I think it's a real shame that there ain't that many complete hacks. I just now started a hack and don't plan to release it till it's almost done. That way I won't be teasing people if I ever decide to take a break from making it. I was waiting to do mine till I could find my own unique angle to it. Thanks to the hack that had the SM-Allstars music and the one guy who is making a Super Mario Land game I finally found my inspiration. Eh, look for it in 6 months or however long it takes to completely hack the game. | |||

I need some more space at the bottom of my screen to make my level the right way. So, how would I make it so I can build more stuff on the bottom. I mean, I'm being restrained from building downward any further and I need to go there. So how would I fix it? Thanks. | |||

Since I never played Super Luigis Mansion I don't really know how cool it is so can't comment on it. But what I think would be cool is if you could use those red trianle things that are against the wall to run upside down inside of just up walls. You could make Mario do some loopdeloops and stuff. | |||

Would it be possible to convert the nes games to a format where they could be played on SNES emulators? That way we could play all the hacks and stuff on zsnes. That would rock. | |||

Well, new graphics and stuff ain't really what I had in mind. I heard that some NES games were made compatible with snes emulators. Like ten yard fight. So you know, you can play the nes game with the best emulator out there ZSNES. Plus bringing this game to snesemulators would hopefully bring the smb3hacks with it. | |||

Cause I want to make a celing on my game but can't figure out how to make the floor tiles flip upside down. I see alot of levels in mario world have these upside down tiles so I want to use some too. Thanks. | |||

Well, for playing the games purposes, guess there ain't any advantage. But ease of access to the games, y'know, zsnes you can change games with use of a controller and not have to use the mouse. But ya, people can still use NES emulators if they want to. Just had to check if there'd be any takers to my idea. | |||

It don't seem to be working. I flip the graphics and then put them in an unused space (Those ones with four white boxes) and it looks fine in Lunar magic. But when I play the game in the emulator the graphic shows up as 4 white boxes instead. So how can I fix this. It's crucial to making the game as I'd like to cause I'm gonna want to stick in a few original graphics. Thanks. | |||

So is there a way to fix that? Cause I want to make a background in that first castle level but I keep getting that message that is in my thread title. I was looking at the lunar help and i saw something about how some levels actually draw the level on on level 2 so you can not have a background. So I'm guessing that is one of them and can't be fixed? Thanks. | |||

Mario Kart 64. I was tired of this on N64 but being able to use it on a computer with my PS2 controller hooked up to it brought new life to it. Especially 4 players. | |||

Does anyone know anything about a rom hack that has the original first quest from the NES game hacked into this game? I thought I remembered seeing someone made an IPS patch that did that but can't find it now. Any help would be appreciated. THanks. | |||

Uh, little late to say this, but this does make a good sticky. Cause people will wanna use a credits hack to thank the people that may of contributed things to their hacks. Now someone should make a faq sticky thread. Cause I've had alot of newbieish questions answered here that might be of use to others. |
