Maybe it's becuase you're running an older client? I downloaded the current one, v0.5 or whatever it's called. I was VERY happy to see they offered it as 5 .RAR files since I have dialup.

*tries to remember to add Acmlm to his list*

Colleen: Just because you got the latest patches doesn't mean you have all the features. Sometimes it's better to just download the newest client, and forgo patching.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch...

Gawds this game is FULL of MORONS! They KS, they loot, they can't spell, they beg... FUCK!

At this point, I really, REALLY think this game would have been better as a game you download to your PC and play offline, but with limited online capabilities, like Baldur's Gate. I CONSTANTLY find myself wishing for a private server! xD

And why is everyone on when I am from Singapore?

How could you miss them? Although, to be honest, I don't care about it happening on the maps right outside of towns, since those ALWAYS seem to be flooded with monsters that respawn almost the instant you kill them... I generally just try to run though there as fast as I can...

And they need to put benches out in the fields so you can sit somewhere other than town...

Good to see I'm not the only one who does that! xD One of my favorite places is one screen west of the Mage village. TONS and TONS of Green Slimes! And at 10 XP each, it adds up quickly, too.

And teleport? I didn't know you could...

Check your congif.php and function.php files and make sure that there aren't any spaces at the end. For some reason, this screws things up.

When I check for them, I put the cursor at the end of the ?> and hold the DEL key for a few seconds, then save, just to make sure I got them all.

I think that it would look nicer with them all the same size. More aestecically pleaseing.

Firefox is a poor imitation of Mozilla. Just use Maxthon! Built in adblocking, built in tabs, small, simple, skinable, and all around nice.

*gets shot for DARING to be anti-FireFox* xD

Most linking buttons are generally 88x31 in size, though there are, obviously, variances.

Actually I got so much annoyed on how wrong the buttons look on the bottom that I have severeal times considered to block them all. With the in-built image blocking in Firefox.
Yeah yeah. Maxthon does that too. And Flash banners. And ActiveX banners. And... *shot again*

I said press quote. I couldn't be bothered to make it look correct on the board. So i was lazy and copied + pasted only and used <!-- and -->

The (Quote) is what threw me off. I thought you were just saying quote.

My personal favorite.

IIRC, Regular is the only one that uses the php-generated images for numbers...

So then why not call it something like FF2 Improved/Remix?

I say nay. Let the assclowns post bad image tag code. It makes it easier for us to identify them and make fun of them.

Plus, they'll never learn how to do it correctly if we just automatically do it for them. These AOLarmers are already stupid enough. Let's not make them dumber.

That's what you get for using FireFox. Use Mozilla or Maxthon instead.

Now that we have the obligatory browser-bashing out of the way... xD

Generally, when that happens, for some reason, the .PHP file has no HTML code in it, so your browser has no idea what to do with it. Hence it asks you if you want to download it.

It's probably just a hiccup with the server hosting acmlm.org, which cause PHP to not work for a moment or three.

And the comment about FF was more to make fun of those who ONLY give that as an answer.

The only problem I've found with that is the IE never seems to remember what I set it to. Maybe it's just bad luck...

And if you like IE, then may I suggest Maxthon? It's based on the IE core, and it fixes the various security problems that Microsoft refuses to. Pretty nice, actually. Of course, ultimatly, it's your choice what browser you use.

Nobody blamed FireFox. And windows isn't to blame either. Re-read my post, above yours.

And as for your comment of, "DOWNLOAD IT AND GIVE IT TO ME >)", WTF would you do with it? It's nothing but the index page. If you want it, then just go to the index page, and save it. Simple.

Alright, since none of you can fucking understand what I said, I'll say it in big bold terms:

I WAS NOT FUCKING BLAMING FIREFOX! I WAS MAKING FUN OF THOSE WHO ONLY REPLY TO THIS KIND OF POST BY BLAMING THE BROWSER BEING USED BY THE PERSON HAVING THE PROBLEM.

Now do you people fucking get it? Or do I need to use italics/underline/blinking text/etc.?

I still stand by my no. We can NOT do everything for these people. If you can't learn how to use an <img> tag, then you shouldn't be doing anything requireing images. It's not THAT hard to figure out.
