| Well, the protest went pretty well monday... Tuesday, we had an appointment scheduled with the school president to discuss the changes. The school newspaper published commentary on it, though... Apparently our president has no intention of stepping aside just yet, so we have to press a little harder. Our next move is to protest during this thursday's Faculty Senate meeting, which I personally am hoping will turn out even better than Monday's protest. We got about 200 people, like I said, but we might get even more on Thursday! |

Sickening, was the only word that really came to mind. A pair of white gloves slipped onto his hands as he stared straight ahead, paying no attention to the lines of corpses that had scattered across the town. Instinct was one thing. Bloodlust was another. Rays of light from the flickering streetlamps cast rays of illumination on various parts of him. A black vest. Cropped green hair. Menacing smile. Dark jeans. Long-sleeved shirt, with lengths of wire wrapped tightly around the arms. And a battered, broken, beaten pair of what looked like they might once have been expensive italian shoes. It had been a long time since he had been in this dimension. He was ready to come out of that bastard's "retirement" plan. But first he needed to seek out some old comrades. This town had been a lead. And this being had destroyed his only clue, not to mention harming about 5000 innocents. The wires around his arms quivered as he strode forward, not daring to speak. Not yet, anyway. It was a horrendous monster, to be sure. Miller was half filled with revulsion and half filled with fear upon seeing it. Insects had never been his strong suit, especially not large ones. Their bodies were designed purely for efficiency. He'd have his work cut out for him. |

Get a toy lightsaber and a bathrobe and you got yourself a fake-arse Jedi. *You* could also go as a porn star... Call yourself NSDick or something. With enough paper towels, you could give a mummy a shot. Get yourself some formal wear and you've got James Bond. Some Ski Mask and Camo stuff and you're a CS Terrorist. Getting a bit more complex here, raid someone of a much smaller body type than you's closet, wear some mascara, and a cabbie hat with glasses and you're a generic emo kid. Myself, I was considering wearing a pinstripe suit and a duster and going as a mobster. Add a wakizashi and you're a member of the Yakuza, if you want to get into the really bad stereotypes. The way most people commonly dress nowadays leads you to believe it's already halloween. You could give a standard issue ghost a try, Charlie Brown style. Or just try the almighty Box Man, in which you wear a refridgerator box over your entire body and carry around a badminton racket as a weapon. Green sweatshirt, green sweatpants, orange leggings and bandaged hands makes you into Rock Lee (my second costume idea). Just don't forget to wear a belt. Naruto bands are pretty easy to get off the internet nowadays. Order now! My roommate is donning a trenchcoat and a deerstalker and going as Sherlock Holmes. Lessee.... Military fatigues are always a nice touch. I've always thought Solid Snake would be a pretty easy halloween costume to pull off. If you wanted to, you could get three friends to dress up in suits and moptops with you and you could all go as The Beatles. Strap an N64 to your back and have all the accessories attached to it (including 4 controllers), wrapping the wires around your arms and legs. I don't know what kind of a costume that'd be, but it'd look kinda neat anyway. You can do nearly anything with duct tape. I swear. Trashcan lid + bandanna + elbow and kneepads + weapon = Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. And finally, there is always, always, always the old standby: Birthday suit. Come again!
