It's less expensive because they know that if they put the same price, people will choose PSP.
That's like saying the PSP has movie capabilities because they know that if they don't, people will choose DS.

I was going to try that with Mortal Kombat Deception...

Then my friends kicked me in the shins, and played Maxx Unlimited.

Welp, here's my latest simfile:

Can't Stop Falling in Love - Super Euro Mix

Light - 5
Standard - 7
Heavy - 9

I'm very proud of the 9 footer, because it's complexity is something along the lines of Cartoon Heroes. Crazy shit. I can't even full combo it and I made the thing.

Sony also has to have people jump on board with the specific movie format that the PSP's using. No use having the playback if there's only 30 titles released for it in the first year.

Sony owns tonnes of movie interests. I know that they can get people on board for that.

Oh I know they can, but is it worth it?

It's a good idea but it's not going to work if they only have a handful of movies; and at the same time, they can't oversaturate the market.

Ah ok and I would not do such a thing.

Still hate me now, Apple? Seeing as I do have a pic up.

Ok!

And like I stated before...why would anyone buy a movie he already owns on DVD on an UMD? When he could also for little money buy a portable DVD player. That way he would only have to buy his stuff one time.

Everyone with a little smart thinking can see that the PSP won't have much battery life. Look at a Laptop...play a movie...battery empty. And that's a battery that's a tad bigger to say the least. Also, that PSP uses UMDs, to prevent it from skipping they have a special "anti-skipping" system. Ever tried to turn that option "on" on a simple portable CD-player. Say bye-bye to your batteries...

Because Sony will market it as a trend, and once a trend takes off a large company can keep it afloat for a very long time. You people seem to forget the sad fact of business and global corporatism...Money makes the world go round. If it can rotate a gigantic rock in zero gravity, I'm pretty sure money can change your mind

Think like this: some people bought PS2 just to watch DVD. You say a "portable DVD player". wtf is such a thing? Even if it exists, why would anyone buy it, when they can buy something that does the same and more?

Too many Link ranks!! Lol. They do look nifty, though. Yay me. >.>

If anyone can spot which game my new rank comes from, have a cookie. And it's not as obvious as it looks; it's not a customised sprite.

PRobably one of the BS Zelda games, since I'm prettys ure they had a female character.

Incidentally the female version looks much better than the male one, but then again guys don't look good with pink hair.

I always liked Link's pink hair in ALttP.

No cookie for you because you didn't manage to say what game it was. >.>

I know it's from one of the "BullShit" Zelda games (er, 3?).

I wonder what the BS Zeldas are like... probably not much different than what the originals were ...
