Picking up a conveniently located piece of rubble, Janus throws it down into the hole, and waits for it to hit the bottom. It's fairly odd, though. | Blue: "Pathetic? You underestimate the strength of my mind... And body!" Leaping out of the fissure he fell into by Dracoon's attack, Blue levitates into the air, surrounded by a swirl of high speed chunks of ice and water; an elemental aura signifying his willingness to finally start giving the battle his all. It's obvious the three have gone beyond the point where negotiations can help, only force will be their savior now. Blue's eyes have a steely gaze of ice, a clear, cold stare to strike a frozen fear into the hearts of his foes. He's quite angry. "If Schwa's mind has been taken, there's nothing to be done but to get it back! Stealing is a crime, and as a member of the White Light I shall make this mental criminal pay!" Blue's rage erupts into an intense blizzard, surrounding him, enveloping him in its freezing power. He begins to concentrate, bringing all of the heat out of his body and becoming a being of pure cold. The air around him is freezing, and soon he will unleash an attack that shows the true strength he posesses, quite the opposite of Tuxydon's "pathetic" remark. "Dracoon, watch my back. Things are about to cool down quite a bit, so get ready..." |

| It's incredibly hard to out and out block a thrust, of course. Janus recognizes this, but Reydam's speed is nearly equal to his own in this case. Slipping quickly to the side, the thrust catches him across the left arm, slicing an open wound as Janus spins around, his back to Reydam. Rather than turn around and counterattack, Janus gets out of melee range; Reydam'd be too quick with his blade to attack with a staff. Instead, he puts the staff away... Janus: "Hmm, you're quite quick, I might have to think a little for this one..." Tearing off a bit of his shirt, and wrapping it around the wound on his arm, Janus assumes a martial arts stance, turning his cap backwards so the visor won't impede his vision any further (another reason why he was unable to fully dodge Reydam's thrust. Fashion over strength...). "I'm not so sure as to how an unarmed fighting style will work against a sword, but let's find out, shall we?" |

| As Dracoon firebombs one of the Copter robots, a huge hammer suddenly slams down on the other one, an aerial attacker bent on assisting the warriors in their plight. The copter robot is smashed to bits as the attacker lands on the ground, his face obscured by the visor of a red baseball cap and his body covered in a strangely patterned, hooded robe. ???: "It makes perfect sense, of course, that a place such as this had to be under attack on the very day I decide to visit this time.... | Janus: "Of course. I'll take the offensive this time." Janus' streamlined body moves like liquid toward Reydam, as he, grinning, opens his attacks with a swinging righthand punch to Reydam's chest, smoothly complimented by a roundhouse kick to the right side, helped along by the momentum of Janus' inital attack. Of course, if Reydam blocks the punch entirely, Janus' second attack will be totally thrown off (it's a combo). "Here we go!" Sheik's speedy yeah, but unfortunately she lacks the power to give a decent knockout blow. More often than not I've had to switch to the slower, stronger Zelda to finish off my foes. Personally my two main characters now are Marth and Kirby, Marth's speed is more than a match for Sheik, and he has a lot of power too, plus he doesn't fly very far. Kirby's special moveset outdoes Sheik's as well, though his physical attacks aren't as streamlined. It's a balance, really. Plus, I was never very good with Sheik anyway... |

I miss styles too, but they're replaced by souls, which are pretty good too. Personally I was more miffed by the fact that the game makes you choose between getting number, blues, and junk soul (blue moon) or beating the living shit out of Roll (red sun). I took Blue. |
BN4's ok. I liked BN2 and 3 better, Capcom REALLY needs to do something with the plot of these games soon before they start getting horribly bad, like some of the more recent X games... Or make another Legends game!

Personally, I loved Megaman Legends and Legends 2. The plot was good, it had the best version of Roll ever (one that was actually cool AND useful, something Roll, Roll.EXE and Alia just can't do), and the games were challenging and a decent attempt to bring Megaman into 3D (much better than X7). They could do so much more with the storyline and characters in the games, and considering the huge cliffhanger they left off with at the end of Legends 2, I think it's about time we got another one, or at least start praying for one. 2000 wasn't that long ago... |

Blue finally unleashes his pent-up snowstorm in an intense release of pure coldness! "Absolute Zero!!!" Absolute Zero, the coldest measureable temperature known to human science! 0 degrees Kelvin, -273 degrees Celsius, and the main reason why Blue is able to keep Green and Red in line when they get too out of hand... Obviously it's impossible for Blue to attain this incredibly low temperature without freezing himself into a block of ice, but he's certainly drawn the room temperature down below the norm, and it's getting colder by the second! Focusing this incredibly cold area into a small point around his left arm, Blue holds the arm out, ready to give Schwa a rather icy hand in his struggle against Tuxydon. As Dracoon stands back, charging his blaster, Blue's frozen fist charges toward Schwa! Blue stops just before punching Schwa, extends his arm so that his fist is within an inch of Schwa's body, and releases the cold energy in a rush of blizzard-like fury, point blank!

In my challenge, I'd like to list a few more notes. |
In keeping with the pokemon style, would it be possible for me to use all four of my characters at once? That's Janus (Explorer of Time, not Master of Mediocrity), Agent Red, Agent Green, and Agent Blue. But they'd probably be more than a match for individual waves, so rather than use all four of them at once, I would instead use one character per wave. To make things a bit fairer, they'd also share the same lifebar, and I wouldn't be allowed to use the same character for two consecutive waves. I'd also like to attach pokemon types to them, to make battling a bit more tactical, and attach the same types to their attacks. In this case, Red would be a fire type, Blue would be an ice/water type, Green would be an electric type, and I haven't quite thought Janus' type through yet (his fighting style draws from about four different pokemon types as it is). In the final waves, when they start facing pokemon that are much stronger than normal ones, this rule would go out the window and it'd be a free for all, as all four of them would take on the enemies at once. This would mean that although they'd deal 4X the damage, since they're all still sharing the same lifebar, the risk of them taking 4X the damage would be 4X as high.

The robed figure pulls from his attire several square grey relics with odd markings on them that appear to be roman numerals... If one were to take a close look at him, one would see in his eyes a quick flicker of blue every few seconds... ???: "Cutman, Gutsman, Freezeman, Shademan.... The gang's all here... And if Wily's not behind this, then I'm almost afraid of who is." He makes a sidelong glance at Bass and Dracoon. "I don't know about you guys, but I'm going to get ready for a good fight. However, violence may not necessarily be the answer here, just keep your guards up."

In a flash, Blue's hands become covered in Permafrost shells, acting as boxing gloves made of a material more solid than steel but light enough to be easily wielded. His icy knuckles flash in the lights of the warehouse as he draws himself into a boxing stance, right hand guarding, left hand jabbing. "Now then, who wants a slice?"

I HAVE been eating, trust me, I know how dangerous that was to my health, I'm trying to get my diet back on track. I'm just starting with small portions, decent meals each day. I make sure to eat a breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it's just hard to eat a lot of food because if I eat too much at one sitting I start to feel sick and too full for comfort. But I can do it, I'm still maintaining my current weight (in fact, I'm still losing weight thus far, but it's through working and eating healthily) and I've increased my diet since I talked about this. |
