There is a difference between a bill and a treasury note. A bill is your own money vs. a Treasury note is a loan to the government. Therefore, you can use a bill to buy goods but treasury notes you can't buy anything until you get the money back from the government.

Have the order you want in alphanumeric order. Most MP3 players read files in the order the files come in alphanumeric order. If you did that, then what kind of CD MP3 player are you using?

what kind of MP3 CD player do you have? I believe the manual of the MP3 CD player will tell you how it sorts out the files.

well, for the hotmail accounts I have yet to part from--the spam filter is pretty good. although, I haven't received legitamate mail in ages in those accounts. As for the hotmail account I do use, I haven't released the email account publically so I don't get any spam

as for gmail, I have two gmail accounts that i barely use at all... hmm, I have 50 invites, anyone want one?

Just relax and drive at speed limit. No quick acceleration nor hard breaking. Use your mirrors and signals (that is a plus). Practice turns and remember what to do when you approach a railroad crossing. If you can, check out the area around the DMV and become familar with it. They typically won't have you drive no more than 1 mile from the place.

I did all that and I lost three points, all in one segment of backing up in a straight line...

and remember, USE YOUR SIGNALS
