Shit...there've been a lot of odd usernames I've gone through during those temporary board name change periods. There was KRBacca during the Star Wars phase, there was some number before KR some other time. |
For 2002 I was KR, for late 2002-2003 I decided to go by my real name (well short version of my real name) Christi. Yay.

Got into a debate with someone about "right and wrong." I really don't like those terms and only deem serious criminal behavior as wrong. Instead of saying, "I'm right, you're wrong," maybe they should just say, "I disagree." This right and wrong debate was all about whether or not someone should run a red light or drive above the speed limit. Running a red light isn't necessarily wrong. It is often stupid, but I wouldn't compare it to even more reprehensible acts. An ambulance or fire truck with it's sirens wailing is not in the wrong to run a red light. Suppose there were two empty streets, except for one car, and it stopped at a red light. If he wanted to just keep driving, since there were no other cars or people around, should he? |
I guess I just wonder, where the line should be drawn regarding our morals and ethics. There are so many things that are considered right by some people but wrong to others.
