I started SMB2 while ago, but i don't have enough done to post any screens. SMB2 is gonna perfectly (you know me) have all the GFX and levels from the original, but it's gonna play like a normal Mario game. The GFX for the mushrooms, coins, and Q Blocks will be taken from SMB3. Yes, I am gonna finish the lost levels (and release a new and better SMB1), i just want to work on the others for a while. Yoshi's Island? I haven't planned it, but I might. It'd be kinda cool to be able to get Fire Flowers and stuff in the YI levels! There are a few things I'll have problems with in SMB3. They are racoon mario, hammer bros, suits, multiple overworld submaps, multiple overworld palettes, kuribo's shoe, reserved items, koopa kids, bowser, and too many more! | |||

And i fixed the BG on the first level: As you can see, it darkens towards the top, and there's a pit on the bottom. And i've made it so this one darkens towards the top too. The bosses, i have no idea yet. I've only just started W1-3. SMBv1.3 is the updated version i'm making. it's gonna have a perfect title screen, Rexes that look like hammer bros (it looks a lot better than it sounds: they look perfect and they have 1HP, they die when jumped on!), a fixed ending (and peach!!!) and i might be able to add a *w1-1 to *w8-4. The reason i'm makin the cape GFX is because a lot of people are askin me for my SMB3 mario GFX, and they don't want to have to change it into racoon mario to use the GFX properly. Mikey K's gonna make racoon mario for me. These are some shots of the OW. I know there are a small few mistakes, these are not final those double 32x32s on worlds 2 and 4 are supposed to be there. it's because of shifting submaps. it looks perfect when playin, you only see everything once.
