| Note on Yoshi's Island... it's missing a post radar. :\ But even though it could be improved, I like it as a concept theme. My favorite at the moment is Horde because of its oh-so-good greeny nature.  Just wanna get rid of the white textbox though. Clashy. :\ |

| Touch-up the graphics, bring it in line with all of the other FF remakes (Bestiary, extra options, etc.), add in DS-specific features since maybe the touchscreen could be used for something, tweak the gameplay, add in new areas... etc. Lots they can do. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

wite: Lunar originally came out in Japan in 1992. FFVI was 1994, so Lunar predated it by two years.  (The American release was only in '93 but still.) |

| Yeah, Mortal Kombat wasn't only a decent film, but it made a TON of money and would have to be on any "Top 5 game-based movies" list. Tomb Raider did really well at the box office but the second one didn't do well at all if I recall. Final Fantasy was a HUGE money pit for Square at the time, and they really could have put together a better story. Not that it was a *bad* movie or anything... it just wasn't what fans expected and that dragged it down. |

OK guys, I think you need a little heads up as to what this forum is for... It's a hacks and utilities forum. Hacks are more than welcome. Utilities are welcome. Anything that you think might be useful in that domain is likely welcome as well. However... |
- We DON'T need emulators uploaded. Exceptions to the rule would be an emulator that you developed or made a different version of for some reason. Stuff like ZSNES, VBA, etc. isn't needed because you can get those ANYWHERE on the net and it just wastes server space. - If you comment on a file, don't just say something like "This file is good. 8/10." Either elaborate on why you think the file is good/bad, or just rate it and don't post if you don't have anything constructive to say. More stuff will be added over time but I just needed to point those things out since the forum's been active already. If you end up breaking these rules from now on, you'll be warned and could be forum banned from the Commons. Yes, that's possible.

Yeah, but 2.0 apparently fixes the firmware hack issue unless someone finds a new workaround for it. |
From what I understand, if you like using emulators/etc. with your PSP, stick with 1.5 for now.

Anyways, not much to say here so far but keep the following in mind: - Images posted here MUST be acceptable in accordance with board policy. In other words, if it's allowed in Modern Art or if it's a screenshot that could be posted in Rom Hacking without any problems, then it's all right here. - This is NOT a place to post your own images/avatars/etc. for layout use. If you're posting here, then you're posting with a purpose. Now if you want to show off something unique that you've done and plan to use as part of a layout/profile, then fine; but don't use this as storage space. - Be descriptive with your comments. Don't just post "It's a nice picture. 9/10."; either say something about the picture or just rate it. More will be added later but that's all off the top of my head.

Anyways, not much to say here so far but keep the following in mind: - Absolutely NO copyrighted works allowed here, period. If you're quoting a source in a document, then acknowledge it somehow. Don't try to pass off other people's works as your own or upload stuff that other people have written without permission. - Any stories/etc. that are posted here should be appropriate; no hardcore lemon fanfics in other words. As long as there's nothing too extreme, you should be fine. More likely to come later. (restricted) |

 Seriously, that sounds great ESPECIALLY if all four characters can be levelled... one thing I've hated about the bonus modes in CV games is that there's not that much depth to them. Levelling them + possibly giving them weapons/armor... yes.  | ||||||||||||||||||||
