 Chemical Plant wasn't bad, but something seemed off with your choice of instruments. However, Emerald Hill and Aquatic Ruin were excellent. This won't get moved, I hope, but in case it does I'm adding it to my favorites.

Now, I'd be all for decapitation myself. All you'd need to cover is the cost of occasionally sharpening the blade, and paying the executioner, I would assume. Of course, supposedly the head still lives for a while, and we all know that we can't let serial rapists and serial killers suffer, oh no, that'd be unacceptable... I'm in favor of the death penalty (as you can probably guess), but only when there's absolutely no doubt at all that the defendant killed the person/people. ... what a pleasant topic to discuss while I'm eating spaghetti with a red sauce and sausage chunks. Hey, I'm not the one that cried. I'm simply pointing out that... how should I say this? Ah, here we go: You're not the sharpest knife in the kitchen. So, would I be correct in assuming that you also think it's stupid to cry during a movie or when reading a book? If I am correct, I'm not surprised; that's a typical attitude that I see a lot in ten-year-old brats and moronic rebellious sixteen-year-olds. If I'm wrong... if I'm wrong, I'll save my comments until you tell me I'm wrong. Now, to be on-topic like a good little moderator... I think TTYD wasn't as good as Paper Mario. Certain things that happened aren't quite... Mario-like. However, the sidescrolling Bowser levels were a nice thing to see. FFVI, like FFVII, was overrated, but I did enjoy it quite a bit... Chrono Trigger is also overrated to an extent, but I think it's one of the better games I've seen from Square.

I believe the phrase is "crime and punishment". Seems that some people forget the second part. I mean, yeah, rehabilitate them when you can, but even then there should still be an element of punishment there.
