Tetris - because you haven't lived until you play the original Atari version. Any of the Vs. Nintendo games - because some of them are different from their NES counterparts and it's fun to figure out how.  Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo - because it's one of those puzzle games that's easy to learn and tough to master. And it's chaotic.

It's *always* fun to go through ports of games when you're bored to see what differences you can find. |
For example, take Solomon's Key - the SMS version has a password system for some reason, while the NES version does not.  SMS version is a bit uglier too IMO.Vs. Mighty Bomb Jack is another neat one, with a bunch of teensy-weensy differences compared to the NES game.

Nintendo learned a valuable lesson from the CD-I partnership... never, EVER let someone have creative control of your properties. The results usually aren't that pretty. |
Kitten Yiffer: The intent was that an outside development team was going to create a Mario game for the CD-I *and* the PC. I remember an old magazine having a big 4-page feature on it with concept levels and all. IF it had ever been completed, it would have had some serious promise.

It's like when I was really nervous for a math exam in Grade 4 and had two big glasses of milk the morning of the exam. Thankfully the milk... expelled itself before I went to school.

- Try to have a bit of content in your posts... you know, more than 5-6 words unless your reply *really* only needs that much. - AOL speak... not that great.
