| Off: I did read the two stories. Not too bad I could say. Also, immunities are legal... but must be balanced by weaknesses of egal strenght. Most people tend to avoid giving too many immunities/weaknesses to their characters however since the more immunities/weaknesses you give to your characters, the harder it is to keep your character balanced and fair. ____________________________________________________________________ Zerodius unleashed his power. With his Ice Cannon, he shot two chunks of ice at Yiusi! The first was aimed at the sphere and the other one, at the ground below Yiusi. These weren't normal ice chunks. These were special chunks of ice that would "explode" on impact causing nearby substances to be frozen solid. Zerodius hoped to make Yiusi's weapon impossible to use and make her lose her balance by turning the ground below her into ice. As for the magic spell... he casted a simple scanning spell. The aim of the spell was to determine if the firebird following Yiusi was a phoenix or just a simple bird of fire. |

| Destin and Serra appeared in a black and white version of the exact same area... The vortex closed itself instantly when the two crossed trought, preventing them from escaping! The Chaotic Realm laughed at those foolish mortals who had dared enter it... it's dark, twisted, evil laugh echoed trought the air... even tough, in truth, no sound had been emitted by anyone. A few seconds later, the entire landscape began to bleed and reality faded, revealing the hideous, twisted form of the Chaotic Realm. The land began to turn and twist, leaving only a single platform in front of the two beings while the former landscape now formed an endless horizon in front, behind, below, above, everywhere around the two. On the platform appeared a church. It did not teleported, it did not come out from the ground. It just... appeared, out of thin air, for no reason, as if it had always been there... The church looked normal enough... and yet, you could sense that there was something wrong with it... something very wrong. On the church's multi-colored gates (the only thing in this world with color exept for the blood on the twisted landscape), there were these words: "Within those cursed walls. Lies the Abomination that rules over all. To the fools that enter this realm of no return. There shall be for them, no future. Attempting to escape is impossible. For facing this cursed place is the only path possible." The words faded and then, the gates opened, as if the church itself was, just like the Chaotic Realm, welcoming it's unnespected guests... ... During this time... ... Nothing happened to the vortex as the two beings went inside. Obviously, the vortex was pretty much normal... but in truth, it was an one-way vortex for once you enter the Chaotic Realm, there is no way out. |

| Zerodius stares at the sword as it's coming toward him... Zerodius: "So you have a weapon that blocks energy, right? Fine!" Zerodius' right arm turned back to normal. Using the energy in his left hand, Zerodius created a rift in space around him which would cause incoming objects (such as the sword and the sphere) to slow down to a crawl. Zerodius waited for the sword to come awfully close and then... for some reason, the sword slowed down to a crawl! It was barely moving! Zerodius made a step to the right, out of the sword's trajectory. Then, the ball came flying by! Just like the sword, it was slowed down to a crawl and all Zerodius had to do is sidestep to left, this time. Zerodius: "You know... for an Oracle, your fighting technique seems pretty lacking to me. You seem to be totally unable of attacking by yourself and is constantly using summoned beings to fight for you. Also, the stuff you summon is flat-out weak. I could keep on dodging such basic attacks all day. You're just so predictable! Let me guess! Even tough all of your summoned beings and your sphere failed at actually striking me, you will STILL use them unstead of actually doing something different. Then, you'll continue doing that for about 5 turns until the time I finally beat you up. Now that I made my predictions... let's see if they're right! Go on! Summon yet one more loosy weak summoned thingy and send your sphere-shaped so-called weapon at me!" |

| Zerodius stared at Yiusi... Zerodius: "Kill you? Didn't you forgot already? I'm here to FIGHT you, not kill you. If I had wanted to kill you..." An animal passed nearby... Zerodius stared at it and yelled: ETERNUM! Suddenly, a flash of light... or was it darkness? Whatever it was, the sound of thousands of blades hitting flesh was heard and the animal fell down, instantly dead, without a single trace on it of any attack... Zerodius: "Instant death to EVERY being, WITHOUT exeption. It is the ONLY spell that can kill us, the True Gods from Dimension 0. It is our only fear. As long as this spell will be in our hands... we will be safe. This spell is terrible beyond belief. It is THE ultimate attack. There are only 3 beings who have ever survived this attack... the Absolute Evil, the Energy Guardian, and the legendary hero, Ex Lightheart. All other beings were crushed instantly." Zerodius' armor turned red as it overheated! Zerodius: "Oops! Shouldn't have used the ultimate attack..." Zerodius' avatar fell to the ground, lifeless. It was too weak to withstand the radiations of such an attack. It will take a while for Zerodius' avatar to self-repair. Zerodius: "As you can see... if I had wanted to kill you... I would have done so long ago. I simply want to fight... I'm not here to kill... exept for that unfortunate test subject. Fortunately, it wasn't a true living being. | Zerodius: "Whatever a creature's intelligence if it doesn't have a soul! A machine that feels pain is still a machine... it is the soul that determine if a being is worthy of consideration or not. However... a soul is not always that something that someone may be born with or that may be given by a fake or True God. It is self-awareness... it is consciousness. As such, where I come from, we do not talk about intelligent beings... but about conscious beings." Zerodius laughed a little... and then, his mortal body fell to the ground, in the form of ashes. Without a mortal body, he was unable to control the waves that the Eternum spell had created and thus, as soon as the body had fell to ashes, a GIGANTIC hurricane of energy was shot from the remains! The hurricane was more than strong enough to destroy an entire continent (yes, it's THAT strong) but... something blocked the shockwave. In the shadows, two blue eyes flashed... and then, the figure vanished as suddenly as it had appeared. Zerodius: "Thankfully, I was being followed. What would have happened if the radiations of the Eternum spell would have not been contained within my former body? Anyway... I guess it's time for me to reveal to you..." Zerodius shown himself in his true form to Yiusi. He was... well, she was... err... it was? Zerodius' form was so weird, so unique... that no mortal or even god in this Possibility could be able to grasp the exact form of Zerodius' true form. Zerodius: "Shocking, isn' t it? I had first told you that I wanted to kill you to add you to the Dark Weapon... then I told you I just wanted to fight... but both motives are fake. The real motive is that I want to gather battle data. If I can gather enough data about your personality and memories... then I'll be able to create a replica of your soul using soul energy. You see... I will need HUGE amounts of soul energy in order to create a new version of the Dark Weapon since Ex vanished with the old one. Also... I'll need to know everything about how every being in this Possibility fights so I can create a new version of Ex. You see... you are the unwilling test subject of my all-new "Ex" project, version ZX-109! Thanks to you... I will be able to create an army of perfect living weapons that will hunt down Evil wherever they find it and help the Hunters create the perfect world..." A new avatar, identical to the last one, was teleported at Zerodius' location. Zerodius possessed the new avatar... Zerodius: "Alright! Now that's better! Now... shall we resume our fight, number SWY-325013 "Yiusi"?" |

All of the enemy warriors dashed toward Rahl and tried to cut his head off! Warrior: "SIR RAHL! BEHIND YOU!" 5 beams of energy were coming toward Rahl from the sides and behind! Dodging this attack would prove itself almost impossible since attacks came from the front, the sides, and behind at the same time! | Off: I know that. Zerodius doesn't intend to kill Yiusi... if he kills her, he'll never be able to get analyse all of her battle capabilities. In truth, Zerodius attacks and counter-attack in order to force Yiusi into a physical and mental state of survival, thus forcing her to use her full power for Zerodius' true mission is to receive her power. He will continue to attack until either Yiusi has unleashed her power, either until Zerodius feels that it the test is becoming unsafe for Yiusi, or either until his avatar has been destroyed. ____________________________________________________________________ Zerodius: "I had heard of the Oracles' power in this Possibility... but could never experience their wrath myself. I am curious, Yiusi. I want to see... and feel your true power. I want to see for myself the true power of the Oracles so that I may infuse it within the blood of the "Ex" beings. So that they, too, may share the powers of the Oracles... This is the true nature of my mission. To understand the true nature of your power in order to copy it. My agents had studied your people for years and we now know everything about the power of the Oracles... however, the knowledge is nothing without a sample. This is why I am here. I am here to force you into a state of maximum physical and mental stress, thus forcing you to unleash your true power and thus finally obtaining a sample of your power. I have been waiting for your arrival on the mortal plane for a long time, Yiusi... I have been waiting for far too long to let you waste your power... and my time! Trust me, Yiusi... forget about everything and focus on the present moment, on the battle and then, unleash a destructive force like only an Oracle can!" Zerodius will unleash his spell in 2 turns now. As he continues to cast the spell, he stares at Yiusi... and then, he continue on with his speech. Zerodius: "I can see that you aren't experienced, Yiusi. You aren't used to battle experiences... and this will seem very... how could I say it? It will seem rough to you... but once the battle will be over, when you will have unleashed your true power, you will feel different... and then you will be able to feel it. You will be able to make the right decision. What decision concerning what? I won't need to tell you anything. You will understand by yourself, once this will be all over..." | Off: If my post seems cheap or anything, just PM me and I'll edit it right away. NOTE: The Dark Weapon that Zerodius carries is just a copy and isn't quite as strong as the original. As such, unlike the original, it doesn't do any damage to the target's soul and only inflict physical damage. Also, it doesn't ignore all defenses and is bound to the laws of physics which means that unlike the original, it can be countered and won't destroy everything it touches in one hit (unlike the original who destroy everything and anything in one hit as long as it doesn't have a soul). The most important downgrade compared to the original is the fact that while the copy can still "see" souls and manipulate soul energy, it cannot "merge" with it's wielder and allow it's wielder to do the same. Still, just like the original, this copy is completely unnaffected by all spells and techs used by anyone else than it's wielder and can never, ever be damaged in any way, form, or shape. In short, it's just an ordinary sword... exept that it cannot be damaged by anything and allow Zerodius to pull off insane techs... at the cost of a MAJOR portion of his Life Force (breaking the laws of physics is very hard and thus cause his avatar to overheat instantly). ____________________________________________________________________ Zerodius stares at the ball and doesn't try to dodge it as it charges toward him. SPLANK! Zerodius receives a direct hit and take full damage! Zerodius received the damage and spread it into his avatar, decreasing the importance of the hit he had received. Since Zerodius is still standing, the hit must not have inflicted serious damage even if it was a direct hit. Zerodius: "Yiusi... you have not truly fought back yet. All you did was throwing a worthless sphere at me. The power of the Oracles... no... I mean, the power of any immortal from this Possibility is greater than this." Zerodius unsheated his sword. The sword was TRULY weird. It was ridiculously large (the blade was more or less twice Zerodius' height in lenght) and... it's blade was made of flesh. The sword opened it's 3 eyes. It's eyes were empty, blank, cold. Altought the sword seemed to be lifeless... you could sense that the sword was, in truth, a living creature. While it's eyes seemed to be blank and empty, you could still sense that the sword was somehow staring at Yiusi... and that it's stare was piercing trought her body, "touching" her soul... Zerodius: "This is... a copy of the Dark Weapon. You see... the tech I'm going to use will require such a terribly high amount of power to work that this avatar alone won't do. As such, I will now use this Dark Weapon to pull off my tech. Since this avatar is a robot, not an "Ex" being, it is unable to use this blade's power by itself but I can still use my powers as a being from Dimension 0 to break the laws of physics and allow this body to summon this blade's might for a short time. While such an act will probably seriously damage this body... I believe that it will be worth it! Anyway... this is your last chance of interrupting this tech! Unleash your power now... or I fear that you may get hurt a little bit..." An aura of pure negative energy surrounded Zerodius and his Dark Weapon. Zerodius' avatar began to overheat as he broke the laws of physics in order to allow this simple robot to use the awesome power of the sword of flesh he was wielding. Obviously, the avatar was taking constant and massive damage from the overheating... but Zerodius didn't cared since he was almost sure that Yiusi wouldn't be able to interrupt his charge and even less counter his next move... he knew that Yiusi was able to actually counter the tech... but he doubted that she would have the will or the knowledge to pull off such a counter. Zerodius *thinks* This is it. I hope that my little show has impressed her enough for her to unleash her full power. I hope I can obtain her power without hurting her... but well, if she's THAT dependant on stupid little summoned flying thingies, well, I'll force her to use her power, may she like it... or not! |

| Zerodius *thinks* Here goes nothing! Zerodius: "Here I come! Take... THIS!!!" ULTRA BREAK!!! Suddenly, the very reality around Zerodius was ripped apart as Zerodius unleashed the infinite power of the "Ex". Zerodius somehow appeared right next to Yiusi and slashed once. This attack was so powerful that it sliced time and space itself at the point of impact. Upon impact, it will break the connection between Yiusi's soul and her body thus stunning her for a single round on top of inflicting MAJOR damage. Not only that but the attack will also cause an explosion which means that even if Yiusi can avoid the attack, she will be struck with an explosion. However, as powerful as the attack is... it is not the damage that is the most dangerous about this attack. Should the attack itself or the explosion caused touch Yiusi, it WILL break down ALL of Yiusi's equipments instantly and make them unusable for the duration of the battle. It will also seal ALL of Yiusi's links forcing her to fight using only her own power... in short, no more summons or external power outputs for her! All in all, that's a pretty insane attack!... but Zerodius sacrificed a good part of his Life Force and charged for 5 turns! What did you espect? |

| As Serra and Destin enters the church, the sky, the platform, the church melt and both of them as well as Bel finally enter (may they like it or not) the chaotic realm that lies beyond the walls of perception, beyond reality. At first, there was only darkness but suddenly, out of a sudden, millions of people screamed as if they were terrorised and suffering at the same time. The voices were just kept on screaming and screaming and screaming... louder and louder and louder... then, suddenly, the sound of glass breaking and the voices stopped as suddenly as they had began screaming. The party was suddenly in the middle of a nice, peaceful park... but something was obviously wrong with this park... The river was made of a red, sticky liquid unstead of water... probably blood... Many children were playing there, having fun. Their voices were distorted and where their faces should be, there was only emptiness. It wasn't as if their faces had been burnt or anything. There wasn't just flesh also. The faces were just... not there. There was nothing where the faces should be. Not a wound, not bare flesh, not anything that can be described... only emptiness. A small angel child was in front of the party. He was the only child with a face. His wings were so beautiful and white that it was creepy. He smiled at the party... ???: "Will you play with me, please?" The angel's voice was terrifying. Unstead of the voice of an angel child, it was the screams of thousands of tortured souls that had escaped from this angel's mouth! If one looked more carefully at the angel child... you could see that it's eyes were all white (in short, he's blind) and that his pure-white wings were not made of feathers... but of bones, human bones. The angel child was constantly crying almost invinsibly-small tears of blood... which contributed to make this already uber-creepy scene into an even weirder, scary scene. ???: "My name is Legion. I'm so lonely... please play with me, strangers!" A whipser came to the ears of the heroes... ??? #2: "Serra... Destin... Bel..." The voice of a woman... a distant woman who is running out of time... ??? #2: "Do not befriend the faceless people... do not speak to them... do not look at them... run away... run far away... as fast as possible... just run..." The voice tried to continue on but it was interrupted by something or someone. Legion: "So... will you play with me? Will you be my friends?" The faceless children stopped playing. They gathered around Legion and stared at the party... Legion smiled and approached Destin. Legion: "My name is Legion. What is your name?" (edited by Zerodius on 01-02-05 12:12 AM) |

| Legion smiled as he stared at Hero. Legion: "I knew you would accept to play with me! However... you are wrong on many levels. There are no demons and there are no kids here. I'm the only one here. You must be insane or something! Anyway, I guess I'll take off this disguise..." Suddenly, the faceless children' bodies disappeared as their faces appeared... Their faces were all twisted and distorted, as if they had been taken off and nailed to some kind of hard surface... In a flash of light, the surface on which the faces were became visible. Behind Hero (Hero is turning his back on Legion) was most probably THE biggest sphere made of lost souls ever. It was simply huge. Thousands upon thousands upon thousands of unfortunate mortals of all species, genders, and ages... all merged together to form this horrific sphere. No wonder Legion's voice as a child was so horrible! The souls are screaming non-stop and cover almost entirely his real voice. Legion: "Now that my disguise if out of the way... I'll actually assume a form fitting for playing with you!" It's voice was really, really weird... it was unlike anything the party had ever heard. It was a voice from beyond this world. The faces began to move and rearranged them in a way that they would form some kind of face... then, three pairs of gigantic angel wings came out of Legion's body. The wings were quite damaged but they were somehow strong enough to pull Legion's huge weight off the ground and keep him afloat. Once this was done, two gigantic arms made of bones came out of Legion's sides. The left arm was just an oversized skeleton hand... but the right one was in truth a ridiculously long spear with articulated blades strapped to it, giving it a shape similar to that of a hand. The monstruosity "stared" at Hero... Legion: "Now we can play! I'll begin by explaining the rules. However breaks the opponent's body wins! Simple, isn't it? Now, let the game begin!" The souls that formed Legion's body stopped screaming and the face disappeared. Legion floated there for a moment... and then... ZAP! Beams of red light came out of Legion! Out of the ground, thousands more tortured souls came out, seeking Legion's light... and they were obviously ready to hack into pieces all those who would stand between them and Legion's light! Legion: "I guess I cheated a bit by forgetting to tell you that there really aren't any rules for my game! Anything go, really! As such... I fear that those guys will now cut your bodies into pieces... but that isn't that important, isn't it? You do not need bodies if you are to become my friends, after all..." |

| Legion was struck by Hero's beam... but nothing happened. Suddenly, the souls that made Legion's body became enraged! The souls were so deeply embedded into Legion's body that unfortunately, they were beyond saving. Still, a few souls fell off Legion and escaped as quickly as possible, completely terrorised... As for Legion himself, he's fulminating! Legion: "WHAT?!? YOU WANT TO SEPARATE ME FROM MY FRIENDS!!! MEANIE!!!" Legion flew all the way above Hero... Legion: "Now... DISAPPEAR!" Legion was about to unleash his attack when Bel taunted Legion... but since Legion wasn't paying attention, he didn't hear all of Bel's taunt. He tought that Bel was asking him to play with him or something. Legion's rage ended and he turned toward Bel. Legion: "What? You want to play with me? I didn't heard you correctly! Could you repeat, mister? Pretty please?" |

| Upon being struck, Legion screamed in pain and in a flash of light, a large opening was made into the shell of lost souls, revealing Legion's true form. Underneath the souls was a blood-red mass of flesh with a single, oversized blind eye. It had tons of tentacles, draining power from the souls and keeping them merged together. However, as soon as the opening was made, Legion lost it's grip on the souls and the sphere of souls collapsed, sending tortured souls everywhere. Legion was suddenly alone. It was kind of ridiculous looking since it's real body was so small and that yet, 3 gigantic pairs of wings and 2 huge bone arms were attached to it. Legion: "My... my... friends?" It took several seconds to Legion to understand what had happened... Legion: "You... you..." Legion's wings and arms as well as all of his tentacles fell off. Legion: "You are... you..." 8 new tentacles came out of Legion and his eye slowly turned red with rage. Looks like he's no longer blind! Legion: "You are going DOWN!" The tentacles opened as if there were hands at the hand of them and then... SWOOSH! Legion fired a GIGANTIC wave of energy toward Hero and Bel! The wave was travelling faster than a bullet and was more than strong enough to pulverise a concrete wall!... but Legion didn't stopped there! Legion: "You BAD GUYS! I'll make you regret this! You will loathe the day you ever defied Legion, the strongest angel in all of Chaos Heaven!" Legion fired 3 thunderbolts from it's other tentacles. These thunderbolts were even stronger and faster than the wave! Using it's remaining tentacles, Legion fired a wave of mysterious energy that would stop time for Hero and Bel, making them totally defenseless. |
