Do NOT exersise before bed. It will keep you awake, even if you're really tired from it. |
Don't -drink any kind of soda before or close to when you want to go to sleep -drink anything else for that matter -eat -exersise -be on your computer -watch tv First clear your mind, if you're thinking about too many things it will keep you awake. Second, start relaxing your body, start with your toes, and work your way up to your eye lids and ears. Make sure you're completely forcing yourself to relax. Most girls don't exactly like to see their boyfriends get beat up...First of all, you were violent, second, you beat up her boyfriend, third to her your just a jerk now, thus ruining all chances you had with her. Now who knows, she might be the forgiving type and in time forgive you, but I'd give her time to cool off for now. |

Second...I'd advise against telling her simply because if you told her she might get kinda weirded out by it and things may never be the same between you two. Sadly some crushes (which can turn into obsessions) can last for years. Try finding girls you go to school with and focusing on them more, or if you like any of them (even just a little) spend more time with them and hope that it grows to take your mind off of your cousin. ~Delial
