| Finally going to ask what type of DDR you guys are talking about. Heard some people talking about using a pad, too. I've never tried dancing to these games, but rather just using a controller. I have DDR 5th Remix (J) for PSX (ePSXe emulation), and I think I'd put up a pretty good fight against you guys.  I've AA'd 35/47 songs on this game, and am pretty confident in my skills. I think I'm probably the person who's most aniticpating this game. It's going to be one for the books, y'know? Up there along with Omega45889's Zelda 3 hack, and Darhk Diaz's Mario vs. Luigi - Super Mario Bros. 3 hack. |

Hmmm... How about that Mario Kart hack with the Kirby sprtie - Mario Kart R? The replacement Ghost House - Bubbly Clouds stages had custom music, but that was the only stage. Any idea on how d4s did it? It didn't sound too bad, either. Almost as if it was done by Nintendo themselves. |

NES, SNES and N64 from Diddy Kong Racing. Funny how smells can sometimes remind me of a game though. Like "Hey! I remember that smell from when I used to play Sonic 2!" and stuff.

One Lynx body spray reminds me of Final Fantasy 7, while another reminds me of Final Fantasy 8. I remember first playing Goldeneye at my friend's house, and a few months back, a smell reminded me of that. An overheated SNES console reminds me of Terranigma or Secret of Mana sometimes.  I've reserved a copy which should be in store on Monday. The game came out yesterday, but this store is hella-slow.  I've heard that there were a few extra characters you can play through with after you beat the game. That'll certainly give it some more playing time. I'll let you guys know what I think of it in a couple of days.

"It's been a big day for Nintendo announcements. Square Enix has announced plans to bring Final Fantasy 5 and Final Fantasy 6 (U.S. version was 3) to the Game Boy Advance in 2006. This follows Nintendo's announcement a few weeks back that Final Fantasy 4 (U.S. version was 2) would be coming to the GBA this December in the U.S. It's not known at this time if there will be anything new added to the games or if they will be straight ports. Also coming next year is Final Fantasy 3 for the Nintendo DS. This title was originally released on the Famicom (NES) in Japan and has never been ported to the U.S. Not content to just port the game over, Sqare Enix has overhauled the game to sport 3D character models with 3D locales. Some of the original FF3 team is contributing to this remake so it will be remain true to its roots. Perhaps the strangest news out of Square Enix today is the announcement of Mario Basketball for the Nintendo DS. This 3 on 3 game will be Wi-Fi enabled for online play. Close inspection of this screen shot from Famitsu shows the game is borrowing a bit from the Mario Kart games. There's question mark boxes on the floor of the court and it appears the characters obtain items, like shells, to use in the game. Does this game open the door for more Nintendo & Square Enix projects in the future? Perhaps!" I've also found a Mario Kart DS clip that I don't think has gotten around much. Spiders on the other hand... OMFG EWWW!!! I woke up to a big-assed one above my head about a week ago. IT WAS FUCKING HUGE!!! I sprayed it with outdoor insect killing spray - apparently which is harmful to use indoors, unless well ventilated. Good times, good times. So it crawled over to my door, and a good hit with my shoe got it good. I got it good another several times just to make sure. Disposing of it remained to be the only problem. Shit, I ain't touchin' that thing!  Good ol' Mr. Vacuum Cleaner fixed that problem real good... But only after the spider had been rotting there in the corner for a few days. Bah! Screw millipedes!
