I think one of the problems is, would you want to be eaten when you died? It would be a, well, uniqe, experience to see a guy, someone you hated, being cooked and marinated and stuff, be sure to not kill him too brutally before, because if you do you'll have to clean up more, and people won't get to eat the brain if they wanted to try that, also, what if he was cooked alive(he would really have to be hated though, but I think eating dead people might just be illegal if you don't have their permission )

I've heard of a sticker like patch that you can attach to the Wireless Adaptor to extend the range of the microwaves that it produces, these have also been made for things like Cell Phones, which I think use the same type of waves. It's possible that the patch isn't made just for the WA but was just taken and put on it by someone, but it works well I heard. It's about 60 dollars though, don't know what that comes out in any other types like yen or pounds, but it's about the price of a new game, just to allow you to extend the reach of your connection alot

But that won't "bump" the thread above other threads to show it has new stuff. I would recomend that Hukka gets a pal to post for him if this problem ever comes up again, it wouldn't be bad would it? He would be posting new information still.

Either that is the one with 2bbp layer 3 graphics, or it's the one with that odd special Mode 7 format used for the lava boss and Reznor I think. I don't know any editors that can edit those, save for maybe one, at romhacking.org, and I couldn't get it to work.

Good luck simulating the different levels you can push an analog stick on the N64 with only a keyboard. Whoops, they did that with different keys. I think I heard it does has pressure sensitivity, but they can allways work around things, they could have keys to change the pressure, or options, or using the mouse wheel.

This is eerie, I had a dream semirecently of some kind of Kingdom Hearts game that controlled the same way, and even though it should of been a keyblade I think I was actually holding a sword, like that one....

The fact that you showed it with the Sx2salwhatchumacallsit makes it better, it looks even more like a cake.... Too bad there isn't a way to make all the tiles into berry block type things and the berry sprites into wads of cake, so Yoshi could eat the whole level, making for interesting puzzles... but that isn't needed anyway.

I think that it is just a minor hack applied to the rom that people didn't notice when uploading to their rom sites, that or it's a bug that nobody has noticed that activates a hidden debug code, I think this was in the original NES one too, as seen activated by a GG code... I might be wrong though

I know one other person who was making a hack with SMA4 Mario, and I gave it a try too. Why take just SMAS BGs when you could take SMAS Mario? Actually.... this just reminded me of something I allways wanted to know, I think I'll make a thread about it now!

I haven't been into the SMW hacking scene for quite awhile, I took a quick look in here, saw a thread with pics that had SMB3 Mario in place of SMW Mario, and it made me think, does anyone know the data for Mario's tile mapping, so that, let's say using that as an example, I could port SMB3 Mario's graphics into SMW more closely, with the head moving and stuff instaid of one head frame for all the parts? Also, is it possible to edit any possibly unused Mario frames(If you set the value of his current frame above the existing ammount)so you could use ASM or maybe a simple custom block to show that frame, without overwriting existing ones?

I knew of Mario's graphics, I meant the data that told which tiles from there are put where for each Mario frame so I could have more freedom on editing Mario's graphics, instaid of worrying if replacing his head would look odd on other frames, I could just mod other frames to use different tiles for the head. I think I'm going to give something a try, but still, does anyone atleast know how the SNES commonly does tile mappings for sprites, or perhaps the way they are done for SMW enemies, which I think was found out for some, that would allow me to try and see if Mario's sprite works the same way or not.

I just noticed, it isn't on the 16x16 grid. And yet you only used EM, so that means one of two things, a tile editor for modding the 16x16 tiles, or the ability to somehow lay tiles on an 8x8 grid.

When a song is dumped to a SPC it is not in the format it is in inside the rom, so that wouldn't work anyway.

yes, i did that, and made morton have 255hp well i decicded to change some nearby '03's to 'ff's to see if i could get ludwig and roy to have 255 hp, i believe i changed xD1F5 and xD157. i fought ludwig, and he had 255 hp, but every time he bounced to the right, he did this freaky ninja- spinning thing! you really need to try this!

This is astounding! It appears that if I change this value Ludwig's right jump is changed alot. Sometimes it will crash, but sometimes something else may happen. One time I got him to not spin at all, he just faced the player, then faced the screen, then did his turn thing again. This would allow you to hit him before he starts spinning. Then he starts the fire spitting which would let you hit him again. I don't have the guts to try and edit any more data near there but someone who does should hack around those locations, boss hacking may just yet be partially feasable. And by the way, he hacked an address in the rom, which is the file it'sself, incase anyone messed up like he seemed to.

    I thought that the SNES didn't naturally support rotating without certen modes, hence the need for rotated graphics for the triangle blocks. I may be wrong, or you may know of a way to add something like what YI used, or possibly just hack the whole animation system to allow a set for normal and sideways gravities.
