| I can't stay quiet about this, as i believe this reconstruction went COMPLETELY wrong. First off, Rydain got demoted for inactivity. Ok. Now let's compare her with one of the admins that are still on staff: 51 Rydain 03-14-04 04:29 PM 61 418 56 Jizuko 03-14-04 04:29 PM 56 1014 (from activusers.php) Rydain was more active than Jizuko in the last month, yet she is the only who got demoted for inactivity. Is this logic? Now let's see, Yiffy Kitten was demoted because apparently, an admin having only 11 posts in 4 months is something terrible. Right, staff members now need to spam if they want to continue on staff. And Phil (Valcion) apprently got demoted because staff thinks he is "phurious phil" and can go on a ban spree at any time for no reason. I still don't get how could a staff reconstruction work when not even half of the staff were in the "staff meeting". Where's the justice in this? |

| A reconstruction shouldn't be made based on the opinions of 6 (out of 33) staff members. That's less than 20% of staff. You can't get different points of view with so few people, and it's even worse when those 6 people got similar opinions. | |||

| Jesper, how in the name of god that proves that ||bass is trying to take over the board? Maybe he got a radical opinion, maybe he was just messing when he said those things. In the end, you'll never know, and if the satff demoted him based on those logs, i don't know what else you people are capable of. He pays for the damn DNS. He got rid of ErkDog. He GOT PMA access and he NEVER tried to attack the board as you say that he supposedly could. And after everything he done for the board, they backstab him. (no, not by demoting, but saying things like "IPban him" or "get rid of his PMA access") I'm really disappointed with those who went to that meeting. I'm done with this (i hope at least). kbye |
