The Jester took his guard, since his new foe had taken action. He discreatly took out his staff which elongated at the press of a button, and held it behind his back. However, he still wanted to try and negotiate with the hero.

Teddylot: Look, I've never heard of a 'Supa Dreamlander!' But, not being one to fight, you could save us all some trouble by just complying with justice. If you're lucky, the blind gal with the balances might let you off easy for it.

Zap had since entered the battle ship making last checks for supplies and other miscellaneous items and doodads. He eyed a room until he spotted Troy where he overheard him speaking.

Zap: Sorry about that. That just happens to be one of the weaker parts of the ship, but I've adapted the entire of it with special nano-bots which I've developed. It's a bit hard to understand, but in super lamen's terms, they fix any damage done to the ship in a matter of seconds depending on the casualty.

Right in front of their eyes, the hole disappeared.

Zap: *smiles* Feel free to look around, but don't go around smashing things.

*super womping bump*

Okay, I hope nobody bashes me for bumping this, but I kinda like this thread.

So since this is a comics discussion, I'll give some topic starters or something.

Who's your favorite penciller?
Who's your favorite writer?
Who's your favorite inker?
Who's your favorite colorer?
Who's your favorite letterer?
What's your favorite comic industry?
What's your favorite comic?

What do you think of all the comic book-based movies coming out?
Are comics art? or are they a lower form of art?
How do you get your comics?
What do you think of ethnicities in comics?
What do you think people should do to make the genre more popular?

Okay, I could come out with a whole tone of these, but I'd like someone to start some sort of debate or discussion on one of these topics, or some of your own, even.

Talk people! *glare*

I've seen the trailer, and it seems pretty well put together with a nice view. However, I've also glimpsed a preview from the movie on Access Hollywood, and I got to see some not-so-decent acting from the two young actors that play Harry, and Hermione. (Maybe it was just the sequence it was put in, I dunno)

I hope the movie turns out to be just as well done as the trailer. =P

The fireballs hit the elevator just as it was closing causing it to fail. The teddy bear knew that he was a sitting duck in an elevator, so he tried to blow himself out of there. He took out his chainsaw (from his magical pockets, of course,) and began to hack through the doors.

Meanwhile . . .

The Jester: Again? When will these guys ever give us a break?

How 'bout Iznogoud or Lucky Luke? Are they known over there?

Both Asterix and Tintin were most definitely least accepted in America. I was talking about Tintin in class, and people thought I was talking about that stupid dog, RinTinTin, so they all went beserk when I said it was originally a comic.

As for Lucky Luck and Iznogoud, good books, but as their other counterparts, not respected. I do think they have an American-made, Lucky Luck movie though. *ponders*

Personally, I love european comics, pretty different from American ones (which I love as well.) They're also how I got into comics, since my dad had an entire book case of different books. (Not like he read them or anything.

Okies, I just read the book, and have an awesome teacher, so I'll do my best to help you out.

. . .

Hmm, I went through answering all the questions until I got to number twelve when I figured, "Hmm, maybe some advice from my teacher would help this guy out, instead of spoon-feeding him the answers."

My teacher tells us that "You can read, then you can read." Basically, you can read and get the basic idea of the book or you can read and understand exactly what's going on plus that much more. I suggest, you read the entire book again, and answer the questions yourself because all the answers are in there. Written out as plain as day.
Of course, I'm pretty naive, and think you'll actually do it.

Teddylot finally breached through the elevator door with his chainsaw. Upon noticing his foes, Teddylot grinned, pulled out another two chainsaws, and tossed them into the air above the Marios.

Teddylot: Try and juggle those babies!

Teddylot woke up, a bit woozy, but still, plenty cool. He darted up and recognized his surroundings immeadiately. The stream where he was previously fishing, gurgled like it always did, and the forest beside him still radiated with music and color. A bit aways, he noticed Zap, who was lounging around and leaning on a particularly small birch tree. He had gotten his notepad out and was scribbling down some information.

Teddylot: Hey Zap! I feel kinda funny!

Zap: Natural, you just blacked out for a few minutes, 'tis all.

Teddylot: How?

Zap: Something about fishing with a boulder. I'm not too sure, since I was working on an equation pertaining to that one movie . . . what was it called again . . . oh, I got it, Groundhogs Day.

Suddenly, Teddylot heard a certain, familiar song being sung by a vaguely familiar voice. The 'I love you' song could be heard in the distance. A flood of memories poured into the small teddy bear pertaining to the previous events of the story, but also, a distant memory of him finding Twister's stache of recorded Barney episodes and movies. He shuddered. Teddylot dashed off towards the music.

Teddylot: I'm gonna help save the world! *determined*

Zap: *not looking up from his notepad* That's nice. I'll be right with you.

When I first saw this, I thought you were talking about the cartoon-based Teen Titans: Go written by J. Torres (which is just gag-me-with-a-spoon awful). Well, luckily enough, it's not.

The TV series is awesome. It goes in depth with the characters and all that. Plus, the fight scenes are awesome. *grin*

Ultimate Spider-man . . . not my fave, but still well written and stuff. It's also one of the series' where Aunt May doesn't look like a goblin.

Teddylot simply moved leaving the Mario to head straight inside the elevator.

Teddylot: Yawn

Over on the ground, The Jester didn't keep his eyes off those never-ending clones. Still he thought it best to leave them alone, since they weren't doing anything.

Teddylot took the attack, but once hit, rolled with it and tried to push his foe into the elevator. Teddylot then took out another chainsaw (=P) breached through the ceiling of the 'vator, took hold of the cables from the opposite one, then hacked through the cables of the one the two Marios were hopefully in causing it to plummet.

Teddylot: *phew* I hope that worked.

Teddylot: *eyes Sprout* Oh well, he's dead.

Losing interest, Teddylot decided to hunt for new recruits, since they still lacked a few. Right when he looked over the side however, a grappler flew up just past his head. Reaching its peak, it came back down and took a nice safehold. Minutes after the intrusion, up came the new recruit he was looking for.

Platii: Arghish, I be Platii the Platypus, and I be here to pillage, thou scurvy dog.

Teddylot: . . . Alright! But first, you'll have to fill out all these forms. *drops a mountain of forms onto the newcomer* Welcome!

Platii: arg? *reads* 2 + 2?

Teddylot: That's policy!

Zap then came into view from the battle ship.

Zap: *megaphone* The preparations are almost ready. Be prepared to board the ship.

Teddylot flung down from the cables and landed back on the floor. He took out his spear and swung it at the screaming Marios feet. Oh, did I forget to mention that there was a skateboard right next to the clone? *whistles*
