Well... It's not really much of a.. hack... Just a graphic/level edit, but hack is so much easier to say..Anyways, is there somewhere that I can learn basic hex? Just for small stuff in my SMB rom. |

| Yup, I'm a board jumper. Actually, I guess I could post a recent copy of my hack up, just so I can get some comments. It's got worlds 1 through 3 done, well, 3-4 is about halfway done, and some minor stuff, (Several times Mario gets popped out of the ground) it's glitch free, and you can't get stuck anywhere. I realize alot of people do SMB hacks/edits, so I'm trying to make mine unique. I started this before playing other hacks, so all the level designs are my solo evil plans.  I'll edit this post with a link. | This is a graphical/level edit of the original SMB. I started it last year, and then stopped for several months. I began to be interested in it again, and revamped several levels, and worked on it for quite a bit, and am fairly pleased with the results. Only worlds 1 through 3 are done, and 3-4 isn't fully complete. It lacks a title screen, and for some people a weird glitch occurs, and Mario starts off in world 0-1, and plays though some level, and, I don't know. I've never had it happen myself. As far as I know, there are no places that you can get "stuck," and not able to go anywhere. Screen. (Horrible quality, extremely sorry.) | I also HATE FCE Ultra, or whatever. It runs horribly slow on my computer, and only works with 1 extra game, compared to Nesticle and Nester. I love Nester and Nesticle equally, but Nester is more simple, and while it doesn't work with everything, it uses very little processing. FCE Ultra lags at 1x slightly, and at 2x, it's unstandable. And, I can play full-screen SNES games! That thing isn't processing right or something. O.o |

| Cleaning your room will definately help, as everybody else has said. The only thing really that gets messy in my room is the occassional bowl, and my bed. O.o Controller cords sometimes get tangled, but they bug me so much, they aren't entangled for long. |

| If I could, I WOULD vote SMB. Why? Because they did SO much for only having a horizontally scroling screen. (And they were the first to have that!) Wait, I think they were... Anyways, imagine them trying to jam those SMB3 levels onto a level only 1 horizontal screen big.. O.o |

| Ah yes, the firebars, many-a-problem with those. I'm going to fix alot of the problems, as soon as I have time. School is starting soon, I've got Tennis every weekday, and I still need school supplies, so I'm quite busy. I WILL fix the firebars as soon as I have time, and Yes, powerup WILL be moved, and a standard Firebar block will be placed on the rotation point. Also, this is not the most recent version of my hack, simply a version I gave to a friend a day or two before leaving my house, so I have fixed some problems. If the graphics are so bad, I'll revert them to regular for the time being. Alot of my critisism seems to be comming from that. I do see that the levels in world 2 are alot alike, and I'll fix that. Probably the only level that is completely done is 1-2, as I can quite happy with that level. World 1-1 is almost done, I just need to add a pipe where Mario comes out (Fixing the 1-2 problem!) and do something with the Toad, as he's been there for fun for awhile. I also will edit the text and so forth. If this seems rushed, it's because I'm busy... EDIT: Several hours of redesign helped. The second version is now up.
