2 - You mean the white ones, right? Take all the coins in world 1-4 and 2-2. World 1-4's white house will give you a P-wing, while 2-2's white house gives you an anchor. I don't know number 1, I'm wondering about that myself. |

There are plenty of Mega Man 1 and 2 hacks out there, although only some of them are good. Look at this place to find a bunch of released hacks (of Mega Man 1 - 6). But again, many of these are crappy. If I can recommend some good ones, try The Adventure of Bass 2 by Sivak or Mega Man 4: Gadget Master by Schwa. I'm a real Mega Man fan myself, and I enjoyed these. Quick edit: Another hack I enjoyed is this one for Mega Man 2. Also, do a Google search for "Mega Man Neo", another Mega Man 2 hack. Oh, how could I forget Mega Man Vortex by Dxedge? Incomplete, but awesome.

We've waited and waited, but without any results. After some years, people have given up, many believed that there would never be a chance for a release, including myself. But now it's official by Rare itself. Click here. Finally, after a long, silent wait, we're sure that PD0 will come. Just wanted to inform all of you exactly that, in case you were one of those who had given up too... Oh yeah, it comes for the new Xbox 360, so we still have to wait for it. The difference is, that we know it will come, unlike before... |

Bonus: I'm guessing without using LM or playing the game. Is it 184? I drew the coins on a paper, and 184 seems to make sense. Although I can't remember it was that many of them... At least, I didn't cheat. (edited by DurfarC on 05-18-05 08:59 AM) (edited by DurfarC on 05-18-05 09:00 AM) |

Whoops, I better check out the latest threads next time. But the information provided at Rare is new, at least. I don't have MTV. (edited by DurfarC on 05-18-05 09:11 AM) |

I almost started the thread yesterday, but had a lot of other things to do, so I never did. I haven't heard all the songs, but I saw the semi final yesterday (of course), and the songs that qualified were better than the ones that didn't. I hope Norway wins (obviously, huh?), or at least comes high up on the list. Although I'm not a big fan of the Wig Wam people's attitudes (and their clothing ), I think their song (In my dreams) is awesome; it was better than most of the other songs yesterday. Norway's song last year was a flop. It's too bad that ESC is no longer a song contest, but a East-European song contest. Almost every East-European country vote on their neighbours. Originally posted by ColleenOh, I remember that too. The song was awful, but the singer's voice was even worse. I haven't heard their song this year yet... |

I'm wondering about the same thing. How can there be so many hacks of Mega Man 1, 2 and even 3 then? Although the editors are in DOS, they do pretty much every thing you want. I've used them much, and have no serious complains so far. What's your problem with DOS, turtleman? Doesn't it work?

Don't worry - all you have to do is to press F6 when in Heat Man's stage, then click advanced, then stats, then sprites. Here you select the sprite graphics that are used for each scroll. Press view gfx to see them. In your case, you have to change slot 0's bank to 1. Everything in this window may look confusing for the first time, but you'll figure it out afterwards. Not sure if that was understandable, English is my second language. (edited by DurfarC on 05-21-05 05:34 AM) |

Somewhat right. The sprites CHR is changed everytime the screen scrolls in a new direction (scrolls fast). Joe cannot be on the same screen as the enemies on the first (=top) floor.

Not sure if I understood everything of that, but I made an explanation for you what to do: I suck at drawing. |

Hmmm, what a bug. Strange, indeed. Never happened to me before. Other than making sure you have the latest version (Click here to get it), I guess you have to wait for a reply from Fx3, or send a private message to him.Originally posted by Kawahless the ForgettableAt least, let's hope that.Originally posted by DurfarCActually, I think it serves it's purpose well. I'm clueless now. Just keep in mind, that changing his graphics in that way will mess up other enemies later in the level. I can't help you more, I'm sorry. I don't have that much knowledge. |

No surprise - Greece won. The results this year were strange. I expected that Greece would won, but countries like Latvia got that high up on the list? What's also strange, is that "the four big countries" came last. They lost. Especially I thought the U.K would get higher, their song was pretty good. Norway came as number 9. We got twelve points from Iceland, Denmark and Finland, eight from Sweden, and a couple of points from the other countries. |

Greece didn't actually suck, but they should have been longer down on the list. Latvia was horrible, yeah. Sweden gave 12 points to Greece because the singer lived in Sweden before. I think Norway "only" got 8 points also because of this (Swedish article). I'm not a big fan of tactical voting. The countries at Balkan always vote on their neighbours. Worst of all is the "Greece gives Cyprus 12, and Cyprus gives Greece 12" concept. Italy hasn't participatied in a long time. I can't remember I've ever seen them at all. |

They could have made something else out of this. When I saw the beginning, I thought something funny was going to happen or something, but no. Poor Milk Man. The song ruled though. |

You're allowed to hate Mario, but not without enemies among the members here. You're the first person I've ever heard of saying that. What are you doing here then? And why do you hate him actually? From now on, people will either hate you, or this thread will go bye-bye because nobody cares. |

Eh, and what about the 1 500 other members here? Everyone here has probably played a Mario game, if not many of them. Personally I'm 17, and I've always loved the Mario games. I still do, of course. If the Mario games are kiddy, why do people over 25 play them? And Sonic games are even more childish... |
