 Here's a preview of my latest hack... The demonstration alone took me about 3 hours to perfect. I added some custom blocks like the conveyor treads. I had an idea to make a strange factory made of wood; like a mill. I will give this hack a japanese theme to it given the name "Shiranai Tabi!!!", which means "Strange Journey". The theme to this particular level is an anchient steel mill with soot balls coming out of the attic. This was inspired by the stories my grandfather told me about the soot spirits that live in people's attics and chimineys. I will have some of the levels complete and some updated pics posted here. The demo version is expected to be released next week. I'll provide a direct link to the ips patch once I finish the first world. I was going to comment that but, yes, please don't stretch the scroller with those screens. It's bad enough that it is somewhat misleading; false updates can be assumed. It can also slow things down a tad so please, use numbers next time, we're not retarded.  |

| Thanx! The reason why I put the GFX on hold is because I just made this in paint and I don't want to taint with near perfection using TLP. I will hand-pixelate these in LM and submit it once finished. I will also use this in my new hack. Heh! Stragely enough, that thing took me the longest to make!  I thought something like a lily-pad/clover would be somewhat Mario-esque so I added it. It is really supposed to be a giant papyrus sprig (yeah, fucking odd eh?) . But you all can call it a five-leaf clover if you all want... |

| My intent was to make a beach, but I let my instincts dictate what I was going to make in the process. The result, the five-leaf clover thing! Yay! That is why it's a tad odd, I might change the animated tiles to make them look like water waves and I may change the palette to enhance that effect as well. |

| Eh, the top usually glitches when I take a screenshot, otherwise, it's no big deal. The Mario is there like only mario shows up on the title "Super Mario World" never saw the name "Super Mario and Luigi World" before... But I guess I could add that too... |

| -Extract your GFX and ExGFX -Copy a .bin file in your GFX or ExGFX folder -Edit the ExGFX in the 8x8 editor -Extract the GFX, click on the bar at the top of the 8x8 editor and press F9 to save, then insert the gfx -Click on the 'Level' tag and put a check on 'Enable Custom Palette' -Make whatever changes you want in the Palette editor -Save level to Rom to save the palette with it Hope that solves everything... |

Despite the lack of background on that particular piece, the foreground represents itself regardless. Looks great Joker! The ground is Mario-esque and the trees look neat. The flower scares me though but you don't have to take my word for it. Great job! |

Eh, my native country, Japan, is'nt ALL about anime. It really pisses me off because I grew up with a more liberal japanese person, my grandpa. Make it look comfy like a bed or something. The clouds and things remind me of a baby crib mobile. Just a thought though. Mayeb you can make it look like crayon drawings in the back.

For now, all I can say is, good luck! If you want a tip for the foreground, I think the inner tree foreground from SMB2 would fit it quite well along with some mushroom ledges from SMB.

In kindergaten, I was a class clown/popular kid because my mom was the assistant teacher. From 1rst to 3rd grade, I was a geek. In 4th to 5th grade, I was a bully. I moved to a different state after 4th grade, so I had a new reputation to live by. In 6th grade, I was an outsider. In 7th to now I am unclassified I guess. I am the guy the geeks pay to beat people up for them. If they want me to beat up a friend or someone I know, I tell them to keep the money. I guess you can say I am the school's hitman.
