Well, that was a very unique little comic.

Trapster - I'm not a huge fan of turn-based games but it depends on the mechanics - I'd lean towards RPG strategy games over military ones for sure. RTS games usually sit well with me at least in the early going. Then I get too involved in micromanagement.

...Hit Green Girl on the first bounce, huh?

If you really wanted to go for lowest score... Low angle, low power.

I actually start my games out somewhere in the 30-35 degree angle range... I like to try gamble for a boost or special right away.

Reading Week is the university's term for Spring Break. The *idea* is to catch up on your studies but considering we all had midterms BEFORE it... the catching up part's already been done, basically.

We get a 4-day Easter Break, I *think*... Not sure about Good Friday but we get Easter Monday off for sure.

So is it safe to say that England's World Cup run was a bit of a fluke in retrospective?

Would be nice to see an Ireland/Wales final for the title and the Grand Slam... on the flip side, it might be nice to see England have to slip past (or stumble to) Italy.

At the moment, I don't. I really only do all my work on my PC and back things up to other media so they're pretty much useless.

However, I do have a couple of working ones around in the event I end up having to work in a computer lab at school; although to be honest, I could just use Gmail to store the work.

I'm so glad I never had to take standardized tests for college purposes. In Canada, it's basically a "you're in if you have the money" system, for all intents and purposes. There's always SOME program available.

The SAT's can be taken here for sure if you want to apply to an American university, but it's tough to find out info about that.

I don't have nor need a cell phone. Can't afford one myself in the first place, and I really don't have many people to call on the go.

That's why God invented public telephones and quarters.

Blowing snow all day here but it looked worse than it actually was. There's some large snow drifts on the streets but the overall accumulation was pretty small.

We're *so* not in spring yet, but it hasn't been a harsh winter.

Or your brain just doesn't know where to send pain signals.

Not long until you get your insurance... then you can get them checked out without any problems.

Yeah, as far as I know it's gone unless some people tried to start a renegade RO server to keep the community going. *shrug*

No idea about the forums though - I thought they were supposed to stay up.

Then put some effort into creating a good DOSBox-like environment to play the games in. Problem solved.

An Apogee collection for consoles wouldn't work since it's more of a PC thing.

Then that's why God also invented calling cards. (Not the long-distance ones, but regular ones that can be used with a phone for local calls.)

PLENTY of pay phones in Montreal. Walk into any subway station and you'll see a wall of them.

*sniffs* I want Cogeco! I just don't think it's available in my area...

*cough*

I think HH probably has "capless" cable but if you go WAY over the average, they can still warn you. 93 GB in a month IS a little excessive.

Very quietly.

I'd think so.

I've only gotten in the 6,000 range so far... But I'll keep trying. Fate has to smile on me sooner or later.

(Surprisingly, the last run ended in me just running out of gas. No Green Girl touch or anything.)
