I was for when it started, but when I saw the people and casualities that were lost, I changed my mind somehow. But it's too late to leave now.

Actually, this doesn't really bother me, Norway isn't taking part in Iraq at all.

Buzzy Beetle, because... It doesn't really do anything. It's just walking back and forth, doing nothing.

There is one problem, though: When it's 8pm in New York, it's 1am in the U.K. and 2am in the rest of Western Europe. But I guess there's no other way... or we could always play in a weekend, since there are no school or work for most people then.

Uh, there is a section for newbies right below this one. Didn't you notice that the Newbie forum was below the General chat? I guess someone will move this though.

Other than that, you got a nice introduction. Now we know what you're doing here.

Welcome.

Hahaha, that was pretty cool... But the "Norwegian" doesn't sound Norwegian at all. I believe he's actually a Dane.

I'm just wondering. I have never seen this "forum" before, and I know that there aren't any links linking here. I was just surfing around the board as usual, and when I looked in "online users", I saw that someone was in "forum 99". I checked the link and...

So this is the place where you are hiding away... I though this board was kinda serious, but now... I don't have anything against it though.

I only remember that the person who was here had an X in his username.

And of course, I won't tell. This is the only place to avoid newbies, as some of them can be pretty annoying (heck, I know I am).

No, I'm not kidding, I'm serious. There are enough wars and conflicts out there. What could be better for the world than getting rid of all the terrorism? And there are also many smaller conflicts all around the world that we even don't know about. And Norway has been treatened... Two times.

But of course, 100 billion dollars would have been nice. I wouldn't use everything on myself, but I would "improve" the city (where I'm living) and the places that I'm using here.

I don't like advertisements in general, but giving a little link to your own page should be ok, I think. Just look at my "signature".

Anyway, welcome to the board, eskimo.

I'm sure I will remember that one the rest of my life. Posting in six different forums, and the exact same thread. Your reply on that one was good, Acmlm

Hmmm, if I'm not wrong, the other one was closed because of flaming. If this thread holds the line, it won't be closed.

I'm not religious at all. But if I had to vote, I would vote for Christianity, but... No, that isn't the right thing to do. There should have been a choice which said "nothing".

Yes, all of these people mentioned it: Only two shots, and the areas are identical with the ones in the original game. A hack with only a new story and enemy replacements isn't fun to play at all (in my opinion). But I'm sure you can do better than that, if you haven't done it already. I don't want to be mean or anything, but I'm just telling you the thruth: Nobody will play this as it is now. Do some actual progress and changed, and post more screens.

And yes, Zelda 3 is a hard game to hack. It's big, and there are many events which are difficult to make right. I played a little with Hyrule Magic myself too, but I found the game way to big.

The proper grammar, the higher respect. Lately, there have been many new users with the right language skills. About a month after I registered, there were many poor guys registering, like him.

I've never seen the points with drugs, although I know it's easy to get dependent on it. The problem is the first time people try drugs. "There goes one, and then another one... and another... *continues*"

And I'm (partly) allergic to flour, so I can't even drink alcohol, unless it's not beer.

Dunno, I would assume the laser wouldn't function properly underwater.

I know it doesn't already. One of my friends decanted (is that the right word?) Fanta into the "hole" where the laser is one year ago. The mouse itself was totally messed up.

I have placed him in the last room before the Church.

This is quite the useless hack. You must make NEW LEVELS and NEW AREAS, not just keep the original ones. Your screens are NOT eyecandy. And when you say Zelda will dissapear and all that stuff; the castle is still the same. Make new levels - new areas - new rooms - new placements. Understand? Take a look at some of these hacks. Look at the screens. Totally different levels can be seen.

Btw, is it true that you cancelled your hack, Uchi?

This thread will likely be closed if we continue flaming each other, lets end it as it is. I don't know if it was completed or not, post when you have made some changes.

Uchi's hack was cancelled. I saw that now.

Currently there are only 3 Zelda hacks in progress.

Zelda: Dark Prophecy - By Omega (me) and Dudeman

Zelda: Lyra Islands - By Orochimaru

Zelda: Quest for Calatia - By Gamemakr24

Isn't "Gates of Darkness" and "Lyra Islands" the same hack? Or did Uchi start fresh on a new one? It's so sad that "Gates of Darkness" was cancelled.
