Well, for some of us, we were alive when Atari came out. Remember, this is the very first game you played. Some of us were 4 and 6 years old at the time.

Also, the Atari 2600 version of Space Invaders is the best one ever. Really, when they made that SNES port of the game, would it've killed them to include all the extra modes from the 2600 version? The 4 pretty-much-identical games they put of the cartridge didn't take up that much space anyway.

It was probably Pac-Man, Atari 2600 version. I also remember playing a simple Pinball game on my dad's computer at work; this was back when the only color they displayed was green and had one, maybe two sounds. I could play that thing for hours on end, though.

Super Mario World when I was about 4, it came with the SNES my dad had bought me. I guess that's what got me hooked from then on out.

Letters Go Round for Commodore 64. It's a game that helps little kids learn the alphabet (yes, I started using computers that long ago...I was between 1 and 2 years old).

As for non-educational games, it was either SMB1, or Below The Root for C64.

Oh most definitely Ms. Pacman. We'd used to go to the laundry mat when I was little and I'd skip eating lunch twice a week to save up quarters to play with my dad. The entire family played actually. My dad always got the farthest and I thought he was a Ms. Pacman god, but now I can beat his ass with my eyes closed I also owned an Atari 2600 and over 50 games at one point (my dad got it at a garage sale). I particularly loved Pacman, Battle Tanks, Centipede and Donkey Kong hehe

Duck Hunt. I was maybe 4 years old at the most, my Uncle had an NES in his apartment he was living in, and I kept trying to shoot the dog the first game I actualy played properly was Kirby's Dream Land when I was 5 or 6. My cousin had a Gameboy, and I thought it was the greatest thing ever. Which of course it was

Duck Hunt on the NES. My brother was playing the NES and I kept asking him to play it. He kept saying no until I finally got to shoot a duck.

But that was a long time ago.

...My first memory of playing video games was playing the Ninja Turtles game at my buddy's house. Other memories include playing Mario Bros. with my dad.
