Yay, I'm back from Denmark...

C.G: Currently, I haven't done anything with the hack. For me, only one hack is fun to work with at a time, and these days, it's "smb3 time". But when hacking smb3 gets boring, I'll probably start on the megaman3 hack again... So sorry I don't know when it comes (maybe in december?), but as I said, I will finish it... The more people who want to play, the more fun it is to continue...

Also, I will update the page soon... More pictures from smb3 hack will be added

EDIT: Page updated with new screens...

And I don't think Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Cuba and such countries have McDonalds, only "U.S. friendly" countries have...

I don't know if this is the right forum to place it in, but I posted it here anyway...

I have some small problems... I bought some Memorex 90 min / 800mb rewrite cd's, but when I'm trying to write the cd (with Roxio Easy CD Creator) , the program says that there are only 80min / 700 mb on this cd... Do you know any sollutions? Is it anything wrong with the program or the cd's? Do anyone know about a program that it works? Or something... I've wasted my money on these cd's for no reason... Help!!!

Windows tells me that it's named "HL-DT-ST CD-RW GCE -8481B" . I don't know which brand it is, it came with the computer, which I got in April 2003... But if the laser is to old, as you said, I understand why it happens. This happened to a friend of mine too...

Yes, that's right. If you download the latest version of workshop, you have a freeform mode there too... But still, don't delete M3I from you hard drive, its special funcions (scrolling, colours, misc. settings etc.) still comes in handy, Personally, I use all three editors (m3i, workshop and discombobulator) on my own hack... It's good to have them all to hack smb3...

Here's another weird question from me:

What kind of music do you listen to? And why?

Personally, I can listen to almost everything (not classic and all that weird stuff). All from Rock and Pop to Trance, Blues, Jazz and even sometimes music from the middle east or something (weird too, but kind of interresting)...

What about you?

Sorry, I forgot classical, but I can't include every single type of music, like samba, acid, celtic, meditative or what else, and however, how many do you think listen to such music? Let they take "other" or leave thread behind... Why so agressive? I'm doing my best!

So sorry, again, my fault too...

edit: and I cannot edit the poll options... Also, someone said to me that to much options results in a bad poll too...

Well, I don't want my drive screwed up, so I guess I have to live with the 80min / 700mb cd's.

I didn't see that windows port somewhere...I will try to find it again and take a look at my problems again tomorrow...

Maybe he bumped old threads because he wanted some attention... But the only attention he got was to break the rules and get banned... I looked through his posts, and everyone was unserious, and didn't contain more than 10 words....
Or maybe he did it because he had something against the board or some of the people here... Who knows...

I know... What I didn't expected is that you over the atlantic ocean (if you're american) listen to a lot of different kinds ofmusic. I think I made the poll "compatible" to Europeans, mostly. Most of the people here (at least in Norway) listen to one of these genrees. We only listen to five or ten different kinds, but from you, I've heard many opinions...

I CAN listen to very much. But I'm a little bit "underground", I listen most to Trance and such music... That's what I voted on the poll myself too. Most of the trance and techno makers seem to be from Germany, but there are also many here in Scandinavia, France, UK, The Netherlands and Switzerland...

I don't know if this thread should be posted here, but there can't be any other places to post it...

There are many ROM-hack pages on the internet (including mine), but I see that some of them demands visitors. On my page too, there haven't been many. To make the navigation through them better, I thought it was a good idea to put links to each other on their sites.

So I was wondering if I (we) could link to your page, and then you could link to mine (us)... That would be a good idea if everyone did, since every page would (possibly) get more visitors... If you want, could you post that link here or send a PM? Or if someone would make a ROM-hack page database thread or something... Thanks...

Edit: Oh, I forgot the link: http://www.geocities.com/durfarc

(if this is against the "don't" rule 16 in the faq or if it doesn't belong here / make any sense, close this thread)

Many good sites here, but some of them was abandoned or not updated in a long time...
I added the most important pages to my link section (acmlm, des, cg-games, tekhacks, zophar). However, I believe most of the people here knew about these sites before... I will add more links later, not time for it now...

It looks pretty good I have to try this when time allows me to... (I should try almost all of the SMW hacks on this forum)

You should make the background in screen 3 (the cave) a little darker...

By the way, the water level looks hard with all those blobbers...

You must have a genree which is your favourite. I like trance best, but I like many other genrees too.

Poll seems useless? Errr, no, I don't think so...

Linked pages get a nice amount of visitors through my site, so it could be called an advantage to be on my links page.

I see. Since I don't want to pay for an upgraded account at geocities (not yet), I have to live with the cheap design and restricted functions... And my site is only some weeks old, so I hope visitors will come afterwards...

If you hack Yoshi's Island, go there and help with data files and stuff.

I may add it, but Yoshi's Island doesn't really interrest me. However, I'm not a person which only post links of my own interrests

It also works nice when you need a place to put a hack but don't have one, since screenshots are there, too (usually)

That's one hell of a list, though, jeez

Can you add my one of my hacks there too? (When it's finished of course, which will be at the end of the year or something i guess...)

And I created a new banner for my page... Hope you like it... Not all that good though

They may be a threat, but I don't think they will attack unless they have a good reason. But their little, isolated country is a strange political question. Why the heck do they want to create their land as a prison where almost no imformation comes in or out? They don't even have a reason for why, but I may know little about them at all...

And unlike Sweden, we are allied with the US (through NATO). But I don't think they will come here... (I'm more afraid of terrorists from the Middle East, they have threatened Norway quite times)

I haven't cast my vote yet, don't know exactly what I think...
