| Red: "HeatWave!!!" Entirely ignoring the questionably existant flood coming from MBK, Red instead tries to dispel Jarukoth's ninja technique by discharging a quick wave of the heat he had stored in his anti-rain aura over the area around him, hopefully causing the mist to rise over his head and turn into normal water vapor. If that's the case, visibility is restored. If not, well, the heat wave is still gonna cause a rather uncomfortable feeling in anyone who doesn't have a mild resistance to fire... |

| Janus: "Ah, what a lovely day in this entirely random plains area in the middle of nowhere..." Janus is walking peacefully through the field, knowing full well who is here and who is waiting for a challenge. He's not worried, mind you. He's got no reason to be. Reydam's sleeping, after all, and he had been here several times, watching himself in this fight. He knew that he'd have to fight here someday, in order to keep his already twisted time stream active, and he supposed that was reason enough to come here looking for a battle. Stopping at Reydam's tree, Janus leans over to Reydam and taps him on the head, waking him from his slumber. "So then, who might you be?" |

| Red: "What th--" SLAM! --------------- Blue: "That must have hurt quite a bit..." Green (Now conscious): "Don't give up, Red! We're rooting for ya!" Blue: "Say, how long have you been awake?" Green: "Oh, I was just playing dead. I didn't want to keep getting my butt kicked." Blue: "I see..." --------------- Red is kicked harshly in the face and sent flying backwards a few feet. He digs his hand into the metallic ground, showcasing his other ability: inhuman strength. Stopping himself purely with his finger's grip on the ground, Red gets up and retaliates with a rush to Jarukoth, flaring his fires up higher and delivering a fire-powered punch to Jarukoth, followed by a horizontal kick to his side! Red: "Nice hit! Here's mine!" |

| A wave of discord washes over Blue, as he suddenly begins to live up to his name. Is this really Schwa? What if it's not? That'd mean that Blue failed, and that makes him sad... All of these strange thought suddenly rushed through Blue's head, as he gradually begins to lose confidence. Blue: "That can't be... I thought this out entirely, this has to go well. I know I didn't miss anything..." Suddenly, the thought hits Blue! He thought everything out! He invited Schwa, this had to be him! There was no other explanation for it; Schwa was simply not who Blue heard he was! There was nothing wrong with that, was there...? NO! Nothing! Forcing himself to regain his confidence, Blue backs away from the fight as Dracoon keeps Schwa distracted. Slowly, he concentrates, bringing the water vapor in the air around Schwa once again, but this time, there's enough mist for Blue to REALLY work with! Blue: "Storm Gust!" Instantly, the air around Schwa and Dracoon thickens, and grows incredibly cold. A swirling wind envelops all three fighters, as the water vapor around them begins to freeze into a thick ice, becoming colder and colder by the second! The swirling air contracts toward them all, and gets painfully cold, so much so that if one were to stay still for too long, they'd freeze to death. Blue, of course, is quite resistant to this kind of temperature, and can move with ease throughout the endothermic extremity. |

| OOC: Initial Lotus? Nice! Dizzied furiously by Jarukoth's spinning crash maneuver, Red looks like he's going to suffer a broken neck in a few seconds. However, it's not entirely over yet, as Red focuses just enough to make a quick action before Jarukoth slams him. Red's arm shoots out and grabs Jarukoth's arm, still presumably attached to Red's leg. Red's hand is like a vise grip to Jarukoth, nearly inescapable. Red's flames flare up in what looks like an attempt to burn Jarukoth, but is in fact an attack just before he hits the ground! Red: "B...Blazer!!!!" Instantly Jarukoth and Red erupt into a whirling tornado of flames, as Jarukoth causes Red to crash into the ground, kicking up a firey explosion that engulfs them both! Red won't be singed by the flames, but that Initial Lotus throw's gonna hurt him a lot! When the dust clears, Red is within the pile of rubble that was made by the attack, considerably wounded but still able to fight... But what happened to Jarukoth? | Janus: "I guess so. I'll probably find out why I'm here a little bit into the fight." Janus takes the bag off of his shoulder, and sets it on the ground. Today's weapon? Not his hammer, that's for sure. Janus withdraws his extendable staff from within the bag's side pouch, and hits the button on it, causing it to extend into a quarterstaff. After windmilling it a bit to get a feel for it, he then pressed a second button on it, unclasping the staff and breaking it into three parts, each connected to the other by a small length of chain. A three-piece-rod! Certainly a strange weapon, and interesting to use against a sword such as Reydam's, but Janus rarely uses "normal" weaponry anyway... "So.... Where're you from...?" |

| Clockworkz, Legion is 100% correct in every way. Earthbound is just as good as, possibly greater, than Chrono Trigger and FFIII. It's so funny and freaky and well done, there's no way you can go through it without thinking some small portion of it, even if the rest of the game is crap in your eyes, is genius. As a side note, it's one of the few RPGs in existance that has bathrooms! You can't USE them, but they're definitely there! |

| OOC: It's like a giant Nunchaku. Watching Reydam's rush carefully, Janus whips the middle piece of his weapon downward by the two other pieces, and catches Reydam's blade within the chains of his left and middle pieces, hooking it around for a neat trapping parry. The two fighters are now locked together by their weaponry, and as long as he's got the weapon in a parry, Janus can not take action, using all of his strength to hold it in. Reydam would have to pull it out to continue his attack, as well. Janus: "Really? The only thing? Ha, sometimes I feel the same way. Care to tell a kindred spirit your sad tale? It's obvious we might be here awhile." |

You annihilated your entire race because you were kept captive for your entire life? Sounds kinda familiar to me. But that was 25 years ago! Some things are unforgiveable, but if you do so for long enough, you can repent for anything! Why not try to repent for your sins? You can enjoy life to its fullest extent, especially if you work to repent for what you did wrong. Try it, man. Learn what it means to exist." Janus flourishes his weapon and brings it into an offensive stance. "But first, let's have some fun. What do you say to a friendly duel?" |

From within Dracoon's tornado, Blue drew in several sharp shards of ice, and fired them outward, adding to the debris in the tornado! "I won't be able to do much more until I get out of this thing, just try to find out what's going on!" |

| Hmm, it's the end of August for me. I'd really rather not go back, as well... I'm a senior this year in high school, and while that's supposed to be the best year out of all of them (I have to agree, from where I left off last year things can only go up), I can't help but wonder if I'm going to like it. On the one hand, I'll be able to see certain people that I haven't seen all summer, but on the other hand people I've spent every day with might never see me at all. It kinda scares me, really, because I care about these people and I don't want to lose contact with them. I'm afraid that's gonna happen after school as well, some of my best friends will never see me again because they're all going so far, and even though I have the grades and the skill to go as far as I want, I'm staying right here in RI... | |||

| OOC: Don't worry about it, it's just a metal stick when it comes down to it, easily parried. Just try to be creative: Bringing his sword into a defensive position, Reydam hears the clash of steel against steel as his blade collides with Janus' weapon. Sparks are sprayed into the air, as Reydam feels the ferocity of his blow and reacts with just as much, if not more, in his own defense. Like that, or something. /OOC Janus: "Oh? Well, forgive my rudeness, I'll gladly let you have the first shot..." Vaulting himself backwards from Reydam's relative location, Janus twilrs his staff in front of him and brings it into a curious downward offensive pose. The tip of the staff is just barely touching the ground before him as the back end rises almost to his shoulder, ready to be brought up into a guard position in an instant. "Well, then, go on..." |

The moment he said this, Blue's skin began to live up to his name, as every last bit of heat was dropped out of his body that he could muster, and he took the full force of Schwa's energy attack, absorbing the energy and bringing himself back to normal body temperature from the near-Absolute Zero state that he had put himself in as a defense against Schwa's attack. Blue: "So then it's NOT the real Schwa? I knew it! Something had to be going on! I'll help you out, Dracoon, we need to bring this guy down, or I may never be able to meet with the real Schwa!" A cold wind begins to swirl around Blue as his own aura, one of shards of ice whirling around his body, began to flare up. He charged directly at Schwa, making a punching motion that flung shining spikes of ice straight at him! "Frost Diver!!!" |
