| Melvin: Stop THIS! Melvin took careful aim with his hookshot, and fired, as purple blasts passed over and by him. The chain wrapped around Forte, locking his arms at his sides, and chaining his legs together, making him look like a Boris Karloff knockoff. Melvin pressed in the button on his hookshot, and suddenly, Forte was spinning around like a whirling dervish, and eventually crashed into a wall, sending him to the floor. Even if he wasn't out cold, he was bound to be throwing up all over the place. |

| Riku grinned as he had stayed out of the fighting. "Strong attack, eh? Wait one second." Drawing his Keyblade, Riku focused energy into his feet as light exploded from the ground. Then, he started off in a run that seemed to make time flow slower. Then, he burst into action as he dashed at a high speed towards Bass and delivered a series of high powered strikes across his chest, pausing to stab his own Keyblade into the ground and leaping into the air. Wakka's Blitzball from Destiny Islands flew out of nowhere and Riku kicked it solid towards Bass's chest in an attempt to crack the black robot's chestplate. |

| Kirbynite: Gah! Kirbynite, not thinking clearly, lunges towards the Offline Trance stricken Zex. He pushes cybernetic pichu to the side, and tries to act as a cushion for Melvin. Unfortunately, the cushioning didn't seem like much use, since both Kirbynite and Melvin slammed right into a wall, making a bit of a dent. Kirbynite: .... Can someone tell me why I thought that was a good idea? |

| Off: Harm Kirbynite and you'll feel Zex's wrath! Watch as Forte gets pummelled with the strongest attack he will (probably) ever see! ... and unfortunately, he's the target! Also... if you think this is a bit like god-modding, then just watch what doing this tech will do to Zex... ____________________________________________________________________ Zex stared at Kirbynite... Zex: "The robot harmed my master..." Zex's eyes turned red... she began to emmit an ENORMOUS amount of dark energy! Zex: "AAAAAAAARG! HE DARED! HE DARED TO TOUCH MY MASTER! BASS, FORTE, OR WHATEVER YOUR NAME MAY BE, YOU ARE DEAD!!!!111!!!!!" Suddenly, time and space began to fold themselves. Zex was using an uber-powerful tech! Zex: "SURVIVE THIS IF YOU CAN! MOTHERF*****!" Zex raised her sword above her head, charging energy into it. So much energy was charged into it that it was creating a tornado around Zex! Then, Zex slashed in front of her, sending a ball of electricity at Forte! Upon impact, it exploded with the power of several bombs. For some odd reason, the incredibly powerful attack did not affected all those who aren't Zex's foes, and it failed to destroy any of the room, because of the way it was built. Should Forte resist the explosion, then he's in a world of hurt as Zex somehow teleported in front of him! Zex: "FEEL THE WRATH OF THE ULTIMATE ATTACK! FEEL THE WRATH OF MY RAGE!" EX WRATH!!! She slashed him twice in such a way that it spelled the letter "X" on his chest. The party had most probably never saw so much power into two slashes! Once Zex had slashed Forte, the two slashes "detonated" thus bringing back time and space back to normal. Zex then fell on the floor, weakened... Zex: "Ugh... power... has been drained... serious... dimensional... anomalies... created..." Zex fainted. Edit by JDavis: Yes. | These attacks did not hurt Forte much at all, as the during entire time, Zex's output of Dark Energy was fueling Forte's Dark Matter, which was keeping him healed and charging up his energy. Forte: Pests! *picks up Zex's collapsed form on the end of his buster and shoots her, along with a super-charged energy shot at Riku* Now you shall suffer! *whistles as if to get someone's attention* Gospel! A purple/black robotic dog/wolf with what looks like a flame-thrower for a tail beams into the room. It then jumps as if to go over Forte, but Forte jumps straight up and they meet in mid-air. The dog/wolf transforms a little, and connects to Forte. The orange on Forte's boots, arms, and helmet are now purple, though the orange on his shoulders and waist remains. He also has large purple/black wings now. |

| Melvin blinked and looked down at the pink puff he was sitting on. Melvin: I... wow. Kirb, I don't even know what to say... But thanks. Moments later, he was on his feet, a pair of pistols drawn, both firing at Forte repeatedly, each bullet clinking off his armor. Melvin: Smithy! Now's the time! Smithy suddenly burst out of nowhere, a giant power cable attatched to his back. Smithy: Okay! Target, lock on! Smithy's visor glowed a bright green for a moment, as he locked onto Forte. All at once, large panels in his shoulders, back, legs, arms, and even a pair in his sides opened to reveal large laser turrets. Smithy: Reezaaheiki Jin'you! Nothing happened. Melvin hobbled over, popped open Smithy's chest unit, looked around a bit, then shut it. Melvin: (Try it again!) Smithy: MEGA LASER ARRAY! At that instant, each laser cannon fired simotaneously, pelting Forte with high-intensity laser beams. About ten seconds pass as Forte is doused in energy, then the lights flicker, and suddenly shut off. Melvin: I guess he knows we're here now. |

| Kirbynite had finally recovered. He peeled himself off of the situation he was stuck onto, and staggered towards the heart of the battle. Kirbynite: We're... getting pretty beaten here... We're just a bunch of teens though.. That black robot's a real robot... Not like the one that Melvin built from bits and pieces.. And even though we've got real robots with us.. And a cybernetic psycho pichu.. We still can't beat it.. Kirbynite looked down. He was still a bit far from the fray. He was lost in his thoughts. Kirbynite: But... I want to see Big Sis again..... And Nakase! The pink creature held up his Star Rod. Sparkles of hope sprinkles out of the glowing star. Kirbynite gritted his teeth, and lunged forward. Rushing forward with recklessness, Kirbynite weaved in between his allies. His comrades quickly realized that the little red capped creature had ran past them from the amount of colorful sparkles fluttering by them. With a slight grunt, Kirby slashed at Forte. The attack was enpowered with a strong glow, followed by random glittering, enough to give weak children seizures. |

| Gutsman: *thinking* ~That weapon... It's like that rod Fem found... And placed inside me...~ The attack left a diagonal slash across Forte's chest gem. The slash, not the whole gem, glowed with an intensely bright white light for an instant before the glass it was made of shattered (again, just the slash, not the whole thing). Dark Matter quickly spewed forth from the wound... No... Not spewed... more like extended from it... like gooey black tentacles... Forte: *clutches at his chest* But how... It's impossible! Such a small enemy... NO! NO ONE IS STRONGER THAN FORTE! Forte swiped at Kirbynite with his right arm and the three Dark Matter tentacles coming from his chest. The tentacles were the ones that actually hit the ball of puff, and sent him flying across the room. Gutsman: *again, thinking* ~If I can direct power to my buster directly from the rod... It may cause my blasts to have a similar effect to that weapon's power!~ Hey, Forte! Forte: *wipes a bit of Dark Matter 'blood' from the corner of him mouth, then turns around to face Gutsman* Well, well, well... If it isn't Gutsman Light? Is that female scientist still keeping you around? What a worthless hunk of scrap metal! Hahahahaha! Gutsman: *raises his buster to his side as it begins to glow multiple colors* Let's see how worthless I really am! Gutsman fired a star-shaped blast from his buster, which seemed to have smaller stars of various colors following it. Forte tried to block the blast with his tentacles, but it cut right through them, and through the Wily Bot several feet backwards, where he hit the floor with a thud. He tried in vain to get up, but the Dark Matter was seeping out from his chest gem and the back of his head into a large puddle on the floor. Forte: *raises arm futilely* I... was... the strongest... *arm falls* Duo: *walks toward Forte* Quint: ...Duo!? What are you doing!? He's dead, already! Let him be! Duo: No... He is not yet dead... but he is still infected with the Evil Energy, if we don't do something, he will die soon! Quint: ... Duo: If his mind is not completely taken by the evil, I can save him! Duo kneels next to Forte. He shuts his eyes for a moment, and his hand transforms into a sort of energy, and he places it on Forte's broken chest gem. Duo: I can see into his mind... I can feel his justice energy! The large puddle of Dark Matter, as well as some from within Forte, gathers together into a sphere in the palm of Duo's hand, which he pulls away from Forte and changes back into solid matter. Duo: *holds Dark Matter above his head* Now, Kirbynite, you must destroy it! *tosses the sphere in Kirbynite's direction* (edited by JDavis on 06-06-04 10:55 PM) |

| Kirbynite found himself kissing the cold flooring. With an unnatural amount of energy going through his little body, Kirby got up to his feet. He was panting pretty hard. Hope had flashed before his eyes moments ago, and he didn't want to let it go. Seeing the black robot being affected in such a manner seemed to have brought some life, as well as adrenaline, into the little pink creature. Kirbynite drew the Star Rod once more. The sphere of Dark Matter was heading towards him. With a firm grasp on the radiant weapon, Kirby leapt into the air. He pulled the rod up, performing an upward slice. SPLOOEY! In another bright flash, the ball of Dark Matter exploded into nothingness. The dark droplets that were found all over the room slowly melted until there was nothing to be seen. After landing back on the ground, Kirbynite panted a couple of times. He then toppled over onto the ground. |

Zex: "How... impressive... really.... master, you have grown into one fine hero... until now, I believed that only the legendary Kirby was able to wield the power of the Crystal... but... you are different from the others. Just like Kirby, you were able to use the power of the Crystal! The true power of the Crystal is to direct all of the hope and courage it's holder have toward his foes. The Dark Matter couldn't resist to the power of your courage and was drained of it's power... while you couldn't heard it... I heard it... As you struck it, the Dark Matter was freed from the Darkmare's grip and returned to it's original shape just before dying..." Zex closed her eyes... Zex: "Long ago... before the Darkmare was born... Dark Matter used to be blue... and used to live in peace with the Light Matter... but..." Zex opened her eyes... Zex: "But... someday, the Darkmare appeared. Nobody knows who or what has created the Darkmare but one thing is sure... it is the bane of this Universe. The Darkmare has transformed the Dark Matter people into a gigantic horde of tortured souls that have been corrupted to the very core... and it shall not stop until every specie has been corrupted. In the past, Kirby fought the Darkmare and defeated it, thus allowing the Dark Matter to finally rest in peace... but these recent attacks have finally proven to me that my worst fear has come true. A new Darkmare has appeared and has brought the Dark Matter back from the dead! Kirbynite, you are the blood descendant of Kirby. This rod is the key to the unsealing of the Crystal Sword. It is your destiny to unseal the Sword, destroy the new Darkmare, whoever he or she may be, and return the Dark Matter to it's sleep! You succeeded to make it this far and unfortunately, not thanks to my help... I believe you can defeat the new Darkmare and bring peace to the Universe..." Zex smiled. Zex: "Since I come from another Possibility, there may be possible that this story may have some variations in your Universe but I'm sure it is still very true. After all, whatever the Possibility, there is one thing constant. The heroes will never stop the fight to defeat Evil, whatever it's strenght! Their hope shall never disappear..." |
