I believe Opera is more popular in the Scandinavian nations for some strange reason. |
 I had it on my old PC. Ugh. It wasn't terrible but I would rank IE above it just for the sole reason that Opera's rendering engine wasn't great back then. Some pages would look really wonky. I'm sure it's improved now, but I've seen some screens and it looks a bit too busy for me.
