The funny thing, I knew where the virus was. I just couldn't delete it, it was running... in every friggin application as a seperate thread.  That removing tool kills all threads related to the virus (it dosen't close down any programs, just threads... this is CPU related), and then delete the virus file and the registery entries. After a restart I noticed how refreshed my computer did feel.  Whenever I have the time, i'm going to clean up Trapster's and my sister computer at their school. They have their own computers but apparantly, spyware is a problem there. -.-; (edited by Ailura on 09-12-04 05:22 PM) |

Well, i bought one and eventually started making my own cards for SMA4 MB3. Problem is, they didnt work. I probably had the wrong format or something...Anyway, knowing Nintendo, the upcoming NDS games will use the e-reader function. Greedy Bastards.... |

| No, it's not a cheat. Neither is the Kyzoku trick. And the peninsula northeast of Pravoka isn't either. For those who don't know, NE of Pravoka there's a little peninsula where enemies from the landmass to the north bleed over. So you can fight Zombulls and Trolls at level 5. Now that's a quick way to get gold. |

| How are they greedy if upcoming games use the e-Reader? That would be getting the most out of e-Reader as possibe. Since DS games can detect GBA cartridges, Super Mario 64x4, for example, could have secret levels unlocked by scanning a dot code on card packs that you can buy seperately. I don't know why so many people dislike the e-Reader, I think it's great... | |||

Especially if they price-drop the e-Reader... Can't see it being greedy at all.  Don't forget that it's a choice - not every game uses it and you don't need cards to play a certain game. They just serve as expansion packs, not a direct way into the game.  |

See, that's one of the things about W98 I like. You can kill applications at boot easy, because autoexec.bat is still executed. It's one of my favorite quirks about W98 that I truly hate about WXP  In any case I've never had a virus (shocking!) and I don't think I will. For the record I still lack a firewall or semidecent virus checker. Lol. |

| As I'm sure many of you may know, the new client just got released! So it looks like I've got to go for the whole level 99 run all over again. Great... It's not so bad though, I especially like the fact that the aspd cap has been raised, that'll make my knight that much more effective. Fun fun. Of course, for the time being I have completely lost my hunter, who also happens to be my strongest character. |

| Memory leaks are alot worser in Win98. The removing tool wasn't up until recently, and it was one of thoose viruses that run even in safe mode it seems.  Belive me, I tried to fix it as soon I got it. But I couldn't, even in safe mode. I could get rid a big part of the virus but not all files... a single file didn't want to get deleted. |

I've done the rebirth with my knight then worked 5 hours on leveling up again, I'm a 70/22 Lord Knight already  Levels are 5x slower than before ... so it feels like 3.75x EXP rate (but it just dropped from 19x to 15x with 4x longer levels), it's going to really take forever after Level 90 I'm not going to rebirth my other characters yet, until I level up the Lord Knight enough to be at least almost as strong as I was ... I don't want to be stuck without my best character for too long, especially during War of Emperium |
