Well, I heard the "two seperate controllers" theory awhile back so that's not new for me. Really.  Intresting if Nintendo's own final product did look like that, but well... if not someone else is going to pick it up and try it. :/ |

| Indeed, I never thought on that before but the "Powerup" sound (it's also played if you take the star and the flower) is overlayed by the 1-up sound. And well, I also succefully made the game not to play that music piece by forcing the game to not remove the 1-up sprite. Wierd. Well, I think it's just a glitch. I have been playing around with the music, and I sorta have an idea how it works in my head. It probably just disturbs some sound channel, and that's why that happens. :/ What levels did it happen on? The ones with the regular theme? Edit: Nevermind, that applied to SMB. xD Well, I think I heard the extra notes in SMB3 too. I guess it's a glitch of some sort where it plays the same notes again with another pitch. You're looking for a SPC set and a SPC player; SMRPG is a SNES game, Sappy is for GBA (as HH said)... www.zophar.net has what you're looking for (Game Music Archive, SPC/SNES). You need to get a player from there too (it's linked int he SPC Section), so have at it. by the way, just because I'm banned doesn't mean I can't help out =D. Bouche is still around on the Internet, just not on Acmlm board. He left for almost two years ago. And hadn't visited Acmlm board for over a year now. He don't hack at all nowdays. Another thing I notice is that Trapster and Neostransoku is the two most active non-staffers now. Mainly becuse how most of the active members belong to the staff now. :/

Well, and Trapster didn't get in becuse he didn't want to be on staff I think. (he didn't send any staff application, and I think I recall him saying that he would be too busy to be staff) |
