| If you haven't seen, check LIEK WOAH in General Gaming. That'll give you an idea. I've only played the game for the past two weeks, but since I've played La Pucelle: Tactics, I had a good idea of how the game was going to work. Up to Lv. 339 for my best character already and I'm 64 hours in. :\ Course in La Pucelle, I've got my best character, Prier (yes her), up to around 900 @ almost 100 hours. It's a good SRPG. Both of them. |

| Duhh... Level 900!? Ok, that's a lot... of levels. I'm HOPING that the gaining level thing is done in like seconds and not minutes if that's the case. Man, what's up with the RPGs and the SRPGs have levels going over 100? I thought 100 was a FINE number to stop at, but no... people went mad and decided to raise the measures up 1000 points... *Shrugs* Oh well, I'll check out the thread though and keep my question asking very low about it in here. But one thing that I'm guessing is your current rank is from Disgaea, yes? |

| Not quite, it's supposedly from La Pucelle: Tactics but I think the spritesheet I have is bogus. I think it was fan-made and I'm pretty sure they don't have Prier shown as a Demon Overlord at any point in the game (other than a few instances, but not in battle or anything). Though, I did have the right Prier as well, and I did have Alouette on hand, but I lost it; I was supposed to get that sprited for Sofie, but I never got the time and I ended up losing the sheet. For you information, it goes up to Lv. 9999 in both games. And the method of power leveling isn't always easy either. (edited by Yomiko on 02-11-05 02:27 AM) |

| What!? Level 9999, that's just... fricking insane! It would definitely stop power-leveling. I'm not a fan of that kind of style. But, I guess the huge ass stats thing is the coming of the ages now. Let me guess though, characters also can have 99999 HP, like with Star Ocean 3. I mean, if you have 9998 levels to go through, you might as well have the HP to go with it. These games and your rank seems pretty interesting though. I could actually give it a try in the near future or something... I think it's time for me to get a move on, since I have to get off soon anyway. Don't want to go into a dreaded back-and-forth posting fit for the most part, but if those posts help you get points in ACS, yay. |
