Free healthcare, free dental care til you're 18. Stuff like that. Tv tax is a quarterly fee which I doubt many people pay. If someone calls and ask or knock on the door you can just say that you don't have a tv, given that they can't see one from the door that is, then they can't do jack. Smoking is prohibited in public places too (like inside resturaunts which has to have a special smoke room, which is nice for someone like me that just can't stand the 'smell"  And then there's the internet, the cellphone per capita, the ease of studying at university, the nice people and so forth, if anyone wants to read up on it you can probably go to....sweden.se  Edit: And the commercial is still half of what's in the US, you can notice that when we broadcast alot of US shows that "We'll be right back" happens every 3 seconds but every 15minutes or so it actually goes to commercial. THE BUGS, WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH THE BUGS!? I like, go into cave of trials after beating the boss on the 12th floor or whatnot with only 2 chars, I kill a boss, pick up the leventine sword (which by the by, sucks ass, never have I seen such slow attacks, almost every attack is like a mirror slice on a guy that's blocking, 5second freeze with the blade in the air), I keep going up and up and up, pick up some battle suits and valkyrie guards, and what happens after a battle? THE GAME CRASHES. like, from no apparant reason at all, it just never switched screen, it just stayed black, this is the epitome of pissing someone off. In other news, I'm buying the 3rd one.

GIMP sucks monkey arse, I tried it and I hated it, who the hell wants a different (main) window for every project, the brush set and other things anyway? Yay, have the whole taskbar filled! And menus on rightclick is just st0pid.Photoshop can do pixel, and it can do it good, it never AA for me if I don't want it to, just use the pencil tool on 1px not the brush tool  Even if you want to do something simple photoshop is the way to go, I mean, how fun is it to restart because you do something wrong? Paint has like 2 history steps if even that. In photoshop you have 20-100, you pick And layers, what can you do without layers anyway? Draw a line? Oh, and the cost of a product is moot for most people online

I haven't played doom 3 but AvP used to scare the shit out of me, especially when you walk in a dark room totally on the edge after monsters and you hear this squeeschy sound all the time, getting louder and closer as more time passes and suddenly, BOOOOOM, you have a facehugger on you and you die instantly. Now that is pee-in-the-pants worthy. |

So I like try and go down again in CoT and it goes really good, everyone levels up like 10 levels to 150 or so and I get the leventine sword again and take all tresures and then I get to the 13 floor, I was a nerv wreck there since I thought that enemies could kill me easily but in reality they were quite easy and then after I flipped the switches I went to the main room, where the angel queen thingie was and I got my ass handed to me, holy shit she was annoying, she is quick as heck, I can't trap her, she has like obnoxius defence/avd since I do 0 alot but sometimes 8k and she has this really annoying attack that throws a really big boomerang that hits a char for about 6k... and ofcourse, If I happen to hit her I get a shower of red stars over me, so every hit I gave to her I got like 2k damage back |
 it went all good and fine in the start, I just kept healing but, she got a lucky break and when 1 char falls, it's easier to loose another one, and when 2 char dies I'm busy reviving and she gets to cast spells and I die.

So, does anyone have any? I've tried AVG which was pretty good but when it found a virus it put it in the virus vault which I think is in system volume information directory on c:\, the annoying part is that I can't access that dir, not even with administrator login. So, every now and then I get this popup and annoying sound that I got a virus in system volume information but I can't remove it, and to remove viruses in the virus vault I have to purchase the professional version |
I've also tried norton antivirus which sucked, it was so annoying because it interfered in basically anything I did, oh hey, you're moving a file, MAYBE IT'S A VIRUS DOING IT?! I BETTER SCAN THAT 700mb FILE BEING MOVED! So, anyone got any recommendations on antivirus programs? If you want to recommend AVG, give me a good copy because I can't find any serials for the newest version

Feels so much like a beta, and I wanna upgrade when they get the final 1.0 release out And as Kitten Yiffer said, Firefox do load things quicker, atleast that's what it seems like on my comp, it doesn't stop the whole page because one layout is slow etc, it just has to get everything into the cache which takes like, 10min of board surfing
