I already have 3500 midis, but why not download some more of them, lol...

I could pretty much say what Prier said about each song, so I'm not going to repeat that. But being an honest, they don't really impress me at all. Some of the melodies are quite good, but... There isn't anything else other than the melodies and the boring, repetitive drums. If you put some chords and a real bassline in there, they could be good, but...

I don't know how much possibilities there are with a freeware composing utility, but I bet you could do better than this. I made better songs than these when I was 12 years old. Then again, I was born with excellent music skills, so I guess that's just the case with me... Maybe I should post those midis in another thread, lol...

If this sounds confusing, it's because my English music vocabulary lacks.

Off-topic: While we're talking about that, I've bought music hardware and software for over 2000$. As soon as I get my equipment and make a song, I'll post some real stuff here at this board...

This is simple, just go to the 3rd Wily Stage, press F6, choose advanced settings and change the scroll data from 0e to 05.

FruityLoops is in no way a very professional tool. Probably more professional than midi, yes, but if you're looking for serious software, try Reason, Cakewalk Sonar or Cubase. The last one is what I'm getting soon.

It's not covered in the readme, but it's covered in the Visine Help File. I thought it was included in the zip file I downloaded ages ago, but in case it wasn't, you can find it at the bottom at this page. When you've downloaded it, select "Chapter 6 - Scrolling and Level path", and then take a look at the section called "scrolldata".

If you don't understand it, though, I (or anyone else) can try to explain it further.

Ok, that's not good, because then it has something to do with the Page Data L/R or Page ptr L/R to do. I had the same problem myself, but managed to fix it by just playing around. I suggest you either wait for someone with more knowledge about Visine to reply, or you can send the hack to me and I can try to fix it (just PM me). At least, I fixed the problem on my own hack...

Edit: I helped him and we managed to fix it.

I have rich grandparents, so I get much money from them.

I don't know why I said exactly "a real bassline", but what I mean, it's like your melodies are amazing, but there aren't any other instruments, like some strings or guitars or whatever it should be. And of course, the bassnotes should be deeper than they are now. But from what you say, it sounds like there are some limit on the program, so it's not really your fault, lol.

Give me some times, and I can make an example song.

Ok, here's a short example. It only lasts for four bars, but compare the two first ones with the two last ones, and you'll see what I mean.

I am in no way trying to sound professional with this, I only used five minutes on it.

Posted on 08-10-05 03:58 AM, in Mega Man 2 hack released (yeah, it's completed) Link
I finally managed to finish my Mega Man 2 hack. All levels have been changed, as well as their colour pallettes. A new title screen has also been created. For screens and download:

I'm not going to say more about it, since you can read about it at the page above. For more information, "read the readme file".

Finally, I'll just say: Thanks to Fx3 for making Visine. Have fun playing my hack!

Edit: IF any problems should pop up (I don't think so, but just in case), I'll fix them tomorrow. It's 1:00 AM over here, and I'm tired.

EDIT: Problem solved. The whole conflict was built up on a mistake infidelity made when patching the patch.

Thanks to bbitmaster, Heian-794 and infidelity for actually saying anything about the hack. As for you, Keikonium, next time, don't jump into other people's business just to increase your post count. I can understand that infidelity was upset because he thought I stole from him, but this was our problem, not yours. Sorry if I'm harsh now, but I hate to be blamed for something I've not done from someone who doesn't even appreciate my work.

But since it's all over now... Thread's original topic may continue.

I'm white, I'm in the middle class, living in a grey house, I'm a boy. Seems like most ROM hackers are like that so far.

I'm just as everyone else around here, apart from that I ROM hack, of course.

lol, thanks Googie. I can say that I've already started on a new Mega Man 2 hack. I just love the game, and it's easy to hack as well. Don't know when that one will be finished though.

I haven't removed them and won't remove them. Why? Because I can't. I never got them, and won't get them When I was eleven years old or something, the dentist found out exactly that. For once, I'm lucky.

Not only that, but I've never got holes, and never pulled a single tooth...

Oh, okay. It's really sad though, I was really looking forward to play this hack. But as long as you've given it to another person(s) with excellent skills, I guess it's okay...

nice screenshot btw.

Hey, wait for me, I also want some steak, lol. What the h*** would the world be like without it? Or without meat, for that matter?

I'm quite lucky when it comes to food, because even though I eat quite much steak, cheese, junk food and all that crap, I'm thin. I guess my body gets rid of the fat very fast.

I couldn't agree even more with you. I can repeat exactly what you said about Booba. And the orange one has sharp corners, and since "K" is a sharp sound, I think Kiki sounds best for that one.

Dude, are you stupid, or are you just too lazy to scroll down on the main page? Either way, this is the wrong forum. Acmlm's Board has a general gaming forum. Use it!

If this thread happens to be moved into general gaming, don't make a new thread. If you don't know where your threads have been moved, enter your profile and select "view threads by this user" at the bottom of the page. Here is a direct link for your ease.

On the other hand, I just noticed that you're from Greece, so maybe you're just confused of the english language.

From what I know, he's still working on it. This isn't the newest SMB3WS thread, a new thread was made in July. Here it is.
