Teddylot: If you take a look to your right, you'll noticed two words, both being the same. This word his known as "played"! As you can deduct, its infinitive is "to play" and it is currently in the "past tense". Therefore, you can, once again, deduct that all seven games have passed.

Announcer: Basically . . . try again.

Question 44:

While working out with weights, Ari Gant had his personal trainer put a 25 pound weight on each end of the bar, a 10 pound weight on each end, and then three two pound weights on each end. Ari then took over and lifted the bar above his head. How much did Ari lift all together?

Note: The FIVE point bonus is still free for all. See page 8 (This is on the default, 20 posts/page.) If no one has answered it by page 10, it'll be gone . . . forever . . . because I'll give out the answer . . . Booga!

The Jester stood there . . . gazing at the oncoming anvil and not attempting to dodge it. It was headed straight for him. That is until Teddylot came back to the rescue. The teddy bear peeked up from an adjacent manhole, dragged Jest down with him, and then spun the manhole cover back in its place. Of course, being his wily self, the teddy left a little "booming" surprise on the top of it.

Down in the sewers . . .

Teddylot: 4 . . . 3 . . . 2 . . . 1 . .--

Jest: Aw nuts, my jeans are soggy.

Teddylot: Well so am I, so stop complaining and be on the lookout for more of those annoying clones while I finish counting down.

Question 48:

The Isle of Begile is a place where the natives always lie, and the visitors always tell the truth. Shadow is interviewing prospective candidates for police work, the requirements being that the person must be a truth teller. While interviewing a young man for the job, the applicant suddenly volunteers that the woman in line behind him had confided that she is a native. Question 49:

Based on the laws of the U.S. Constitution, there are five requirements a person must meet in order to become President of the United States:
The candidate must:

-must be at least 35 years old
-must be a citizen of the United States
-must have resided in the United States for at least 14 years

*theme music on*

Announcer: Hey there and welcome to "Presidents 411", the second Teddylot game show production. Now, here's your host . . . Teddylot.

A small, two foot tall teddy bear came trudging down the aisle in between the audience. In his descent, he shook as many of his admiring fans' hands as possible. Teddylot mounted the stage and made his way to his desk where he took a sip of his pre-made hot cocoa. He picked up the papers that were neatly stacked out his desk, scanned them, and then threw them in the trash.

Teddylot: Hey there folks! I'm your host, Teddylot. You may remember me from a passed game show production or even some Story Forum stories, such as the classic, "Of Machines and Magik" or the ongoing "The Evil Reign: Remixed". In this game, I will simply give you a list of questions pertaining to the presidents in United States history. Some may be easy to answer, some tricksy, and others . . . just plain difficult. Unlike my other current show, this game is much shorter and I will give you all of the questions in one go.

Announcer: Thank God! Oh, and in this game, there are a few rules. *rules appear on screen*

1) NO LOOKING UP THE ANSWERS! This is the single, most important rule. If you break it, and we find out. You'll be severely punished. (If it's a bonus question you may look it up.)

2) You may answer as many questions as you want in one post, but you can only give one answer per question per post. (i.e.: Question 3 Billion: It's either Him or Her. I'm not too sure.)

3) Bwaha! There is no three!

Teddylot: Each question is worth one point unless stated otherwise. Now, *shuffles his index cards* let's begin.

Questions:

1) Who was the first president born in the United States?

2) Who was the only bachelor president?

3) Who was the first left-handed president?

4) Who was the largest president? 2-Point Bonus: What was his weight and height?

5) Who was the shortest president? 1-Point Bonus: What was his height?

6) Who was the youngest president? 1-Point Bonus: What was his age?

7) Who was the oldest president? 1-Point Bonus: What was his age when he left office?

8) Who was the first president born west of the Mississippi?

9) Who was the first president born in the 20th century? 1-Point Bonus: What was his date of birth?

10) Which three presidents died on July 4th?

11) Which two presidents died on the exact same day in the exact same year? 1-Point Bonus: Name the day and year.

12) Which president swam daily in the Potomac River naked?

13) Who was the first to become president through the death of the current president? (Unlucky, Booga!)

14) Which president died 30 days of his inauguration and how did he die?

15) Who was the first president to be assassinated?

16) Who was the only president to serve two nonconsecutive terms?

17) Which president could write Greek with one hand and Latin with the other simultaneously?

18) Who was the only grandson of a president to become president?

19) Who was the only former president to serve in the House of Representatives?

20) Who were the only former presidents to serve in the Senate? (There are two, and this question is worth two points.)

21) Which president was the teddy bear named after and why?

Teddylot: Oh man, I'm loving this.

22) Which president kept sheep to trim the White House lawn?

23) Which president was the only one to resign?

24) Who was the only president not elected into office?

25) Who was the first president born in a hospital?

Announcer: Well, there you have it. Go out and answer those questions.

Teddylot: And remember . . . Don't drink and drive!

Announcer: And don't look up the answers either.

Mrs. Payload turned to her husband and said, "I don't know what you're complaining about because if you gave me one of your parcels, I would have twice as many as you, and if I gave you just one of mine, we would have equal loads." How many parcels were each carrying?

>.> Garfield's birthday is on June 19th. I remember reading the birthday strip (or series in this case) last year. It was a change (since he met his old self), but still didn't please comically.

*puts his two cents into the thought jar*

See, what I'd like to see come back to the dry, old strip is fun. After going over my "Garfield's Twentieth Anniversary Collection," I noticed that there was more to Garfield besides his weight and there was more to the strip besides that stupid counter. Garfield used to go on vacations, have other, alternate identities (i.e. Banana Peal Man), and sometimes, I know I shouldn't say it but, he was somewhat, remotely funny. Now, when it comes to humor, he may have never been able to achieve the greatness of "Pearls before Swine" or "The Boondocks," but he could entertain at times. The thing is . . . Garfield and the strip have lost their dimension. Now, if only Jim Davis (who is 58 years of age, so we have several more years left of that fat cat) would take him off the counter and put him in different situations much like the ones Kasumi thought up (except the Odie becoming pregnant one,) the strip may just regain its edge.

. . .

Yes, I'm done.

The secret to sine/cosine/tangent is . . . sohcahtoa!!! Remember the "h"'s! They're silent.

Anyway, I've been trucking through my finals all week long. Not breaking into a sweat, crumbling under the constant pressure to do well, or anything like that. I've been pretty much taking it easy. You know, like not studying for over thirty minutes and constantly taking breaks. Tomorrow's my last one, and I get home at 9:30 . . . in the morning! =D *thumbs up + onomatopoeia *

Note: sohcahtoa

soh: sine = opposite/hypotenuse
cah: cosine = adjacent/hypotenuse
toa: tangent = opposite/adjacent

You can pretty much base everything off of that. <.<
