| One day, Schwa senses a very worthy fighter, just like that. This is rare to happen automatically, so the fighter must have a huge sense of honor for Schwa to feel it like that. So, Schwa sends a telepathic message to the fighter, without knowing exactly who or where he is... "Worthy fighter, I am Schwa. I want to battle you in an honorable duel. Please accept." Schwa then starts emmiting telepathic pings to help Fanaz determine where Schwa is. Coincidentally, Schwa is only a few miles away... |

Schwa is controlling it's movements with his powerful mind. And the thing is still firing in all directions. "Catch, Cappa," calls Schwa. |

| Schwa quickly moves his fists to his ribcage to block the blade. The blade hits the fists hard, but instead of Schwa's hands getting cut, the ether around them flares up, then Schwa quickly moves his hands away from the stopped blade and the ether returns to normal. Schwa's hands are completely healthy, not one cut on them. "All I did was focus psi to my hnads to deflect the blow," Schwa explains. "Take this." Schwa thrusts his right hand forward and launches a blue energy bolt at Rahl, then does the same with his left a second later. The two bolts are at different speeds, angles, and heights, making them slightly harder to track. |

| "I didn't say that, Allaura did. She was that girl you met outside the palace. What she said was, anyone who found this place was welcome. Let me show you something." Rocka walks down the balcony, which spans the width of that side of the palace. After he's almost to the end, he points to the super-bright blue orb floating above the palace, now visible. "That orb emits an aura that can restore purity to souls. Now notice that I said can, not will. It's truly up to the recipitent to recieve that purity. That orb allows all the psi warriors' spirits a home. So that orb actually is the gateway to the etheral dimmension where the spirits of our kin live. That explains how the aura is created. All psi warriors are pure, and since so many pure souls have gathered there, even their presence gives purity." | |||

"While I was teaching Schwa in the etheral dimmension, Dracoon... he was... teaching me, too. He told me that pure souls never die. I can't bear to see you in pain... after all you've done for Yorra..." Yiusi looks too tired to talk anymore. | |||

| Once the sand is finished emptying from the room, a passage is visible. Instead of a city, a long, curved-to-the-left hallway lies ahead. Yiusi seems to be silently saying something, but she's only mouthing the words. City "Perfect. The Buster Beetles are waking up," Schwa says, disturbed. "I'll do my best to drive them away from the city." His hands flare up with ether flames. It's amazing-- even while he's fading out of existance, he's willing to fight and defend something important. But he soon realizes the Buster Beetles are flocking out of the city and headed toward the distant Grassland Ruins. "You're not going anywhere, rampaging drones," Schwa says. With that, he focuses and wavers out of existance. He appears right next to the ruins enterance, which is sealed at the moment. "Let's see... Yiusi taught me a few portal tricks... here we go!" Schwa holds his hand up, and the ether flares up and surrounds the sealed enterance, making it transparent. He then walks right through the transparent enterance and casts another ability; 8 blue wisps appear and guard the outside enterance. "If they attack the ruins, those wisps will fight back." Finally he restores the seal and dashes down the ruins hallway. "Gotta find Dracoon. Gotta find Yorra. I sense that Yiusi is too weak to send me a portal. C'mon, Yiusi... you can do this. Hang in there." |

| "The only rule is, fight with honor. Now, let us to battle!" Schwa puts a dark blindfold over his eyes, blinding him. Immediately he can sense his opponent 10 times better with his sixth sense. He then begins his first attack. "Holy Psibeam!!!" (insert echo effects) Schwa holds his hands forward and they release a white arc of holy energy. "This arc locks on to your spirit for a direct hit. Dodging or running away will double it's power." Schwa seems happy to have started the battle with this. |

| "Gyrowell!!!" (echo) Schwa holds his hands out and the ether around them flare up. Then the ether is shot out at the bullets and forms a spinning ring. This lifts all airborne objects towards the ring and they start forming a vortex of lasers and bullets. The vortex then starts closing in, tighter and tighter. Finally, there's a flash of blue light and the vortex disappears, along with all the debris. "I just transported all that debris to the etheral dimmension, using a lot of mana. Interestingly enough, that technique only works when the debris are small, fast-moving objects. Brace this, if possible." Schwa then emits a flash of blue light to blind Cappa, followed by a ring of energy aimed at Cappa. |

| Schwa takes a secret passage through the wall, hoping it's a shortcut. He finds 3 Pansers instead. "Ha. I can't be hit by normal attacks when I'm in the etheral dimmension!" Schwa blasts each Panser with an energy ring, felling each of them. He then continues down the passage. Dracoon is running as fast as he can when a huge monster lands in front of him! It has a huge, black shell and is about 4 or 5 times as big as a Buster Beetle. But it doesn't attack. "S'okay, Dracoon. I'm Yorra. How's Yiusi?" Yiusi answers. "I feel... better... more energy flowing into me... but I don't know why..." Then Yorra, Yiusi and Dracoon all get a telepathic message, from a familiar friend... "It's me, Schwa. My condition is healing; that is, I'm not so covered in static and transparency as I was before. But things are bad. The Buster Beetles are coming to attack the ruins soon. I summoned 8 Psi Souls to guard the ruins, but with their sheer numbers against us it won't hold for long. I'll meet you in the city, where I can heal Yiusi with my psi powers." The voice fades away. Yorra sighs with relief, knowing Schwa is okay. "Okay, let's head to the city as fast as possible. We're almost there. Please hang in there, Yiusi..." |

| "Well, if I try to absorb either, I'll take full damage anyway. Can't afford that, can I?" Schwa holds a hand up and 3 blue wisps appear next to Cappa. Then Schwa purposefully gets in the way of the freeze ray and holds his hand to catch the acid. The freeze ray blasts Schwa in the chest, encasing his middle in thick ice crystals. The acid burns at his hands a little, but is mostly slid off. But now something happens to the wisps... One of the wisps next to Cappa hits Cappa with a jagged beam that does no damage at all. But then the wisp morphs... changing shape and color... 6 seconds later, it's in the form of a floating, crystal skull. "Eww, not a happy-looking transformation. Let's see what the other one becomes." The other wisp hits Cappa with the same kind of beam, and starts transforming. It becomes a sleek, dark-purple velociraptor with acid dripping from it's jaws. Both creatures look at Cappa with hunger. "These wisps, Cappa, will study your attacks and create bodies for themselves depending on the attacks they study. See what they can do?" The floating skull, about twice as big as a basketball, fires freeze rays at Cappa from his sappphire-colored eye sockets. The raptor runs toward Cappa and tries to get behind him. Schwa is still half-encased in ice. He's perfectly vunerable... |

| "Never give up, Dracoon," Schwa's voice says to Dracoon. "You've made it." Suddenly the dark hallway ahead of them reveals a glistening, wonderful, futuristic city. With waterfalls, fountains, beautifully carved crystal and marble buildings, and a few peaceful Buster Beetle statues, the city seems like a paradise to all living things. Yorra slows down. "It's been a long time since I've been back here. Here, Dracoon, take Yiusi to the center of the city where there's that circle inscribed on the ground." Right in the middle of the city, a transparent figure covered in electrical shortouts waits for them. It's Schwa. As Dracoon approaches with Yiusi, Schwa's image seems to get a little brighter. "Hi, Dracoon, you made it. How's Yiusi?" |

| Rocka has his eyes closed. He seems to be thinking about something. Finally he opens his eyes and says, "I feel him. He wants to get up here, doesn't he? Let's get away from the aura so he can't sense you anymore. Then I want you to tell me what exactly he wants from us." Rocka then holds his right hand up and focuses, and the hand flares up with lavender ether. As if on cue, a hovering, crystal disc floats from around the side of the buildings and Rocka leaps onto it. "Come on, you can fly along side of me, Dark Pheonix." Rocka then takes off away from the palace. | |||

| The fireball closes in on Schwa, but Schwa makes a clever move. "Plasmatech Barrier!!!" (echo effect) Schwa throws the ether from his hands into the air, and they form into thousands of thin, blue rings, which fall on Schwa and cover him on all sides. Schwa closes his eyes as the rings enclose around him, as if he were in a coma. Then the fireball reaches him and explodes when hitting him. Instead of Schwa getting hurt, the rings glow white and absorb the flames. Schwa's rings stay on him for a while while they glow, then float off him and hover above his head, still glowing. Schwa opens his eyes. "Very nice. Using that move always scares me because I have to remain perfectly calm when trapped by those rings or they start to harm me. I could now either absorb these rings for mana, or fire them as attacks. I choose B." Schwa thrusts his hand forward and the rings shoot lightning fast, one at a time, at the dragon. The volleys are super-quick and each ring contains magically damaging energy. |

| "Here you go, Yiusi. Etheral Mending!!!" (echo effect) Schwa's etheral hands change from blue to gold, and surround Yiusi. She opens her eyes and stands up as swirls of gold encircle her and her body starts to glow. "Schwa! You healed me!" she says happily as the swirls begin to die down. Yiusi is now in perfect health, and Schwa is no longer transparent or covered with static. "Well, in a way, you healed me too," Schwa replies. "I'm going back to the etheral dimmension now. Yorra, you have a destiny to fulfill." Schwa does his signature pose, as a portal opens behind him and he vanishes into it. The first of the Buster Beetles have now reached the ruins. As soon as the first Beetle throws it's white block at it, one of the 8 wisps starts to morph. After 6 seconds, it has morphed into a strong-looking, crablike warrior about twice as big as a Buster Beetle. The crab starts picking up stones and chucking them at the crowd. The Buster Beetles attack the crab with their White Blocks, but each time one of them attacks, another wisp morphs into a crab. Soon, there are 8 crabs throwing large stones at the beetles. They seem to be holding the beetles off pretty well, but just how long can they hold? Meanwhile, Yiusi opens a portal to the top of the ruins and she and Yorra travel through it. Soon they'll be at the top... |

| "So he wants to know what stuff is, huh?" Rocka replies with a jagged smile. "Well, he'll learn more thann he thought today." Rocka stops moving, and closes his eyes to focus. Star's view "Hello, Star. Think you can make that jump, or do you need some help? Also, do you know who you're dealing with if you enter Crystal Psipalace? You'd be dealing with Virtue, Respect, and Honor. You wouldn't want that now, would you? Gwa ha ha ha!" Rocka had just projected a telepathic message to Star, in an effort to surprise him. |

| Yorra and Yiusi appear at the top. "The Buster Beetles are winning!" Yiusi exclaims. "Why would they want to attack the ruins?" Yorra jumps into the fray, ready to do some damage. But as soon as he lands on the ground, all the Beetles turn away from the crabs and rush Yorra. "No! Turn away, Yiusi, don't watch..." The Beetles start slamming him mercilessly with their projectiles. Even with his amazing shell, he can't hold forever... |
