never even seen or heard of that game before until now though, so hopefully that's right

Very close, huh? That's good to know, and I've got another (hopefully right) guess. 'Flashback: The Quest for Identity', is what I'm hoping is right this time. I'm mostly going by what the character looks like in the screenshots of the game

Well, if we're going to post our computer stats (and that's what it appears to be by the previous post), then here's mine:

Old Computer
Pentium 3 ~500mHz (I can't remember the exact number)
16Mb Graphics Card (Don't know the manufacturer of it)
64Mb RAM (Unsure what type it was)

Yes, I don't remember the details of all the things, as with the old one, I didn't really pay attention to the stuff that was inside it, and was just happy that it worked

New / Current Computer
AMD Athlon XP 2400+ 2gHz
GeForce FX 5200 (128Mb VRAM)
512Mb DDR RAM

It's pretty much the same as yours, Xeogred Except for the amount of RAM in it, and I would like to get more some time soon The computer's pretty much average as well I haven't tried to play Doom 3 yet at all, but it'd probably run alright on medium settings or somewhere around there

I got something like this for my brother a while back (he's really into Sonic), but according to him, the levels aren't what would've been in the original game, had they not been removed. How he can say that when the version of the game with those zones in it never got released, I don't know, but I digress.

I made IPS patches of the two hacks I've got that are like what you're looking for. One's the normal game, but with the new levels added in, and in the other you can play as Knuckles instead of Sonic

You can get them from this link (it's a ~2Mb zip file), and see if they're what you're looking for.

It's worth noting that, for some reason, the patched ROM has a .bin extension, while the original is .smc I tried testing them, and they both worked fine, so hopefully that doesn't present a problem

I played the piano when I was younger. I started when I was probably 5-6, and stopped when I was 17 or somewhere around there. I can still play it well, but I just don't take lessons anymore right now

Currently though, I play the flute, which I've been doing since grade 9 Music class in High School I go to somewhat-regular Advanced Class and Junior Band practices on Saturday mornings, which keeps me fresh when it comes to playing that instrument

The only IPS patcher I was able to find is JIPS, at this site.

As for Hex Editors, I'll say this much: Take your pick I don't know which one of those is the best, since I'm not running Linux, so you'll have to see which one you like the most

Taking this with your other thread, I have to ask one thing. Have you suddenly decided to start using Linux or something? Just curious

On to the emulator stuff now. All of these links go to Zophar's domain, so if you're looking for something else related to emulation for Linux, it'd probably save you a bit of time to check there first

There's quite a few NES emulators here. Go here for Gameboy ones, and finally, check this site for Genesis emulators

I, or whoever else is on it at the end of the day shuts down the computer before they go to bed most of the time. We've left the computer on for a couple days a few times before, but my Dad has it through his head that leaving the computer on all the time isn't good for it, and thus won't let us do that unless we have a really good reason for it

If I had the choice though, I'd leave it on all the time, pretty much for convenience's sake

I don't have a digital camera, but I was able to ask Michele (the Area Administrator for the office here) if she would take a picture of me for this thread while I was out volunteering today. Luckily, she agreed, so here's my pictures:
Full Size:Thumbnail:

The thumbnail one makes me look like I have a fat head There's two other pictures as well, but both of them look grainy That aside though, there's me

Edit: You can see the two other pictures, at either of these links:

Picture 2
Picture 3

I particuarly don't like the second one, as I appear to have a white space where the pupil of my eye should be Anyways, those are there if anyone wants to take a look at them. In case you're wondering what all the stuff in the background of the last two pictures are, that's the second of the front desks at the Heart and Stroke office here (one's the reception desk, and the other one's where I'm sitting). The big board that looks like it's liable to fall on me is the 'In Honour' display for the Wedding Show they had last weekend.

I'll agree with what Kitten Yiffer said about Kazaa on a whole, but anyways, it's your choice to use it, so I'll do what I can to help.

I found this page by pure accident. I meant to do a google search for 'linux clients that will connect to the kazaa network', but I forgot to type 'google' in the address bar first

Not using Linux, I'm unsure of how well that'd work or not, so it'll be up to you to try it and see what happens

The most relevant result I found in the first page of a google search for the string I stated above is this page. Apparently though, that can only download music so far

You could ask FuSoYa if he'd be able to send you the patch, or check your PMs for a link to the actual ROM. Last time I posted a link to it, it got removed, for good reason, so I hope there's not a problem with me giving one through a PM

Well, this result is going to be a bit flawed, as I can't answer two thirds of the questions in that quiz Anyways, my result is:

purple
You are purple-haired. You are strange, sometimes
perky, but well-liked, most of the time. You
are curious, open-minded, and multi-talented.

I hate to pester you about it, Kitten Yiffer, but is there any chance we could get a new acronym to guess at down in Brain Teasers? It's been a while since we've seen a new one
