Get a sheet of paper, a pencil, rubber, a ruler an go
I used to draw mostly SMB1 castles, because it was better to have no cape, it was hard to simulate the fire bars though; I put in small dotted circles, showing the range the barriers need when rotating
And I ever dreamt of an editor for SMB/SMW later on ... I had crappy thoughts about an editor on SNES then; having a moveable cursor like in Donkey Kong for GB, when you touched a platform or ladder block, but there's Lunar Magic today finally

You probably even might want to outline your basic layout on paper, then mapping the levels in LM and fine-tuning the rest of the level

In Germany that already happened during a public first league soccer match
An exhibitionist ran across the field, attracting attention, making the referee stopping the game and the security arresting the man
Some people want to show something, but they forget we live in a social community; animals carry .... certain ... parts of the body visible, but for a humen
This guy really seemed to be on a trip, when reading he was on drugs, I don't wonder anymore. And I doubt he really "knew" he wanted to act like Jesus, just only because he took off his clothes.
So, hands off drugs, another time this can be said

Anyway, why do you need music in your profile ?
You have a custom title, put something related graphically into it, or link to the file inside your signature. That would fit more; plus this is very annoying, as Anya said. Having music without the will to hear it, sucks.

When I was in school a couple of years ago, I really disliked German lessons, after we got a new teacher in the 11th class on. Our female teacher seemed to be a *cough* real bitch, giving out the grades randomly, like thrown by a dice. Mostly we got graded wrong ... people participating often and good, got medium marks only, while other people being more silent got good ones. And in the papers ... it seemed to be that we must not have our opinions, but they had to be on hers

Plus, we really had more than boring lessons; unlike our previous teacher then, who even could make boring stuff teaching interesting

Edit: I cannot see the thread content showing up in Firefox, below the title ... did someone break the tables ?

My avatar is Surlent from Rudra no Hihou, frames ripped from the spell casting animation while giving the command to do that (the animation when executing the spell is in a different order ) plus the victory poses, when he touches his chin. I'm really fond of that game. Finally I resized the animation to 63 x 63 pixels, because it's much smaller from the dimensions usually.

Recently I got the Rudra no Hihou cartridge (original one, yes) at Ebay, and soon I'll own this little treasure, wheee

Well ... have a nice summer, Yarx. I already was off for more than some weeks (once due to a fault after moving, the second time my comp's cable was broken, I was too lazy to get a new one that soon ); enjoy the weather.
But weird method to disconnect everything entirely than just to *forbid* it; so your parents also won'T be able to watch TV and use the internet, like ordering harder to fetch books from Amazon.com

In Germany, you usually have only one package of programs and only one cable provider in your city/region/whatever.
Iif I'm not wrong, in the US there's different packages with different numbers of programs which have large price ranges, so the save-money solution might fit, yes
I think the most important simply was to inform the board staff here, to prevent messages like "OMFG! YARX IS INACTIVE !!!1111ONEONEON" of people either thinking the offline time was by will or focused to get your position (yes, I know that from another board where people "suddenly" applied because someon was off due to health reasons)

As for computers in librarys, also either it is even more expensive than at home (or free, depends on library, at least here in Germany), or you won't expect to do too much things like downloading; so for a rare login it might help, other than that use the sparetime additionally.
Take a longer nap, if you have TCG like Magic try to get more people into that and such

The ZIP has a higher compression than the LZH (which I also couldn't open, due to my outdated WinRAR version), I recall LZHs only used when making the GameDisk in RPG Maker (part of it)
As for the hack, it is really great and features interesting level design; as it seems, I recall even NESish graphics in that hack (Megaman 3 or 4, like these flying eyes bullets on the second screen ?), I only tested the first few levels now, but it ls challenging but not unfair.
Time to train a little more (or abusing the Save State and -Load keya ) ^__^

Besides Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware the little, but very useful tool HiJack This! might help too.
Run it, and post the entries, like in a .txt file which you link into a post from; someone who has knowledge about the entries might help you to sort out all unneeded information from the Windows registry.

Not really, nice avatars, but usually not possible to associate the person behind those in real life. I don't have green-coloured hair or wear a black cape when going outside

Weird to see people posting an amount of posts on one DAY, where other people needed more than one year (as for me for example; except the little spree in summer 2003, where I competed for the ACS for two months; got a place below the top ten and once below the top 15 ; won it once with only 75 posts on a day ), well, the only thing what would keep me posting, if I had the lust to do so, was the custom title ... but 2000 posts is hell much; rather wait until I "only" need 1000 of them

Many settings are located in one main Registry Key (there are other ones, I'm referring to the most important one )
Note: The shown path is valid on a Windows ME system, dunno know how different they are put in inside a later Windows version:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\LunarianConcepts\LunarMagic\Settings

I downloaded NotSoFatso 0.8, and the control panel doesn't pop up automatically, but my main window allows me to play back it normally by hitting "B" or "Z"
This is very convenient, but as for functionality the panel doesn't open up, although the auto open up checks are placed in all three boxes on config 2

Eh, I really had another NSF plugin; putting a DISABLED in front of the file name makes me not throwing any plugin away, but keeping it for sure
Thanks, Disch, and as for the NotSoFatso, except the lack of the usage of "B" and "Z" very convenient and nice to use that plugin. And putting the sampling rate up to 96kHz also is very neat plus the abilities to set length values and much more
*goes off hearing his NSFs like crazy, beginning with Megaman3*

Woot, White Land II is my most favourite track ever; great track layout, a large gap near the end and a even more rocking version theme from the first White Land track
The ability to play Fire Field also is great; although you can that usually nasty track as the first one with a little practice (made it on Expert level in King League with the Blue Falcon only; the other leagues were done with that rosa-car-thingy with its 478 km/h )

Hmmm, HH do you are on dial-up, or simply disturbs you the "flood" of them, when not being logged in for a longer time ?
I'm on 64k and had never any major problem with these small "new" GIFs; I like them; I guess the font is from Tiny Toons - Busts Loose ?

You have the Proxomitron running; maybe there's a filter which allows you to kill specific images (not the "kill all images" entry, since it would kill everything on board.acmlm.org), with the little need, to edit the proper blockfile ?

Posted on 06-15-04 09:45 PM, in Rudra no Hihou (J) + ARP 1 on a PAL SNES = Save file killer ? Link
From Ebay I got Rudra no Hihou (NTSC) some days ago and the cart delivered today, the game and box is in a really good shape and already after first attempt, playing the cart via an old Action Replay 1 and a PAL cart in the backside slot made it playable; finally having the original cart, wheee

The thing I have trobule is ... saving
Whenever I save on the world map or on a statue inside a dungeon, it saves correctly first; even when I die in a boss battle like or reset my SNES, the file still is there.
But when I turn off my SNES and turn it on again, the two save files are empty

I don't think it's the game batteries, since the game is from 1996 and even my far more old SMW1 or Sim City still have their saves; though all my still older NES cartridges with batteries have their save data still too ^^
I also had no problem with the seller, since he was very competent and nice and, as stated, the game itself was in a very good condition when it was delivered to me.
May it be one of these games with a stupid adapter-prodection, like when you attempt to try MarioRPG on a PAL SNES via adaptor (only runs with an old "Fire" one and NOT with an Action Replay 1-3) ?
I know that ARP are well known save killers, but if an adaptor runs a game fine but doesn't save; may that me the ARP really ?

I downloaded the Firefox 0.9c two days ago, but didn't install it; when I updated from Firebird to Firefox only had minor problems, dealing themes (Sky Pilot Clasic was not compatible with 0.9 ) and a vanished bookmark toolbar folder.

Anyway I'll wait when the German release will be done; then I'll make a new profile and import the bookmarks plus re-downloading all nifty extensions again

Yes, brain power is important. I searched a specific ROM, got to a page and in Firefox a small window asked me, if the page may install a small thingy called "Free Access Plugin" ... meh', I'd be the most stupid person if I had clicked on "Yes"; we know what these "free plugins" mean (the plugin itself IS free, but ... )

And to disable downloading attachments when you're not registered, sucks, yes, depsite the little amount of work when registering. That pisses me off acutally and is everything else than user-friendly
