| Rad calmly walked through the raining city, the falling rain muffling his footsteps. He made his way towards the largest building he could see, holding no weapon in his hands. As he neared the skyscrapper, he turned his head, nodded at Star, and made his way into the building, climbing floors as fast as he could. |

| No, Divx player won't play the audio either. Most of the videos on my computer are AVI, and only some of them have this problem. Other video types work fine. No, the audio doesn't load at all. As I said before, some videos have sound, but the ones that don't have sound have none at all. *hands you a burrito* XD EDIT: Installing Windows Media Player Version 9.00, which my computer was lacking, fixed my problem. | Tannim walked between the rows of tombstones, reading the names of the people he passed by in the light of a flashlight. Two translucent figures floated behind him, a boy no older than 15, and a yellow-fured kitsune. Stopping at one headstone, Tannim lowered to his knees, the bottom of his trenchcoat pooling at his feet, and placed both his hands upon the earth of the grave. Both him and his friends closed their eyes and bowed their heads, as if paying last respects to a comrade. Tannim's vigil was intrupted as the cemetary's gates creaked open, and he could hear the movement of another person entering the graveyard. The boy quietly asked, "You locked the gate when you came in here, right Tannim?" Tannim quickly replied, "Yes," before returning to his feet and making his way towards the newcomer. |

| Rahl launches himself into the air, using Additive magic to give himself more boost. He lands a good ten feet away from Schwa's protector. Rahl counters Zraku's speech with, "Sorcery is not dark, nor is it light." He draws the Sword of Truth in his right hand. "It is but a weapon, like this blade, or knowledge, or a firearm, or even your 'ether'. Weapons are not evil or good, it is how you use them that grants the item the title of good or evil. "As for why I know 'dark' spells, what is the purpose of a fight? To destroy your opponent utterly, and without mercy. Dark magic is the quickest route to do this against most creatures. I also draw off the power of beings who willingly grant power to those who ask, both good and evil. If that alone makes me evil, kill me." Or at least try. Rahl returns the handful of black Sorcerer Sand to the woven gold pouch at his left side, and pulls a handful of white Sorcerer Sand from the woven gold pouch at his right side. "However, seeing as you seem to despise 'dark' magic, I will refrain from using it as much as I can." He then waited for his opponent's next move, ready to set off his Sorcerer Sand at any moment. |

| Tannim and his two friends noticed Zed's movement, and Tannim introduced his friends. "The young boy is Jr. and the kitsune is FX. As you've noticed, they are spirits." Both of Tannim's companions nodded to Zed. "None of the spirits of those normally here appear to be here tonight, though." |

| Rahl stood his ground, and allowed the blue bolts to hit him. The force of the blows was not enough to cause him to step back into Zraku's blast, which gave Rahl the time to quickly cast a spell. "Source of all souls which dwell in eternal and infinite. Everlasting flame of blue, let the power hidden in my soul be called forth from the Infinite. Ra-Tilt!" The sand in Rahl's hand caused the spell to flare to a giant size, at least ten feet in height as a beam of blue-white flame launched towards Schwa. OOC: Ra-Tilt is the strongest spirit element spell Rahl knows that only affects one being. If that being doesn't have a large astral form, their astral from will be destroyed. The weaker effects include knocking the target out and making them sleeply. |

| Rad quickly dived into a nearby hallway as Star shot up the stairs past him, and luckly was not seen. He quietly walked back to the stairs and looked up, seeing Star continue to climb the stairway. He then looked down, and noticed Taffy standing at the bottom of the stairs. Greatest power in numbers. And I have no elemental spells. Rad copied Star's form of movement of jumping from landing to landing, but headed down rather than up. He hollered, "Look out below!" to make sure he didn't land on anyone. |

| Sensing the buildup of energy in the area around Schwa, Rahl says to himself with a small grin on his face, "Ah, he finally shows his true power." He face hardens as he continues, "I should not disappoint him by not showing my true power." Rahl spins the Sword of Truth twice before slamming it point-first into the ground. He then holds his hands over the pommel, and begins to charge energy. The sword's blade shifts from metal to what looks like holy energy as Rahl begins to chant. "Darkness beyond blackest pitch, Deeper than the deepest night! Lord of Darkness, shining like gold upon the Sea of Chaos, I call upon thee!" A ball of black energy appears in the palm of Rahl's hands, and a violent wind picks up around him, caused by the energy Rahl is using to channel and contain a god's power. OOC: Yes, the "Lord of Darkness", or Golden Demon Lord is a god. He is also the source of nothingness.  Enjoy. |

| Rahl shifts his grip of the ball of energy to his left hand and pulls the Sword of Truth from the ground. He uses it to bash the red beam skywards before jumping into the air towards Schwa, using Additive magic to sail over him and land behind him, which allows the remaining part of the attack to miss him completely. "Do you have any idea why this blade has turned to holy energy?" Rahl points at Schwa with his sword before he continues. "It is because I do not care about good or evil, nor what others think of it. I strive for a balance. To quote a great written work I have read, 'Don't rely on light. Light is only half the solution, for without darkness life has no texture or purpose. To truly understand the road to life you must bear a balance between the light and the dark. Don't rely on light.' I will now show you one way of achiving this balance." The energy in Rahl's hand throbs and continues to grow as he continues to chant, his voice now booming. "Let the fools who stand before us be destroyed by the power you and I possess!" Rahl takes his blade and slides it through the orb, the energy merging with the blade slightly. "Blade, accept this darkness." The darkness solidifies around the light of the Sword of Truth, lengthing the blade to over ten feet long. The mixed energy arcs in various directions about the blade, and the holy and dark energy swirl but do not mix. Rahl then swings the blade down with a cry of, "Giga Slave!" which causes an explosion of holy and dark energy large enough to engulf the Gulf of Mexico. OOC: Yes, the explosion is fricking huge, but that's what happens when you use a god's power. XD Hope you survive. |

"However, before you continue, I should let you know something. I have a mission. It is twofold. I seek to gain revenge on the Dreamwalkers who destroyed my parents and kingdom. I also search for a way to redeem myself for what happened last time I used the powers of Con Dar. It has been thousands of years since I used Con Dar, and yet I seek forgivness for the souls I destroyed." |
