| She's hopeless, don't worry about the kid, just iggy her and your problem is solved. You don't need to listen and/or reply to that shit if she's just gonna give you more bullshit answers. And besides, the pessimistic, immature 13 year olds should not be spending so much time chatting or watching fucking Lion King all night, summer or not; they need to get their underdeveloped asses in bed and wake up to the smell of reality. My only purpose of chat nowadays is to talk to my friends from TEK about php and other craziness but that's it. I did have a really wild dream once... |
Too much armoured core and strikers 1945 must have done it... I woke up in this cockpit, with chords and things attached to my arms, legs, back, and even my head. I could'nt pull any of the stuff off and everytime I tried, my vision got fuzzy like a television screen. I looked around and saw little statistics on the side. Wherever I looked, there was a crosshash pointing at the thing I looked at. There was a camera view of what I was in from outside; I was in a gigantic MT!! An overweight one obviously. It appeared to be connected to the railroad tracks or something. There was a voice coming from a radio telling me to prepare for an attack headed my way. There were airplanes flying above and my sights automatically locked onto each one of them. I moved a muscle in my body and a spread of shots came out and destroyed them! I tried a few things out... I moved my body around and the MT moved with it. I switched through all the weapons I had, I tell ya the thing was armed to the teeth! The announcer came back and said, "MT: Catastrophie type 12 is headed westward in the Martian Desert... be sure to keep the power plant intact. FKitten Yiffer is not an option. You know what you need to do." I boosted off and the gigantic machine disassembled from the railroad after letting out a bunch of steam. Flew up and headed toward the enemy MT. Out of nowhere, a claw attached to a chain, shot out of its arm and grabbed me. The other arm shot a machine gun at my MT. I felt a sharp pain in my gut as my nose started to bleed. Then I woke up.

I used to play with legos all the time, before the bionicle bullshit. I have all my legos in storage. All kinds of parts, transparent ones, opaque, cogs, gears, axels, all kinds. I used to make some crazy stuff, once made a small city, which I intentionally wrecked after completion; good times. |

Nothing to be worried about, we all have our back-to-school jitters every now and then. One big step you'll run into later on, is middle school. This is when your responsibilities start to tense up a tad. But there's nothing to worry about. You're young and you have your whole life ahead of you. You have a lot more options then people like me. Use them wisely!

Just to be safe, I keep a one week rule in consideration. If the activity is lacking and the thread is getting buried at a high rate, I don't bother with it anymore. |
So I guess it all depends and comes down to one thing. Should we assume the thread would last 1 to 2 weeks of idle activity before the next post is considered a bump? I'd say a whole month at the most and about a week at least.

My accent has changed to a normal American accent over the years as I learned English more. I used to have an asian accent from day 1 to age 7. It was really hard to pronounce "Rs" "Js" and "Ls" correctly. (edited by The_Raven on 07-19-04 04:55 PM)

There are some other traditions taught by my grandfather. He tells me when I drink tea or sake and wish for good health among the people or person I am drinking with, I have to hold my wrist while I give cheers. In the anchient time, the samaurai did that among their comrades to show them that they mean peace, not to draw out their sword and kill the other person. I use that as good table manners around my grandfather. There is another superstition my grandfather told me; if you put makeup on a person while they are asleep, they will die the next day and their ghost will haunt you forever. Very scary as well as interesting, but I don't really believe that. My grandfather told me to never pick up pieces of a chandelier on the ground because the gems contain the souls of those who had thier blood spilled on that patch of soil. When I was little and had a bad dream or I think I might have bad luck, my grandpa used to give me a Kudicha to take all the evil away.

I do it all the time and not once has it failed me. What version of LM are you using? You know you are supposed to click on the 16x16 menu bar on top of the box and THEN press F9 right? Perhaps you could send me an ips patch of this hack of yours and I will gladly help you fix this problem... in case you need this assistance: the_raven_of_thundermesa@yahoo.com There are far too many general questions about Lunar Magic here, we will have to create a FAQ thread or something...  Here's a preview of my new overworld tiles... (No Joker, I never submit ripped tiles... the only ones I rip are the tiles from Allstars...) I drew all of these in paint and I have the predestined palette arrangements above the tiles. I added noise to this picture to keep people from getting any funny ideas.
