| Buy a pad lock for your purse, or better yet make a slit in your purse side, just large enough to slide in a few cigarettes but small enough so that your grandmother will over look it. I'm thinking about talking to my grandmother about quitting. She's been smoking about 55 years. Its killing her and I don't want her to die. I'm just worried that speaking with her about this will offend her. |

I could understand if "regular" versions of the products were being pulled from the market to make room for them, which would be extremely annoying to consumers who preferred them, but as it stands, it's just another choice that you don't have to buy if you don't want to. Granted, many people are jumping on the low-carb bandwagon without really understanding it, but it's not as if all low-carb products are silly and pointless. The best ones have the same caloric content as their equivalents, but they contain little to no refined carbohydrates and much more protein. Considering that refined carbs make you hungrier and protein satiates you, this means that you get much more mileage out of those calories. (This is the main principle behind low-carb diets - they really do help you regulate your hunger.) Also, the low-carb products boost your protein intake, which is important if your lifestyle demands a good quantity of dietary protein.
. It doesn't last very long. When I take a shower at night, by the next morning it's back. Unless I tie my hair up then it still kinda smells like shampoo since it's damp.
