What emulator are you using?  I can see a bad/corrupted rom causing a crash, but there must be an error-checking function. I'm sure I've seen that for some other emulators although CRC errors are rare. (At least for me.) |

Depends on the forum in GameFAQs I think. LOTS of forums have a fair-sized population of morons, but some have a bunch of good users - or at the very least, users who are coherent and follow the rules. |

MP3.com is (was?) totally legal. If a file's posted there, then the artist/band gave permission for it to go up. |
I doubt you'd ever find a slew of copyrighted material on there. The site would have been shut down a long time ago.
