After my friend came back from Spain this summer she kept blasting this annoying song for days. They love this shit over in Europe. I think the song is in Hungarian or Romanian. Can't remember.

Fortunately now it is a source of amusement rather than one of torture and cursing.

There is nothing else like a real tree. I'm sorry. When I go to my grandparent's house I am sort of fond of their artificial tree, but mainly because of the decorations they put on it and other stuff they put around it. The lighting, the ornaments, the bib around the base all accent it quite well.

But, as far as I'm concerned the only negative to a real tree is potentially all the needles that get everywhere. But that only happens if you keep your tree too long, it's a sickly tree, or you forget to water it. In the past I think we've replanted a couple of our Christmas trees, but one died.

One time I was at this old style theatre down town waiting to see Umphrey's McGee and I had to wait in line for a restroom. This guy in front of me pointed out the grafitti on the bathroom door and said it was his own signature, very proud like. I was like "Wtf that's nice I don't care." Then he goes on about anarchy and how everyone in the anarchy club or whatever has their own unique signature. What a jackoff waste of time.

Heh well one way to test it is to go to a Scottish Pine cut. After cutting some branches off and getting sap all over your clothing, then tell me that you don't smell it. If you don't, everyone else will.

I've... lived in a couple apartments and I've never heard of places putting restrictions on that. Maybe I never asked. Either way, as long as you get a small one and don't make a mess I don't think anyone will care. It's like pets, lots of people violate pet restrictions and never get in trouble for it. If anything, pets are a lot harder to hide than a christmas tree. And it's not like you can tell if a tree is real or fake just by looking in a window. With pets, ... well fake pets don't move.

Well I try to be honest in my assessments. Most of the time my sense of humor doesn't match up with Nebetsu's. But when it does, I tell him. I can't stand it when people try to find a way to rip on someone no matter what they do.

I.... really only do that kind of crap when I'm new or novice to a genre. Like, I'm not a big FPS player, and when I was trying to beat the godawful last level of Marthon 2 this summer I would frequently dig my feet into the ground will sitting down and push my back into my chair when I wanted to get away from my enemies. Or in Starfox (when I began many years ago), trying to move my body and controller over to one side to get out of the way of stuff.
