| (Gauss Cannons don't really exist as far as I know, so I'll assume that they've got Gauss Miniguns.) Melvin screamed girlishly, and dove down under his desk, as it was suddenly filled with holes. The desk was quickly turned into nothing more than a pile of broken wood. His chain made a small squeak, and it was promptly shot to bits as well. When all seemed quiet, a cyndrical device rolls out from under the debris, stopping with a clunk at Melvin-Bot #3's feet, just in time to send a deadly electromagnetic shockwave through that area of the room. Meanwhile, Melvin was hanging onto a ladder underneath a hatch nestled beneath the rubble of the desk. Melvin: Suckers. EDIT: Edited. Lord.  (edited by Melvin on 08-17-04 02:35 AM) |

| Hearing more gunshots, Melvin simply closed the hatch, and slid down the ladder. Melvin: I can only wonder how long it's going to take them to figure out I'm not there. |

| Melvin-Bot #5 found himself on the recieving end of a beam of yellow energy. As the beam thinned out, Melvin reloaded the Castor Rifle, and stepped back through the door, then closed it. Reaching inside his coat, he then drew out a large glob of what seemed to be putty, then slathered it all over the door's hingers and along the cracks in the door. He then took out a small device, and placed it over the crack. He would then proceed to RUN LIKE HELL. |

| The moment Melvin-Bot #5 tried to open the hatch, it exploded, and the large chunk of metal flew straight into his face. Boy, he would have been better off if he had let #2 shoot him. --- Main Ventilation Shaft --- Melvin kicked a vent cover out into the long shaft, which ran down the entire 70 story span of the building. He poked his head out, looking down into the inky blackness, then up at the giant fan at the top. He moved to the side, grabbing onto a ladder that led down with one hand, while searching around in his coat with the other. (edited by Melvin on 08-22-04 02:18 AM) |

| Pulling a few metal discs out of his pocket, Melvin tossed them randomly down the shaft he had just came out of, littering them amongst the ceiling and floor. As they stuck, large lights on the top blinked once, then clicked off. Grabbing his Castor Rifle out from under his armpit, he started to slide down the ladder, wondering how long it would take his rather stupid clones to figure out he was long gone. | |||

| For once, poor #5 didn't step on anything. However, #3 was about to step on a mine. Meanwhile, Melvin was poised at the main vent shaft, two floors down from the shaft that were going to be engulfed in flames. When smoke billowed out of the shaft, the large fan at the end would turn on, funneling air through the shaft in an attempt to put out the fire. Assuming that there were still clones there, they would most likely find themselves shredded up in the fan's razor-sharp blades. (edited by Melvin on 09-25-04 06:36 PM) |

| Melvin wasn't taking his captivity too well. The silence was distubed by repeating gunshots, as he drew a pair of MP5's out of his coat and began to shoot wildly towards at the protective shell. Half a minute later, Melvin was standing ankle-deep in bullet casings and smashed projectiles. He reached to his side, and twisted the face of his watch, then swung his arm around diagonally, a bright ruby beam following his path, attempting to cut into the tube, but leaving nothing more than a black spot. He wasn't quite done yet - he decided to pull out his trusty Castor Rifle, load it with a No. 3, and blow the bejeezus out of the tube, which simply seemed to drink up the gun's energy as if it were water. After that ordeal, he put the smoking gun away, and slumped down into the pile of bullet casings. Melvin: Well, there's no way we're getting out of these, unless Kagato, or whatever the hell JD said his name is, wants us to. |

| Sit down. It's time for a Melvin Update. I'm busy doing things with school. Catholic school. All the girls here wear skirts, and I get to wear a blazer. I fit in perfectly. I'm working on revamping my site into a gifloop site. Expect infrequent updates whenever the mood strikes me. T-shirts involving emoticons, acronyms involving dirty words and penis ASCII are coming soon. The proceeds will fund me... uh, getting into Warhammer 40k. I'll start posting the the SF again. Stop pestering me. I'll try and update my blog at a semi-constant pace. That and I'm working on a new layout. Advance Wars 2. It'll be bitchin'. Rock on. |
