I kind of feel like that sucks.

But that is where i chose to just do really long levels, that way i get use of all the test levels.

Ofcourse i had to get rid of time, because the levels were so long that you would not make it on time.

That is why i think that the next version of lunar magic should have suport for the use of every level.
That is, if their is another version of lunar magic to ever be released.

I don't think that that is true.

The only way you would not be able to insert new ones is if you kept inserting new ones in the same spot as the ones that are already there.

Holy shit on a shingle!

That is pretty awsome looking.
Or at least i think it is awsome looking.
I have to say something about the background graphics though.

They look more like yoshi story then yoshi's island.

It would be cool if their was some way to use the graphics from yoshi story thogh.

Mario himself dose resemble paper mario.
I do not mean to nitpick, but his ear looks like something is missing i guess, oh i know it needs some side burns.

LOL.

Im working on game about toad also.
It's called, wario land: toads quest.

It's a mario world hack thogh.

But this looks pretty good for a mario bros hack.

Now i know why i can not see his side burns.

You use a dark brown for it just like with his mustach.
I kind of do not like that, you should consider makeing his stach and side burns black, i could not even tell that he had side burns until i pulled out the old trust magnifier, and then i realised why i did not see side burns.

Yeah, i think black is the way to go as far as facial hair gose.

The only thing i can say something good about is the backgrounds in all the screen shots but one.
And it has way too much red in use, what is bad is that it is the same shade of red. Mario himself needs a bit of work.

And that is really all i have to say that is good, i mean the stuff that is bad should be obvious to you.

And yes that includes the status bar.

What i meant about your inside of a body just needs more shades of red, is all i am saying, it looks as if you used the same shade of red for everything, played this game one time on the snes called congo's capers, check out like the 3rd level i do beleave of that game, it is the inside of something alive.

It should give you better insparation and a better idea of what needs to be done for that level in particular.

But everything else is good.

And as long as the status bar is readable do not worry about what people say about that.

Next time just ignor K C, pretend he is not here, and just go to the next responce in the thread, that is usuely what i do when someone says something i dislike.

Now im not saying your hack is bad, it is just that one part, just try more that one shade of red for everything, or at least the monsters.

So far what i have said has just been constructive critasisum(i know i spelled that word wrong).

But anyhow, it is not as bad as alot of hacks i have seen on this board(not going to say what hacks though).

Just calm down and ignor anyone that makes you upset.

And i have seen the insides of a body up close, so i know how it looks.

Ever see a dead body up close?
Not something one would forget.

Anyhow, just more shades of red would help it, not saying you have to, just saying it would look better.
And more people would play it, unles you do not want them to.
Ok, i have said enough.

Ok, i do not know if this has been mintioned, but in the level that you designated as a water level, if you go through that left to right, right to left pipe, it sinds mario flying behind the bushes, and then you can not move mario anymore, also if you reset the game after getting stuck behind the bush, it will not let you start the game again until you close the emulator then turn it back on again.

Ok, that is all.

I dont think nintendo ever used a pipe setup like that in super mario bros 3, and if they did not, that is probebly why. Not to be a jerk, just saying.

I have plenty of free time, so if i can get the rom ill do that for him.

Im takeing a break from toads quest anyhow.
If i keep working on it ill just get board and not want to ever work on it agai.

So i think it would be good for me to take a break and do something else.

I could not enjoy this hack.
Mainly because i kept loseing my powerup every few seconds.
Too man monsters and too hard to get them out of the way.

It is like this for me with every hack you make anikiti.
Ill just start useing game genie codes with this one, like i do with all of the ones you make.

I just can't seem to get anyplace in his hacks without cheating.

I don't mean to tick anyone off, but its pretty hard to play his hacks as they are.

I need to know what the ex graphics editor of choice is for people here.
Esp for ripping graphics from roms of any type.

I keep trying to use tile molester for riping from a GBA rom.
But it keeps showing up just a little off by like 1 sprite on the graphics.

It's hard as heck to rip them when they look like that.

I guess anikiti really is from Japan.
I could tell by his gramer, good english bad gramer.(not to offend)
But it's cool, i think i got the gist of it.

Im just trying to figure out what bug he and everyone else is talking about, maybe i just have not made it that far yet.(doubt i will, can't find my game genie code book)

Well, what i was haveing a problem with was just the fact that monster seemed to pop out, sometimes from no where.
I could not hold on to my powerups because of that.
The graphics were great as always.

He should try makeing it more obsticle oriented, rather then alot of monsters every where.

Heck, in the hack im working on, although their are plenty of monsters i make sure they are not right there when you walk up to certin areas.

I try to make it as much like the originel mario world as posible, in that when you play it, you only come up to small chalenges, overcome them then move on.

But that is ok, that is what game genie codes are for.
To make a game that althogh is a good game it is also way to hard become easyer for shmoes like me to play them.
--------------------------------------------------
I wish this board had a freaking spell checker.
My spelling sucks, i know i have spelled alot wrong, i just do not know what the right way is.

I think im going to talk to the heads about it.
