Janus: "So... This is Schwa..." Janus looks to the Schwalemental for a moment, and wonders if he's been defeated. But then, he gets a rush of inspiration! Grabbing his hammer in one hand, and kneeling to the ground, supporting himself with the other, he looks up at Schwa! "Now THAT'S what I'm talking about! I know I'm not gonna regret this! Tactical Modification!" Janus jumps high into the air, spinning into his tornado move, but this time he doesn't get out of it! Staying within the tornado, he blazes heavily into the ground just in front of Schwa, drilling into the earth and kicking up a thick wall of earth that moves straight toward the air elemental protecting Schwa! "Earthquake Diver!" OOC: Most of Janus' attacks from this point are combinations of previous moves you've seen, Earth and Wind element attacks. I'm not sure if I can physically harm the Air Elemental though, since it IS made of air, and in D&D terms Air Elementals can't be harmed unless you have a magical weapon. While Janus' hammer constitutes a heavily magical weapon, he's still basically swinging a blunt object through the air...

For some reason, I've always got the song "Cartoon Heroes" by Aqua in my head. It's not necessarily a bad song, but it's still kinda odd... |
Whenever I play DDR I find myself humming the songs after I play. That'd probably be why I'm thinking of Cartoon Heroes right now.

I SINCERELY HOPE with all of my heart that Kaizoku keeps subbing new episodes when this comes to America, no matter how much they uncensor it, Jill is 100% right, that's never gonna make it into a Saturday Morning cartoon. Every character with lines says at least one swear, this is gonna be Fox's biggest mistake since they tried bringing Digimon over here. It'd be much better on Adult Swim. Man, I'm still totally broken up about this, I just can't stand to see good anime go bad. Even if Kaizoku makes a confusing sub, it's still a lot better than what we're gonna see on Fox.

Ha, I'm quite fine with my computer's heat, I have a nice cooling system. Or it could be that Dell just uses substandard parts that aren't strong enough to generate lots of heat, either way it's never very hot around my comp. |

Well, if you can't pull the cork out, why not just push it in? Get a blunt object and force it downward, you'll only lose a small spray of wine from the pressure, and you'll be able to enjoy the wine as it is. You could do it fast or slow, if you do it quickly you'll lose a short burst of wine, you do it slowly you'll lose tiny leaks of wine, but overall there shouldn't be any problem with it. |

Argh, I can't stand remembering passwords. I usually have the same one, somewhere along the lines of one certain word that I can't say right now, but it has variants to it (Case sensetive, adjectives before it, numbers, extra letters and such). What REALLY irks me is remembering usernames. I can deal with passwords so long as I remember the username I use. Nowadays I just use the same one over and over again but back in the days when I was afraid of the internet it'd change constantly. |

Ha, when you think about it, all of the Mario characters are neglected, with the exception of Bowser they're all really shallow and static characters. I only give Bowser the unneglected vote because they really did something with his personality in SMRPG (though that would be Square's fault), and because it shows in SMS's ending that he's really not THAT bad a guy, he just feels like it's his job to clash with Mario all the time. |
Luigi's got a personality, too, now that I think about it. Superstar Saga showed a lot more about Luigi than any other game, even if he didn't talk it showed that he has feelings and stuff and that he's not a hollow Mario Brother. I like Luigi more than I do Mario cause he actually seems human. Most of the character personalities come from the Mario RPGs, actually. There need to be more of those, sometimes Nintendo just has to go deeper than what we see and play with, the characters never change outside the RPGs. Of course, we've seen that Mario himself has little personality aside from the strong sense of justice and a liking for italian food, no matter how many RPGs he appears in. Then there's Peach. Peach has nothing. Zero, in my opinion. She's really the most hollow Mario character, just the appreciative damsel in distress. SMRPG showed she could really kick some ass, but there wasn't enough about her aside from a liking for sneaking around that I saw. Definitely needs more of an active role. Daisy? Hell if I know. Something about Luigi or something, I don't care about her. Toad... There's a billion of them, and THEY ALL ACT THE EXACT SAME WAY. If anything, Toad needs his own game just to show that THE Toad, the one single Toad that is the true Toad, can be a hero too. He needs a personality beyond the "Help Peach at risk of own life" schtick that Nintendo gave him. Wart was a mockery of Mario Villainry. I hated Wart. He should never come back. And that's about it, all I can think of.
